I left a tip with payment and that man RUDELY began shaking his head no, smirking, and told me that wasn't a big enough tip. He snatched my receipt from my hand and then shoved other receipts at me - showing other customer tips. I NEVER went back. It's a shame because I had been coming there regularly for over a year. Tips are great and I always left one - but they are not mandatory. I started to ask him how much of the massage cost he was actually giving to his therapists, but I was done. And to top it all off: she ANSWERED THE PHONE and had a conversation while her hands were still on me the entire time. I needed this 1 hour SO badly for relaxation and quiet time. Instead, I was anxious and tense the entire time because she gave me zero privacy and respect. I am beyond disappointed and feel like I was treated like garbage for an hour.

I came in with horrible edema. I had fluid around my chest and gripping my lungs. Breathing was…read morevery difficult. My ear had scar tissue from a previous plastic surgery procedure and my legs were huge! Walking was very difficult. I investigated several people for Lymphatic Drainage, knowing that if not done correctly, it can hurt you and be counterproductive. I could not drive and could barely walk without holding onto something. I found Pam Moyer, who was trained in the Vodder Technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Let me tell you- it was not what I was expecting! How can such a gentle touch produce such spectacular results? I don't know but it worked. After the session, I was very tired and went home and rested. I also "disposed of a lot of liquid" afterwards. (Nice way of saying I peed a lot). The following morning the band that had been like a vice on my lungs had disappeared and I would breathe with ease. While hydrating, I was getting rid of fluid as fast as I could take it in. The size of my calf's and ankles went down. I had to have more of that magic so I booked another session. I was so much better that I could actually drive myself this time! This session concentrated on the ear scar tissue (it was much looser) and my legs and ankles. And then back up to my lungs again. Two days after this session, my legs looked thinner and the edema was much better. I discontinued us of Lasix for the edema because it was so much better. My calves were down another 2 inches! Pam gave me all kinds of hints to use at home and she was willing to answer my questions and share her knowledge. I don't understand how it works completely but I know that she has some magic in her hands. I will be going to her for the Lymphatic Drainage as needed. (I anticipate a few more sessions). They also have massages and facials here so I can't wait to book a nice deep massage! I can only say Thank You, Pam, for all that you've done for me. I'm walking. I can breathe and I can drive again. I must have been a basket case for her since I had just been released from the hospital after 6 days and I was pitiful. Now, I am getting better all the time thanks to Pam and the Lymphatic drainage.

He then shows me to a room in the back, cozy room with good lighting, where I got undressed and waited for my masseuse. In comes May, gorgeous lady and very sweet. She did one hell of a job, first relaxing me with a cleaning on the table shower, followed by such a detailed massage session getting every inch of my tense, stressed body. Didn't speak too much English, but just enough to have small talk. Only reason why this doesn't have 5 stars is at the end, I offered a 20% tip to what I paid, and she said that wasn't enough. I will be returning here soon, but with a little more money next time.
