The quality is shameful. Low quality fish and vegetables look quite old. The rice is clumpy and over cooked. Sad to see this place fall so hard. There is a lot of trust in eating poke bowls because rice and fish can go bad quickly if not prepared properly. Hope they improve but I won't be going back to know. read more

Ordered from here a couple of times and sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss. The mangoes especially, depending on the season. BUT with all that said, overall it's a pretty solid bowl. I like to do the custom make your own bowl with Salmon because that's my favorite but they have a lot of premade bowls to choose from. Their poke sauce is top notch and their price is pretty hard to beat especially if you they do a deal. Would recommend and definitely continue my to come back! read more

I chose salad with spicy salmon and all these delicious sides (mango, kale, cucumber, onion, edamame, onion crisp, kani salad, kimchi, dried seaweed with their special sauce). It was sooo delicious and satisfied my craving for spicy salmon. Their sparkling passion fruit tea was delicious, not too sweet, and very refreshing! This place is awesome! Came in here for the first time the other day and wasn't disappointed, every single item was fresh and delicious, I got there sushi burrito and honestly it was out of this world especially for the price! I've been a loyal fan of Poke Bowl Station in Brooklyn for over eight years, and it never disappoints. The excitement of ordering and savoring my bowl remains just as thrilling as the first time. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. I love the experience of eating in the store but occasionally order take out. There's free wifi, the vibes are great -- but some locations are full of rowdy school kids during 3-6pm. The portion sizes are fantastic, and while they occasionally forget a topping or two and might add a bit more rice than I'd prefer, I'm a rice lover, so it works out perfectly for me. Great lunch spot. Format of ordering is like chipotle, you choose the format you would like for your poké. You choose the type, the protein, the sauce and the add ons. It's quite straight forward and the staff is fast at preparation. You can choose to up to three proteins, the photos shown only contains one protein each but they are already pretty big. Perfect portion for lunch, avocados is a added cost of $1.25, but it just won't be the same without the avocados. read more

Mainly giving 2 stars because of the protein, which are supposed to be the star of poke dishes. There were only a few small pieces of tuna. The scallops were awful and tiny. They were taken out of the freezer and served. The scallops tasted like ice cubes because of no seasoning or anything. They were still probably thawing because the scallops melted and made my bowl slightly watery. The rice was not like sushi rice, which was what I ordered. It tasted like it was cooked on another day and wasn't fresh. I barely got any lettuce. My bowl was mainly poke special sauce. I didn't like the sauce because it might have had honey mustard and was way too spicy. I had a hard time having the poke because of the sauce. It would be nice if we could fill out sauce level on the card. I believe the bowl was slightly cheaper than other poke places I have been to, but I rather pay more for higher quality or have the expensive ingredients not on the menu for the time being with inflation affecting food prices. There was a sign when I came in the place about inflation affecting the restaurant. I feel like this place does better in deserts and drinks. A lot of people seemed to be enjoying deserts even though the restaurant's name screams poke. My bowl definitely felt like it was lacking a lot of things and more like a rice bowl. I also noticed there was so much edamame probably because it is a cheaper ingredient. read more

You will always have a poke craving from time to time. I ordered a Build Your Own ($14.95): Sushi Rice, Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Cucumber, Cherry Tomato, Edamame, Mango, Shitake Mushroom, Cilantro, Kani Salad, Seaweed Salad, with Poke Special, Balsamic Mustard, Wasabi Aioli for sauces, and Crispy Garlic, Roasted Seaweed, and Fish Flakes for crunch. (Did I write all that so I remember for next time? Yes I did!). I don't know if it's because I haven't had poke from them in a while, or they stepped up their game during quarantine, but wow was I impressed! Everything was presented beautifully, and the ingredients were all super fresh! Nothing was missing, and they gave plentiful portions of everything! Their sauces are also so good!! This is my go to spot for poke bowls. I always create my own poke with shrimp as my protein. This time, I went with the salmon with brown rice, kani and seaweed salad, and corn. I was disappointed by the proportion of brown rice to salmon. They definitely skimped out in the salmon, I counted 5 cubes of Salmon lol. The entire bowl was filled with brown rice. Regardless, I'm giving them 5 stars because it's still good food and it's the only hiccup I've ever experienced with them thus far! read more

Honestly surprised that I have not wrote a review for them since I have been here so many times. It has been amazing to have a poke place in my neighborhood so that I don't have to trek out to the city every time I am craving poke (which is fairly often TBH). I have been here pre and post-COVID and currently, they are actually having 15% off if you order from their website!! I find that they give you a lot of toppings here and I find that you definitely get your monies worth. My go-to order is a rice bowl with scallops, cucumbers, corn, kani salad, seaweed salad, masago, onion crisps, chilli pepper, roasted seaweed and I usually go with sesame shoyu or citrius ponzu for my sauces. Their salmon here is also great! I find that their seafood is pretty fresh and they always make your order super quick. Pricing wise is prety good - it usually comes out to be $11-$12 which I think is pretty fair. In addition, they also have drinks and desserts that you can order to go along with your poke bowl. Overall, I have been here SOOO many times and will continue to come back whenever I am craving poke! read more

They took the lady after me order first which I thought was super rude. They didn't even ask if I was ready to order or not. Which completely violated 6ft apart social distancing because I was with my boyfriend and my son which was in the stroller. They shoulda told the lady to wait outside but no they took this lady's order while her and her son was so close to me. So now I need to wait for this lady's order to be finish before I can even place my order. All I wanted was an egg waffle for my son which I end up not letting him eat it because it was burnt. Poke bowl; This used to be my FAVorite go-to poke bowl place. But for some reason the quality AND quantity has gone down so drastically. I used to do 1 scoop of fish and it's more than enough but I will go for 2 for a morale BOOST but today, I asked for 2 and I'm APPALLED at how little it was so I had to ask for one more scoop. 3 scoops of protein still looked less than what I remembered my 2 scoops to be. And let's talk about their protein - the scallop basically tasted like NOTHING. It's just a bunch of chewy nothingness. You can put it into their bubble tea and it can easily pass off as a weird jelly topping. Bubble tea; I ordered a Dirty Taro Tea. Damn is this MISLEADING. There's no single trace of tea in that thing at all. It was basically mashed Taro and milk poured out from a can of evaporated milk. But okay, the Taro tasted authentic and not artificial BUT that was it. They should not name it a tea if it is just going to be Taro with EVAPORATED milk. The milk is really so bad it turned me lactose intolerant. read more

Super happy that I can get poke bowls in my neighborhood now! Ingredients are so fresh here, fish are nicely cut, and sauces were on point! My first poke bowl here was back in last December when they first launched it and had their first promotion. I was really impressed with the quality and generous portions. I am pleased to let you know that this still remains true! Poke Rice Bowl, Poke Burrito, or Poke Salad, take your pick! I went in big with 3 proteins poke rice bowl option (of course!) - Ahi Tuna, Salmon, and Octopus. Toppings and Mix-In's are unlimited - so I went with avocado, green onions, cucumber, masago, seaweed salad, kale greens, cherry tomatoes and topping it off with roasted seaweed. For the sauce, I went with their special house Poke sauce. Everything was mixed in well perfectly and it was delicious! By the way, this poke bowl was a large portion but I finished it by myself happily to my very last bite! It is always great to see that this is an experiment turn success! I will be back! read more

Tried ordering again today, placing an order for a Tri-force at 2:19 pm via Grubhub. However, at 3:30 pm, past the expected time of delivery, the restaurant indicated food was still in transit. After speaking to the customer representative at Grubhub, he indicated that the delivery person had left the food at the front desk of an entirely different facility. Apparently I like this place, since I find myself going back there all the time. Its good food, for a good price. They recently changed their poke menu to include signature bowls, and I like that, bec. I seriously hate the salad bar type thing, where I have to choose toppings. For most, customizing their dish is a good thing, but I feel like I don't know what goes well together, and I'd rather have options. You can obviously also customize your poke bowl. Their fish is reasonably fresh. When I went 10:00, the thought that they made the fish super cold so I don't taste that its not super fresh crossed my mind, but it was the last hour of opening, and I think it was fine. My friends and I have been coming here since the day they opened and have made this our usual spot to meet up for dinner. They are always running some sort of special or promotion, so make sure you check their Facebook page! I have been here for the 20% off promotion, the $10.75 combo (still going on) and now they have a wheel you can spin and win a prize if you spend over $10 (Mon-Fri 2pm-7pm). There have been an uproar craze with poke and I'm so glad they have a location in Brooklyn. This place is so good and you have so many different options. I haven't had a poke bowl in so long, so ordered recently from PokeBowl Station. They offered both signature combinations and an option to build your own bowl, and on the side you could get bubble tea and other drinks. I don't know if the menu and pricing is exactly the same if you order in person, but to build your own poke bowl for delivery, the base price was $8.95, which included rice/salad, 10 toppings/mix-ins, 3 sauces, and 3 crunches, and all proteins were additional (most were $3). I got a brown rice bowl with salmon, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, cucumber, edamame, green onions, kani salad, red onions, seaweed salad, shiitake mushrooms, sweet corn, sesame shoyu sauce, fish flakes, onion crisps, and roasted seaweed, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. I really liked that so many toppings were included in the base price, and that outside of avocado and wasabi caviar, none cost extra. While everything was good, it didn't have as much flavor as some other poke bowls I've had before, but maybe next time, I just need to add more sauces. Would order again! read more

Not only is it extremely expensive and it's not worth it . I bought a poke bowl that has two proteins in it and a oolong peach tea. That costed me 20. But my friend who also got the same thing as me only spent 17.35. They only gave a little of the a little amount of protein. Not only did half of the bowl was seaweed salad and it was also really salty. There service was okay but not the best. The ambiance was okay but really tightly packed. Would definitely not go there again. read more

Me and my friends came in to use the bathroom, they told us we needa buy something so we bought the ice cream. Then when we walked to the bathroom they were fucking repairing it. They told me the wait time was an hour and a half. I bought something to pee, but they have no bathroom for me to use. What a joke. read more

It's hard for me to give a one star because the food is so good but buyer beware*** I had ordered two poke bowls on grub hub that came out to be $40 including the tip. The store stated that it's too far to deliver and cancelled the order (to be put back on my card in a few business days). I called back and asked them to prepare the order and I would come to pick it up myself. When I got to the restaurant, a woman was cashing a bunch of teenagers out, I got in line and when I got up to counter I said I'm the Grubhub girl here to pick up my order. Another woman rushed to the register and said she would take care of me. The order came out to be almost 37$, I tapped my card and grabbed a menu and walked to my car. As soon as I got to my car, I asked myself WHY on the prices and checked grub hub vs. menu I took. They literally charged me grub hub prices even though I just called in to pick up. I went back inside and asked why? Which nobody could even answer. They refunded me the $37 (few more business days) and ran my card again for $28. Thats $105 dollars out of my account today for poke and an almost-shake down for $9 "just because". Honestly, really bad business move to overcharge when your menu is posted on a chalk board behind the counter, also pretty unprofessional and upsetting. Definitely won't be coming back, and I advise everybody to double check prices they are charged, they don't give an itemized receipt, just a paper saying amount that you paid. It was "only 9$" but why? I drove to get it? Just because you could steal from me, you will? Great ethics. UPDATE: also they didn't forget to charge me an extra $1.25 for wasabi caviar that they didn't put in the bowl read more

Everytime when I come back from Hawaii, I always missed the poké, as a foodie, the thought of bringing the poké to New York has always been one of my dream. Finally, I decided to bring the pokè to Brooklyn. We are the first Poké place opens in sunset park area. We co-joined the one of best dessert spot in the area "Snow & Cream" to bring the fresh and delicious poké to everyone around the area.
