Stopped in here since my nails were damaged and I had a bit over an hour to kill. I asked if they do walk in, and they said yes, but I'll have to wait about 5 mins while they were finishing up. Sure, no problem. They asked what I wanted, and I mentioned a gel polish, with some length extension, and they said OK. They didn't do the typical Gel X that actually stays on my nails longer than few weeks, but that's alright. I was down to try something new to get some good looking nails. I was called up and the person said they can give me a gel manicure, round shape, cannot add length. It was the quickest manicure ever - not even 30 mins! Not sure if the gel cured properly since it all lifted within a couple days. Appreciated the time, but they should have let me know they had other customers to attend to, notably those that came in a bit after me with appointments. I think I was super rushed because of that, and the quality suffered for it. I'm not too bummed just because it wasn't overly expensive and I didn't look this place up beforehand, but can see how someone can just one star this place after seeing photos here and there experience I had since it didn't quite match up. Prob also depends on which tech you get as well, but for now, I'll def stick to my usual nail salon and gel x applications. read more

I got my nails done for graduation here and Trianna did SUCH and amazing job with my French tips. I also got French toes done too which were immaculate as well. The attention to detail was spectacular and I've never gotten so much care during the process from any other salon ever. Excellent manicure. They were friendly about accepting a walk in. I have just stopped biting my nails and so they are pretty short - I find keeping a manicure on them is helping me break this habit. What a shame I really wanted to like this place. However, they were rude to my younger sister refusing to do any nail design on her nails and my mom's gel builder nails were either not done properly or they need to change the material they have . My mom went in 3 days after to get them fixed and the nails just continued to chip and change color with some dark line in the middle of her nail beds. 1/100. 1 is for the manager attitude. It was a terrible experience!!!!!!! I went there for gel removal . I call before I walking in if they have available time in 10 min they say yes and then I walk in and wait for at least 40min. I totally understand that but then the lady who served me give me an attitude?! She putted my hand into a mix of acetone and water I think and it was hot. I told her but she tried to convince me that the agree the water is not hot at all which is crazy! I felt uncomfortable so I canceled the plan that get a nail done after gel removal.Then she keep complaining about the gel is too thick something something but girl that's why I came for a service. And she kept slamming the tools , made a clicking sound. That makes me so uncomfortable! Also , the work done horrible terrible! The edge of my nail is not flat and symmetrical, and my nail is hurt rn. Honestly the manager is kind, but the lady definitely needs more training. NEVER COME AGAIN! Amazing prep work, attention to detail, wonderfully friendly people! I've been coming here for a little under 3 years, and I won't go anywhere else because of how great the service is and how much care and detail they put into their work. I usually schedule appointments over the phone, but when I've walked in, they were always able to take me within 30 minutes. For manicures, I always ask for Trianna/Kha!!!! I usually do a full set of acrylics with gel and design, and she always amazes me with her skill! She is incredibly detailed and takes her time prepping my nails so that they last a long time. I needed to get my nails done at the last minute before leaving for a trip, and she came into the salon on her day off to work with me. We stayed way past closing time, and she still took her time to make sure the prep and the artwork was perfect and made sure that I was happy with her work. The prep and design were IMMACULATE! (See the picture and video.) For pedicures, I typically work with whoever is available. They've always done a great job cleaning my toes and feet and make sure to get off all the dead skin and cuticles. I've gotten a pedicure from Nancy in the past, and she's always such a joy to work with. read more

A little cold when you first walk in, they were trying to figure out to accommodate us. We both selected the paraffin deluxe package which included pedicure, hot stone, massage, hot towel, massage, and of course the paraffin treatment. They had several different kinds of scents and they were very gentle. I also like that they allowed outside drinks. The massaging chairs were super relaxing and the service was first class. Kind of disappointed. The place had a great selection of colors but I had a lot of negatives. I was unable to do chrome even though it was one of the colors to choose from. When I wanted my French Tip acrylic nails fixed for a better shape, I was sighed at. I passed by it and didn't even realize. They moved into a temporary space less than a block away. There was no sign outside so that wasn't very helpful. I walked into a space with a table for manis and maybe 2 massage chairs for pedis. I called ahead to see if they could take me as a walk-in around 6:15 (they closed at 7p). Thankfully, they could! I had the most cheerful manicurist doing my mani. I opted for the regular because gel looked painful/time consuming to remove, not to mention damaging to my nails. I got this dark purple-blue color from OPI. I was really pleased with the end result! And best of all, it only cost $17 not including tip. I paid with cash bc I think since they're in a temporary space they didn't set up a card machine. Price-wise, I think it's pretty reasonable considering how expensive everything's gotten. Here I am writing this review 4d later and my nails haven't chipped! It weathered a wedding weekend, 2 flights and multiple hand washes. Hands down, one of my fav mani experiences. First Ill say that I will return and have Hanna do my pedicure in the future. I went with two friends and got Cindy for my pedicure. 75% of the time she wasn't even looking where her hands were and never spoke a word to me the entire time . Never asked me which pedicure pkg I wanted and barely loofah'd my feet or cut my cuticles. Hanna advocated for me I think , (in their native tongue), i think so it was completely a joke. I've been here multiple times and this has been the case 100% of the time. Extremely frustrating and they don't even knowledge you while you wait and wait and wait.
