While the staff are all friendly, the service does not meet what I am used to and require. The first time (or two?), I had a pedicure. It was just an okay job. This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED by the location. I've been to several spas that are in "high end" places and they would butcher my nails. Urban nails would never. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I feel like they did a pretty good job. They don't have a TON of colors but you should be able to find something close to what your looking for. Over all I ended up paying about $75 I think for both the acrylics and the pedicure. Idk if I would get the pedicure from here again cause I feel like you could find a place that does a better one but I would definitely come back to get my acrylics done again.

If I could give 0 I would. I have been getting my nails done for years, and unfortunately this was…read morehands down the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. My nails came out extremely crooked--several of them are literally pointing/facing to the left instead of straight. But honestly, the most frustrating part was the experience trying to choose my color. I picked the color I wanted, and the nail tech switched it on me. When I told her that it was not the color I chose, instead of listening to me or correcting it, she argued with me. She first tried to tell me a glitter was the same color when it clearly was not. When I said I didn't want that, she then tried chrome and again insisted it was the same. I repeatedly explained that it was not what I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. At the end of the day, I am the customer paying for the service--I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. Between the crooked nails, not receiving the color I asked for, and being argued with instead of listened to, I left extremely disappointed. There are far too many great nail salons in Tallahassee to spend your money somewhere that leaves you feeling unheard and unhappy with the finished result. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. Below was my inspo pic and the right are my nails I ended up leaving with.
