Stopped in here since my nails were damaged and I had a bit over an hour to kill. I asked if they do walk in, and they said yes, but I'll have to wait about 5 mins while they were finishing up. Sure, no problem. They asked what I wanted, and I mentioned a gel polish, with some length extension, and they said OK. They didn't do the typical Gel X that actually stays on my nails longer than few weeks, but that's alright. I was down to try something new to get some good looking nails. I was called up and the person said they can give me a gel manicure, round shape, cannot add length. It was the quickest manicure ever - not even 30 mins! Not sure if the gel cured properly since it all lifted within a couple days. Appreciated the time, but they should have let me know they had other customers to attend to, notably those that came in a bit after me with appointments. I think I was super rushed because of that, and the quality suffered for it. I'm not too bummed just because it wasn't overly expensive and I didn't look this place up beforehand, but can see how someone can just one star this place after seeing photos here and there experience I had since it didn't quite match up. Prob also depends on which tech you get as well, but for now, I'll def stick to my usual nail salon and gel x applications. read more

Very, very nice people and fairly clean vibes, but unfortunately I was really disappointed with my nails. I recently moved and had always gone to the same salon for my nails, where they consistently did exactly what I asked for. I usually get very simple designs, so I didn't expect this to be an issue. Unfortunately, the shape, color, and thickness of the gel were not what I wanted. The shaping and filing took nearly two hours, and I felt like we were going in circles trying to get the shape right. I also asked for a shorter length, which was cut to a length I really liked, but was then filed down significantly more. The builder gel application was also unusually uncomfortable. I've been getting builder gel for over a year, so I'm very familiar with the process. At my previous salon, they would use a small UV/LED lamp to briefly cure each individual finger as they worked, followed by a full-hand cure at the end. Here, my entire hand was placed in the lamp after each individual finger, which meant repeating the full-hand cure ten times and became quite painful due to pretty severe heat spikes. I'm aware that occasional heat spikes can happen with builder gel, but these were much more severe than anything I've experienced, I was repeatedly flinching and pulling my hand out of the lamp. My nails were not over-filed, but the builder gel was applied quite thickly, which I believe was the reason the heat was so intense. When I mentioned how painful it was, I was told that it happens to everyone, which was frustrating given my experience with builder gel and how different this was from what I'm used to. All in all, this was a very simple refill that took about two hours, and unfortunately I left extremely disappointed with the result. Everyone was very kind, but I really dislike my nails and wish I had a better experience. read more

A terrible experience here. They take so many appointments and walk ins that it doesn't matter if you even have an appointment. And the communication is terrible so they don't tell you you are going to wait for almost an hour with no attention. I made an appointment 24 hours in advance for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures for 4pm, and I showed up early at 3:45pm. They accepted multiple walk-ins ahead of me and my guest. They started on one pedicure but then at 4:45pm still no one had started on the other guest and it was going to be at least 30 more minutes till anyone could start. I ended up walking out and leaving because I had wasted almost an hour of time. My guest left after their pedicure (which was fine) but we could not wait longer and it felt disrespectful since we had made appointments. When we told them we were leaving they said they were understaffed (even though every chair was being used so it's not like more staff would have helped). And then as we were leaving 6 people walked in claiming they had appointments and multiple walk-ins were also coming back for appointments they had made. Just a disaster in communication and an utter waste of my time. Very disrespectful. read more

I call before I walking in if they have available time in 10 min they say yes and then I walk in and wait for at least 40min. I told her but she tried to convince me that the agree the water is not hot at all which is crazy! Amazing prep work, attention to detail, wonderfully friendly people! I've been coming here for a little under 3 years, and I won't go anywhere else because of how great the service is and how much care and detail they put into their work. I usually schedule appointments over the phone, but when I've walked in, they were always able to take me within 30 minutes. For manicures, I always ask for Trianna/Kha!!!! I usually do a full set of acrylics with gel and design, and she always amazes me with her skill! She is incredibly detailed and takes her time prepping my nails so that they last a long time. I needed to get my nails done at the last minute before leaving for a trip, and she came into the salon on her day off to work with me. We stayed way past closing time, and she still took her time to make sure the prep and the artwork was perfect and made sure that I was happy with her work. The prep and design were IMMACULATE! (See the picture and video.) For pedicures, I typically work with whoever is available. They've always done a great job cleaning my toes and feet and make sure to get off all the dead skin and cuticles. first time here! My best friend invited me for a spa day! We found it on Yelp and noticed it was very close to the freeway, so we decided to check it out. A little cold when you first walk in, they were trying to figure out to accommodate us. We both selected the paraffin deluxe package which included pedicure, hot stone, massage, hot towel, massage, and of course the paraffin treatment. They had several different kinds of scents and they were very gentle. I also like that they allowed outside drinks. The massaging chairs were super relaxing and the service was first class.
