Specialties
Evidence based conservative care of musculoskeletal injuries using chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and exercises.
History
Established in 1995.
Pathway was founded by Jenny Farrah in 1995 after she personally experienced the therapeutic effects of massage therapy. Upon graduating from the CORE Institute, Jenny began offering massage services but had little insight into the business side of the massage therapy profession. Looking back over the last 12 years, she realizes she had help from above every step of the way. Jenny and the business have grown to be one of the best examples of what hard work, high principles, and professionalism can attain in the business world.
In 2007, Jenny's son, Dr. Jeffrey Farrah, DC joined the practice and began offering chiropractic services.
Today, Pathway Wellness Chiropractic Clinic is home to two Doctors of Chiropractic and five massage therapists, offering a wide array of therapeutic services including chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture. It is the facility of choice by many local physicians when prescribing massage therapy and chiropractic treatments for musculoskeletal conditions.
Meet the Business Owner: Jeffrey F.
Dr. Jeffrey Farrah is a Tallahassee native who graduated from NFC high school, played football for Jacksonville University, and obtained his undergraduate degree from FSU. After receiving his BS in Nutrition and Fitness, Dr. Farrah moved to Miami, FL to continue his education and became a licensed massage therapist while simultaneously working on his masters in Exercise Physiology at Florida International University. Later, Dr. Farrah decided to pursue his doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Port Orange, FL. While in the Chiropractic program, Dr. Farrah developed an interest in an Evidence Based Approach to health care and believes strongly in patient education and strives to work with patients and their goals to get them back to their daily activities as soon as possible. And unlike many traditional chiropractors, he does not use long-term care plans, but rather prefers to teach patients how to prevent musculoskeletal problems from occurring.
