TL/DR: if you see they are busy, turn around and walk out the door…read more I didn't want to write this, but my experience really bothered me. I was there for an eyebrow wax and gel manicure. I walked in because it was conveniently on my way home rather than going to my regular place. It was super busy, and the manager was rushing around seemingly trying to do everything at once. The energy was uncomfortable, so I tried to leave but they called me back, saying they could do my eyebrows now. They had to kick someone's kid out of the wax room who was chilling on the waxing table. The manager would sometimes cool the wax by blowing towards my face. At least my eyebrows turned out good. The manicure was painted on fine. My big issue was that the manicurist didn't file my nails well. For starters, she didn't understand what "round" shape was. Only straight or almond shaped. I kept asking for "no corners" and asking her to file some of the sharp corners she'd make. She only used the coarse file, there was no finer file to smooth the ends. (Maybe she thought I was in a rush because of my earlier attempt to escape the chaotic energy.) I was hoping to trust the process and the polish would smooth the tips, but I left with toothy texture on the tips of my nails. Fortunately I was able to file them down myself at home without effecting the polish. And I was charged $50 for the gel manicure and eyebrow wax. Thats $10 more than my regular salon I visit.

No blemishes and everything was straight. I had the coffin shape done and they're amazing. She also waxed my eyebrows and tinted them. Very good job. For my Lavender pedicure, Judy did them and she always checked with me to make sure the temperature for the water, hot towel, and hot stone was good for me. Her foot and leg massage was very relaxing. Overall: This salon will definitely be my go to place. I will be back soon! *********************************************************** Atmosphere: It's very beautiful inside. Nice and bright and elegant. Nice polished marble style tiles. Very slippery depending on what shoes you wear. My friend was showing me a nail polish and slid a Little with her shoe and dropped the polish. We apologized and the lady doing my friend nails was a little bothered. We did offer to pay for it. I'm pretty sure it's worth $1-$2. Service: 20% off special going on. We were helped right when we arrived. After waiting for about 5 minutes for the ladies to setup, we were not offered a drink. Most places that offer complimentary drinks ask before leaving to prepare your tray etc. Quality and skill: I had the deluxe pedicure done by Amy. Just a regular polish. I was very satisfied with my toes and overall experience. My friend had a full set done by Lily. When it comes to manicures and pedicures, those don't require as much skill but acrylics and dips etc need skill. My friend had red polish on and it was not fully removed and you can see red residue on her finished set. She had bubbles in her acrylics. It was mentioned and she was told it would dry. Incorrect, this isn't our first rodeo. Overall: I will give them another try in the future. Note to staff, be careful speaking in Vietnamese. You may be surprised that your customer inderstand A comment was made about how we broke a nail polish bottle before we left in Vietnamese. We offered to pay so I don't think it's fair to be ridiculed for it.

I made an appointment earlier in the day, and when I arrived there were only two other customers,…read moreyet the staff acted like I was interrupting them. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The most basic pedicure was $30, and it felt completely rushed. My cuticles were barely trimmed, and the overall quality just wasn't there. No one was friendly or engaging, and the only time they spoke to me was to try to upsell a $6 callus removal. A few quick swipes later, my heels are still rough, so definitely not worth it. To make matters worse, my nail tech was on her phone during my calf massage and even took a phone call. That felt incredibly unprofessional and made an already disappointing experience even worse. It honestly feels like if you're not spending a lot of money, you're not going to get good service here. I don't expect luxury treatment, but I do expect basic care and professionalism. The overall vibe of the salon just felt off and uncomfortable, which made the experience even worse. At this point, this is the 8th nail salon I've tried in my area, and I'm still searching for one that delivers consistent, quality service. If anyone has recommendations, I'm all ears.

This was hands down the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon…read more I understand that not all salons carry the same products, and it was fine that they didn't have what I originally wanted. The problem wasn't that--it was everything that happened after. The nail tech became visibly annoyed when I changed my service (after the manager informed me they didn't carry the product I requested). I agreed to just do a gel manicure, but when she brought out acrylic powder, I told her again that I only wanted gel on my natural nails. She questioned me about my first request, I clarified again, and from then on her attitude completely shifted. She ignored me, very obviously spoke about me to the pedicure tech in their native language, and then called over the manager as if there was a problem, which there wasn't. From that point forward, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She grabbed my hand roughly, buffed my nails harshly, and clearly did not want to do the service. When I pointed out an obviously uneven nail, she barely corrected it. The final result was terrible: * Uneven nails of different lengths * Sloppy polish with streaks and residue * Polish left on my skin * A chipped corner on one nail * Bumps where the nail bed wasn't buffed properly * Cuticles completely ignored (just oil slapped on at the end) This was supposed to be a $40 "gel manicure,"but looked like something I could've done at home in the dark. To make matters worse, while I was paying, the tech came up to the counter, started arguing with the manager in their native language, pointing aggressively at the screen, and then stormed out. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior and reflects terribly on the salon. I still paid, because I'm not like that, but I will never come back. Employees like this can ruin a business's reputation, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this salon at all. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the frustration.

A lot of times I communicate with the nail tech the look that I want, and they don't understand, and I end up with something I didn't want. I decided to visit this nail salon on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. I didn't realize all the harmful chemicals that are in traditional nail ingredients until i got to talking to the nail techs as Nail Vibes. They pride themself on using non-toxic products that are free of harmful chemicals commonly found in nail polishes, including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, Ethyl Tosylamide or xylene. They also use Hema-free polishes, HEMA Free gel polishes significantly reduce the risk of allergic reactions and skin sensitivities. Like WOW! I had no idea and the last thing they really care about is having cruelty-free products. yay for animal lovers! They focus on Korean and Japanese nail styles with a commitment to nail health. My friend was telling me they offer Russian-style manicures, and I have never had them before but they sound interesting. She also told me about gel x, which is apparently better and healthier for your nails than traditional nail extensions. Another thing that sets them apart if their dry pedicures; they don't offer the traditional water pedicures because those can increase the chance of infections. Its ok if you get one done every now and then, but I never stopped to think about this kind of thing happening. OK, so i went in with an inspo picture, and it turned out a lot better than what I could have imagined. My nail tech Sela took her time to get all the details right and make sure everything was straight and on point. That set of nails lasted me almost a whole month before I took them off! They never chip or break! Those things were set! They offer you one complimentary drink, and I got the banana matcha I wanna say, it was very yummy. The work stations are very clean because they use fans to catch all the dust and particles that come off when using the drills. This probably stands out to me the most because I cannot tell y'all how many times i gone to a traditional nail salon as is dusty AF lol. Not here, it's very nice, clean, and well-lit. They have Kpop music playing and showing on the TVs. The place is spacious and not huge like other nail places. Jaja ( the owner) has really thought of everything you might need to make your experience with her the best it can be. They have a tray at each nail station for their clients to put their jewelry in. Each station also has a phone stand, and there are even chargers under the stations to charge your phone! I have never been to a nail salon that has all those things! Jaja has done an amazing job in creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The staff is very nice and professional; they really know their stuff. You can do a walk-in in but if you want a specific style or a specific nail tech, you'd better book that appointment because they will be booked. There is plenty of parking space as they are in a strip mall kinda place with a chicken restaurant and a pizza place next to them, so check them out for lunch while you are there. I would highly recommend coming here and trying them.
