It didn't have many reviews, but the website was very informative and the price was right for my first facial. I STRUCK GOLD! The facial was amazing and I was pampered from the moment I walked into the room, until she was finished with my face and arms and head (yes, she massages all of that). Beware, this is a one woman show and she's busy, but that's a good thing because it means that she's good at what she does. She was very personable, friendly and she knows how to make your face feel like new. Make sure to book your appointment in advance, because she's pretty popular, but rightfully so. However, I made a hassle free appointment using the MindBOdy app and realized they have free parking around the corner. I was a little skeptical initially so I only booked an under arm appointment. When I entered the business, I was brightly greeted by their amazing front desk associate. She was kind and professional. I really miss that quality of care in customer service but had become accepting of it. This was a great change. I was also happy to feel taken care of by a very knowledgable professional. I happen to ask how long they've been in business and was not surprised to find out it was 19 years. You can really tell when a business care for their employees and their well being. I really wish I had started my waxing experience here. The wax or method they use is fast, effective and pretty much painless. I left happy and with a wonderful face scrub and was happy that I found a new home for waxing. It feels absolutely luxurious and spa like. I went home and booked a brazilian for the next day. The usual dread of certain areas that are usually very painful were unperceived by the conversation. Turns out it was a smart decision as it's hidden in a plaza with a Publix. Felt out of place. Both the location and my actual person. I am so used to going to the same European Wax Center that I forgot the last time I had been asked about a bunch of forms. No matter - I did it on the app beforehand, but it felt weird. Jamiaiya wound up attending me as I had chosen the first available person. She was very sweet and she had the magic touch. Very gentle. I nearly didn't feel a thing. Only reason I even felt a glimpse of pain for my upper lip was because it had been too long, but believe me, I've been doing this for years, and Jamiaya was amazing. Anyhow, when all is said and done, I'm pleased with this location and the services I received. If this was the case for the owner, I couldn't imagine for the rest of the hairstylists. Lastly - the front desk person, Dorly, always had a condescending tone. I ended up losing in this situation, and I will never return, and I'd advise you to save your time and money and try elsewhere.
