The 420 (left), the Ultimate (right) & 2 drinks-- the lychee ginger lemonade and the pineapple coconut iced tea

Probably my new favourite poke spot-- it specializes in Hawaiian style, so the tastes are more unique than the other poke shops in Toronto! They have a mix of cooked and raw bowls, and even offer tasty options for vegetarians (which I tried as a meat-eater and still enjoyed!). The shop has decent seating (maybe 20 seats) and service was quick.

Came here during their 7th anniversary when their 420 bowl was 7.77! The place was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. I got my order right away and lunched my food away! The 420 bowl is a mix of tuna and salmon with toppings like edamame, seaweed, onion, carrots on rice. Mix it well and the flavour was delightful. I wish there were more chunks of salmon and tuna but with it's price. It's definitely worth it.

Food was great. I just wish there was more selection for the garnish and sauces. The avocado tasted a bit weird like fermented but I still ate it. The people were very friendly, and the service was quick. The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy. It was the perfect lunch spot during work hours.

The vegan tuna poke bowl was good, slightly tangy with shoyu sauce. You can select the base, sauce and topping to add to your bowl. The service was fast. The place was not very crowded when I visited in the evening. There are a couple of tables to sit down and eat in.

i found this place on Yelp as I was searching Poke Bowls to eat for dinner. Awesome that checking in got me 20% off my order as a first time customer. I appreciate how patient the person behind the counter was because I truly had no idea what I wanted and genuinely had a lot of questions. Thankfully there wasn't anyone behind me so I got to take my time. I optioned for the two protein, make your own combo, which i got the spicy tuna, ceviche, crab salad and the pineapple chow. It was cool that there were extra free toppings you could add, and avocado for $2! I also appreciated that the additional topping were explained to me so i knew what i was getting as well. I have to say this is the best Poke Bowl i've had to date and I will be back to try another bowl! ps - the service here was truly amazing!

My first time trying spam musubi and it was so simple but soooo good hahaha. Here we got the spam musubi (2/$6) We ended up getting two more musubis lol and we also tried their salmon cheese deep fried wontons ($7) which came with a spicy mayo and wasabi mayo sauce (we dipped our musubis in them too and it was such a good mix!) For drinks we got this passionfruit drink which was surprisingly bubbly and perfectly sweet! Will definitely be back for a quick meal or snack again! Also service and people are very friendly and helpful there!

YELP TIP: check-in for 20% off your first order. I first had their Poké Ball Snack. For only ~$5 I was surprised at the amount of ingredients you get...from the crab meat infused sushi rice to the generous spicy salmon filling! I loved the self-serve toppings corner where you can really step it up. My favs were the toasted coconut, fried onions & roasted sesame seeds. I came back to try their Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl and it was pretty decent! Portions and the variety of ingredients were nice.

Pretty solid poke spot - definitely one of the better ones in the area. They do a great job with their poke, not overwhelming us with sauces or mayo, and letting the fish shine through which is pretty decent quality. I like their sides, especially their seaweed and crab salads. The wakame salad is decent too, their cucumber salad was the only pass for me. This place is definitely worth a try for when you're craving poke.

Spicy ahi poke, butter Mochi, garlic shrimp and a spam musubi.

Everything was delicious, felt like I was back in Hawaii! Restaurant is also nice to eat in, clean, modern and great vibe!

I ordered the spicy salmon bowl off of ritual and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the place was. The atmosphere of Pokito is bright and inviting, and while I had limited interaction with the people there, it was pleasant. I really enjoyed the poke bowl though it was not as spicy as I expected and the garlic brown rice was a little too chewy for my taste. I really liked that they included imitation crab in the bowl as well as a large amount of seaweed salad. By contrast, I felt like there wasn't as much salmon in the bowl. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I went to Pokito Toronto and got their vegan poke bowl. So happen it's their daily special!! The vegan bowl is made with beyond tuna (which doesn't taste like tuna at all haha), ahimi, avocado, edamame, tofu, seaweed. The fresh wakame seaweed is really delicious! Like it slightly crispy!! Yum I always love how poke bowl is nutritious, delicious and refreshing.

I had the spicy salmon bowl with a mix of garlic brown rice and mixed greens and fresh wakame seaweed. Although it says spicy, it did not feel spicy at all for me even with the addition of jalapenos. The bowl was very good but I feel like their classic bowls might be better since there are more toppings and therefore perhaps more flavours and textures going on. There was a good portion of salmon and it tasted fresh. But overall, I felt the portion could have been larger for $14. Service was excellent and quick.

Pokito is a Poke bowl place on Queen Street that opened here a few years ago. While I've been here a number of times, it took me a while to warm up to this place because their prices initially put me off. After several visits, I felt more and more that it was worth it. Their Poke tastes so fresh and their portions of protein are great. They have everything added in their reportoire for what makes a great tasting Hawaiian poke, especially adding furikake to their rice which no other places do. What actually ended up sealing the deal for me was their recently introduced Hawaiian hot plates. Hawaiian comfort food is so rare outside Hawaii; there's literally no places that serve these dishes in Toronto until Pokito picked them up. Pokito does it really well too; the sweet and savoriness of their Kalua pork was on point, and the slightly crispy texture of the pulled and roasted pork was to die for. Their fresh, flavourful food aside, there's one other thing that sticks out about Pokito, and it's definitely their garnish bar. After ordering your food, you can put as many toppings and as much as you want of any of the garnishes onto your poke. They have anything from togarashi powder (highly recommend), to coconut flakes, fried onions, pickled ginger and even jalapeno peppers; all these can add a ton of crunch and flavour to your lunch. All of Pokito's varied options are delicious, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Pokito as one of my favourite places for eats on Queen Street!

There are specials that change weekly. The interior is decorated with New Orleans memorabilia, medium lit, cozy (not large), with jazz music in the background. Service was attentive and friendly. They operated for 30 years at their old location. This location soft-opened on 2026-02-12. We came on 2026-02-25 for dinner. There were still some furnishings to complete (there were unforeseen delays). They kept the same menu offerings but it will be expanded within a month. We ordered the following: 1. Citra Terre D'Abruzzo Pinot Grigio - Italy (glass $14.95). 2. Coke. 3. Crab Cakes ($19.95). 4. New Orleans Shrimp Cocktail ($19.95). 5. Jambalaya Aranchini (weekly special). 6. Blackened Lamb Chops (weekly special). 7. New Orleans Fisherman's Plate ($39.95). 8. Pecan Pie warmed with Ice Cream ($14.95). 9. Bananas Foster ($14.95). 10. Beignet ($14.95). Every dish had an excellent presentation. We spent a lot of time taking photos and videos. What did you expect from me?! We loved all the dishes! The portions were large! There are more staff than in the previous location, allowing the service to be excellent. They tend to have many loyal and returning customers. Every table starts with freshly baked bread and butter. The bread was so fresh! The three appetizers tasted good. They each had a little kick due to creole cuisine. I loved the shrimp the most. The Blackened Lamb Chops was perfectly cooked. Each of the four pieces were very tender, accompanied by a delicious sauce. The dish had some very nicely cooked seasonal vegetables: roasted potatoes, a red pepper, string beans, a broccoli, and a carrot. This dish will be put into their regular menu in the near future. The New Orleans Fisherman's Plate is great if you want a little sampling of their seafood: Blackened Fish, Cajun Calamari, and Coconut Beer Shrimp. It also comes with rice and seasonal vegetables. The fish was so good! We brought some home for my mom and she really loved it. The Coconut Beer Shrimp was on top of a Orange Marmalade Sauce, which is really liked. The three desserts looked really good and tasted good. I loved the pecan pie the most. They can split dishes in half in the kitchen and serve them on two dishes for two people to share. The restaurant uses fresh seasonal ingredients and spices to create authentic Creole and Cajun tastes. Everything is made in-house except for bread and butter. In the near future, their bread will be made in-house too. Currently, there is only indoor dining but they are looking into the possibility of sidewalk outdoor dining. Mike Djurdjevic runs the front of the house while his wife, Mira Djurdjevic, operates the kitchen. Their son, Marko, also helps in the front of the house. There is a large pizza oven at the back of the restaurant. They will be introducing creole pizza in the near future. There is a separate large room for events, parties, etc. This room will be ready in the near future. They also do catering. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom, which is also wheelchair accessible, and one female washroom. Thrre is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-037

At first, the location felt a bit odd and made me wonder what to expect, but once inside, the atmosphere was actually very nice and welcoming. The seafood was excellent, and the grilled bass was amazing -- that was my favorite dish of the night. The other dishes we tried were also very good, but the grilled fish really stood out for me. The owner also mentioned that they'll be moving soon to a larger location near the Etobicoke lake area, which sounds exciting. With a better location and more space, the atmosphere should be even better, and I think the restaurant will do really well. Definitely a place I'd recommend, and I'm looking forward to visiting again after they move.
