I like a deep tissue massage - none of those whimpy spa massages. I have been 3 times and each more amazing than the other. Nina is great! Tomorrow, I am taking a family member that likes a very light massage so they will probably appreciate the rest. I can't wait for the next time! ----- Follow up I still love this place. Mary just makes me feel like a limp noodle when she's finished with me! read more

RUDE MAN UP FRONT - I used to enjoy this place. The therapists were very nice. The man that works up front is another story! Keep in mind that I had to travel almost 100 miles round trip to come to this place... I left a tip with payment and that man RUDELY began shaking his head no, smirking, and told me that wasn't a big enough tip. He snatched my receipt from my hand and then shoved other receipts at me - showing other customer tips. I NEVER went back. It's a shame because I had been coming there regularly for over a year. Tips are great and I always left one - but they are not mandatory. I started to ask him how much of the massage cost he was actually giving to his therapists, but I was done. It would not have mattered.... :( read more

I have been coming here for years, but have just left in tears and can't come here anymore. The distractions during the massages get worse and worse every time I go. She left the room EIGHT times tonight-- to holler down the hall at someone, to have full blown conversations with her staff, to leave my door open, to continue running errands throughout the place. And to top it all off: she ANSWERED THE PHONE and had a conversation while her hands were still on me the entire time. I needed this 1 hour SO badly for relaxation and quiet time. Instead, I was anxious and tense the entire time because she gave me zero privacy and respect. I am beyond disappointed and feel like I was treated like garbage for an hour. read more

We no longer live in town, but every time we visit, we schedule a massage with Fuji. Despite now living in a big city, we have never found a massage like the one we get at Fuji. No matter what type of knots you have, Fuji will work them out. They do fascia release before your massage so your muscles will be back in good shape after they are done. They have plenty of massage therapists and I have always felt relaxed and loose after my massage. Be sure to hydrate A LOT afterward. They move so much fluid out of your muscles, it's key to hydrate afterward. Sometimes I'm a bit sore afterward but I opt for deep tissue pressure. They will do a more gentle massage if you ask. If you can handle a bit of pressure, opt for the harder pressure. They WILL get the knots out. The location is very convenient in the Killearn area. It's not a high end spa with frills, but it is a very relaxing environment. The tables are large and you don't use a face cradle, instead it's a hole in the actual table. I find it more comfortable than a traditional massage table. Don't be alarmed if your therapist gets on the table. I was startled the first time, but she pulled my arms back and loosened up my shoulders. She would not have been able to do that while standing on the floor. The hot stones are the best finish. I swear their hands must be immune to heat because they are hot!!! The owners are so kind. They remember us every time we call. We can't wait to come back!! read more

Even though this is the most hole in the wall place I've ever been to, it is by far my favorite. The quality of the actual massage is GREAT. Hot stones included for my massage, smells good, quiet. All the nurses from my unit at the hospital go here. Don't judge a book by its cover! read more

Excellent massage for a self care day! I was able to walk in and get great service! The massage was pretty much the full time r that I purchased. They don't take a a bunch of time off for "intake ". read more

Good massage. Very easy to make an appointment and walked right in to a room where I had a great 90 minute massage. It always amazes me how a good masseuse can find the knots and issues without you ever needing to say a word. Everyone there was very professional and nice to work with. Room was clean and you can set your lighting level before your massage starts, which I liked. I'll be back, for sure. read more

Best massage I have ever had! My boyfriend and I got couples massages today and they were amazing. Will definitely be going back.

I got there for a full body massage, but there was no paperwork to fill out or questions if anything was sore or whatever. They just put me in a room. It was a 5/10 massage ‍ read more

Oh my god. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. My boyfriend and I walked in after a mishap with another massage parlor in town. They were able to get us in immediately, for an hour each, in a couples room. I believe Jennifer was the wonderful woman who made me feel like jello by the time I left. I don't think I've ever had a genuine head-to-toe massage before, but the attention to detail was mind-blowing. And the knots in my shoulders are telling me I need to go back soon! read more

I went in here after it was recommended by a friend, because I was having severe shoulder pain due to muscle strain. I enjoy a deep tissue massage. I opted for the 60 minute pain relieving massage as a walk-in and was taken in immediately. The massage was amazing. However, when I went to check out, the lady at the desk said there was a minimum $10 tip for the massage I received. I was going to tip as it is, but I don't appreciate them telling me it's mandatory and how much I have to give, putting the total of the massage at $90. Otherwise enjoyed my massage but quite pricey in my opinion. read more

I really enjoyed my massage here. Jien was very skilled and intuitive. She worked really deeply on the knots in my back and seemed to know where I needed it most. At the end, she gave me a hot stone massage and covered me with hot towels. It was heaven. The place was very clean and everyone wore masks. Bonus points: Jien, who is from China, let me practice my Chinese with her. My boyfriend also enjoyed his massage. The owners were also very friendly and nice. We'll definitely come back. read more

I highly recommend going here for a massage. The lady, Amy I believe was her name, gave the best message I've ever had. I usually go to Massage Envy, but didn't want to drive that far, and now i'm glad I didn't. You will not be disappointed and I will be back soon. read more

On this review, I vacillated on a 3 or 4 rating. I settled on a 4 primarily because the masseuse recognized the long existing knots in my shoulders and worked extensively on these so I think she meant well. My lesser almost rating was because I was really hoping she had spent more time on my leg and arm muscles. And also my feet. I guess she saw where my greatest problem was and worked it to the exclusion of other things. And when a masseuse is tapping places with her hands but not massaging those places, it does nothing for me. I can't figure that out. There were times she did a little something with my arms, legs or a joint and it felt great but she didn't repeat the move. The price is fair though. The place was clean and orderly. I think in general that if you want a standard pretty good massage, you should try FUJI out. read more

Amazing experience!!!! Honestly one of the best massages I have ever gotten in my life!

This place is simply amazing!! I'm in shock at how good the price is and what great service you get. This is the BEST massage I have ever gotten in my life! They focus on every part of your body. What I like is that towards the end of your massage they get a damp hot cloth to make sure that you don't leave all oily which is something I hate from traditional massages. They even include hot stones in their regular massages. If you are looking for an amazing massage and an extraordinary small business to support look no further. I will keep coming here for my massages! read more

Very relaxing and straight forward experience! Great massage but I would say I expected a little more from my facial. I believe you can customize your service when you get there. I recommend going there 2-3 times a month read more

massage was good although i did go with my best friend and we were massaged side by side in a bedroom-like room. My curiosity took over and i opened the drawer of what seemed to be a dresser. Inside the drawer was tens of bags of ramen noodles & vitamins, along with undergarments. I am upset about this fact but take it or leave it the massages were good. read more

I had a headache that wasn't going away with medicine or anything. I came here and the staff was super welcoming and somehow found my tension spots and in just two sessions, my pain went away completely. They were super helpful and definitely my go-to place from now on! highly recommend read more

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I called an hour ahead to make an appointment then walked right in and was back out in under 20 minutes. I got a brow and lip wax for $10 total and I kept asking to make sure that was right because it felt like I was robbing the place. It was the best wax I've ever gotten. Nina is phenomenal. It was the most painless and thorough wax!! You can really tell how experienced she is and she's very thoughtful about not making it painful while still doing a really good and thorough job. This will definitely be my go to wax place in Tallahassee. So cheap, and such good work, and they're so extremely nice. read more

It was a really nice experience walked in and was serviced as soon as we walked in the door. Both massages were really relaxing. Would return and already recommended them to another couple. read more

I had an amazing massage by Lida. She knew exactly how I liked it. In one week I had 4.5hrs massage by her. Still for me it was not enough lol. I love massages and I am very particular where I go. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very clean environment. I always go there during my visit to Thomasville. This was recommended by my husband as he is a regular there. Definitely recommend if your looking for stress relief and relaxing massages. read more

Walked in and we immediately were able to get massages,And they were amazing!!!! I could feel the knots and tension and I already knew 30 minutes weren't going to be enough, but it was definitely a big improvement! They suggested I come back for more time which I definitely will be doing most likely this week. Will be our go to place! read more

I would highly recommend this place!! My boyfriend and I were visiting the area and decided to get a massage so we called in ahead of time to make an appointment for two (it makes things easier and less wait time) $60 for 60 minutes. They saw us come in together and asked if we wanted to be in the same room to have a couple's massage - they don't charge extra for that so of course we took the offer!! We're from Boston, MA so things work a little differently up here and they didn't really tell us how they wanted us to place ourselves on the massage table, but basically once you're in the room, you would strip down (underwear or no underwear - whatever you're comfortable with) lay on your stomach, and then place the towel over your back (the ones I've been to would have a huge white sheet to place over my back so I was unsure with this setup). Anyways, the massage therapists were not messing around - they found all of the tense spots and then went HARD! We're both usually really tense and stiff cuz of work and the cold weather, but after this massage we felt like new people! Sure, my body was extremely sore after, but it was completely worth it. Plus they had hot stones and hot towels which felt great! Overall it was a great experience, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly. I will definitely return when I'm down there again. read more

Fuji Massage Spa - Massage Near Me - Tallahassee, Florida

After reading other reviews around Yelp, I decided that Fuji was the place for me to get my first massage. I had been wanting to get a massage for a while and after a ski trip, I knew that it would be the perfect time. I called Fuji and they were able to take me right away as a walk-in, I was thrilled. I walked in and was taken to a room immediately. I did the deep tissue massage for an hour and it was probably the best experience. I am not sure of the masseuse's name, but she was amazing! I highly recommend getting a massage from here, not to mention it was only $60 for one hour, which is a competitive price. Will be returning soon! read more

Highly recommend Fuji! I did a one hour massage for $60. If you're the type who enjoys a more upscale spa atmosphere, this may not be the place for you. But if you need a great massage in a more homey environment with pleasant staff, this is the place to go! read more

I usually go to Kanvas or So Pure. I am 6 months pregnant and NEEDED a massage ASAP, so I tried Fuji on a whim. They were able to get me in immediately. I had originally scheduled a 30 minute massage ($45), as I normally do when trying a new place. I let the woman talk me into a 60 minute ($60), and am very happy that I did. I had Grace as my masseuse, and she did some of the best back work I have ever had. I highly recommend Fuji, as they are very clean and do an amazing job. I will definitely be back! read more

I have to say that I knew nothing about Fuji Massage until today. I needed to get in ASAP because of a sore neck I woke up with. I was able to walk right in. They were very attentive and very friendly I will most certainly go back! read more

Good walk in massage clinic. Price is a little more than the other ones so in that case I will be going to the other massage places.

Great Spa! I have had many massages and NINA I'd by far the best. Very clean and professional operation! Nina is the best! See you there!

I'm not one to bash a business because word of mouth and reviews online are how many businesses get business, but to save someone money I feel like it's right to do. Keep in mind this is just MY experience. I had an hour long deep tissue massage on 04/07/18. The staff there are quite pleasant people, very nice. The ambiance, not the best, but I tried to go in with an open mind and enjoy it as best I could. In my honest opinion I felt like I paid $60 for the masseuse to feel on my body because I left feeling worse than when I walked in. I'm 22 and train in the gym 5 days a week and have been pushing a much needed massage to the back burner for quite some time. I was hoping this would be the relief and fix-me-up I needed to be feeling good for Monday, but sadly I was mistaken. At the end of the day, this was just MY experience. I don't want to deter anyone from this business because someone less active or that is putting less stress on their body might feel like this was the best thing ever. This is just MY experience. read more
