One of the fake nails from my previous set fell off, so I requested a fake nail on that toe again. I showed a reference photo, all solid colors but French tip big toe. There was a diamond in the picture but I said multiple times no diamonds, no designs, I just want the same color arrangement. She did not give me a fake nail on my big toe. She just used a bunch of acrylic to build it up, and it ended up being very thick and bumpy. That fell off 2 days after my appointment. The fake nail on my other big toe, from my previous set, also fell off because she didn't reglue it at all. She gave me a sloppy design that I didn't ask for. I said no designs multiple times but she did it anyway. At that point I was too frustrated to confront her, I just paid and left. I got charged for two fake nails when I didn't receive ANY, and I still had the one from last time! I also got charged for the design I never asked for. I paid $67 for this. Nearly $70 for some minimal effort attempt. She left polish all over my toes AND CURED IT. It was in multiple places. That's how you get contact dermatitis. I left a message through their website and I never got a reply back. I feel as though they should be trying to fix this. Lindsay/Lindsey did my feet. The man who did my nails for the previous set was amazing and did everything right, but he wasn't there. Really disappointed in this

Unfortunately, my experience changed once my nail tech's regular client arrived. I felt like my appointment became rushed, and the design I received wasn't what I had hoped for. The service started to feel more transactional than personalized. What disappointed me the most was having the agreed-upon price changed in front of me during my appointment. I chose not to argue about it, but it left me feeling uncomfortable. I value businesses that are upfront, honest, and consistent with their pricing. I believe great customer service is about making every client feel valued, not just regulars. I appreciate friendly staff, but I also appreciate businesses that respect their customers' time, communicate clearly, and stand behind the quality of their work.

When I go, I get a gel manicure and regular-polish pedicure, with my natural nails, it's absolutely perfect for me. I usually get my nails squared off because I find it keeps my natural nails stronger, but there are times I damage the ends and they file it in a way to keep as much length as possible, which I love. They have a good selection of gel, I've never been able to try them all at least, and the pedicures can easily match using the same polish but in a different process of application. I find that my gel nails in a solid color last two weeks( I'm outside, digging and hiking 4-days a week due to my job so for me that's great!). The sparkling gels usually last a little bit less than two-weeks for me, probably due to the paints matrix being altered by the sparkles.
