They're known for their sushi burritos and bowls, but they will soon have tacos! I got the sushi burrito with hot Cheetos crumbs, filled with their sweet salmon. The sweet salmon...BOMB. The worker was kind enough to let me taste the fish before deciding what I wanted in my burrito, but I couldn't get myself to try anything after the sweet salmon. They have endless toppings from veggies, sauces, even extra chips to add more texture! I do wish that I tasted the hot Cheetos a bit more in every bite, but everything was fresh and delicious. okay wooooooow. I've had the stuff here TWICE already and I'm writing my review after trying the poke burrito. UM??? YES. SO MUCH YES. Rolled in hot cheetos?!?! They do an excellent job in that. Whoops I missed my 10% off since I didn't check in before I ordered, I did it right after I left while I was walking away, oh well. When I came in it was a random Thursday almost noon and there were 2 people who were finishing up their order. I checked out the menu and then one of the guys came but he was on his phone while saying hi to me so that was weird. Maybe he was texting ‍who knows. He started my order but someone else took over who knew more since I had some questions, manager/ owner? He was very nice but didn't really walk me through the process until I asked more questions. Sooo with that said, I got the 3 scoops bowl with rice. I think next time I'll try half greens and half rice. I got one scoop of spicy tuna, sweet salmon and regular salmon. The fish tasted very fresh and I added a bunch of toppings which was very nice. I loved the sauces I got, spicy mayo and the eel sauce I think... avocado is $1 extra and tofu is a protein Guys LOL. The only thing I think needs improvement on is the rice, it was kind of smushed. I like rice that is either sushi rice or rice that is each individual grains. This place is not that great. I'm not sure what all the positive reviews are for. First off, the service was extremely unpleasant. This isn't based on one visit. I gave this place a chance with several visits over several months. The last visit is the last time. A red-haired (dyed) young lady was taking my order and started arguing with me with such attitude when I corrected a part of the order. As soon as I was done paying, she threw her gloves and stormed off. I know I kept my composure the whole time while she just had massive attitude. There have been a few incidences I've noticed while standing in line where I have observed some not great service to customers. Second, the rice every time is dry, crusty and super bland. EVERY time.
