Large Poki Bowl

Great place to go they cut the fish right there and the sauces were good too. They didn't have kobo or yellow tail anymore when I went but it was still great. The service was fast and they were super kind. The inside was super clean and there was a lot of seating which was great. I got Togo cause of my schedule but definitely will come back

Haven't been in many years and was craving poke due to the warm weather Local spot indeed Multiple Offerings Rolls Hand rolls Poke Entrees Sides Multiple sizes of bowls: small medium large would determine number of scoops of protein Upon serving it would seem like very specific portions are being served though service was easy and nice. (note $1 for avocado) clean and various booths and tables to sit, was semi quiet due to time of day Would return, poke light tasty fresh flavor, garlicky edamame had some extra seasoning and smelled wonderful Hidden gem literally in a corner yes

Medium 3 scoop poki bowl

I always come here with my boyfriend and the owner is very nice. Good price for the proportion.

Poki Roll has been around for a while, but it was only through yelp that I was able to find it. This spot is a small, family-owned business. The best value is their "special combo", which is a small poke bowl with a "base roll" for $15.50. I upgraded to a medium bowl and my "roll" was a crunch roll. With their poke bowls, their small bowl is two scoops of protein, their medium bowl is three scoops of protein, and their large bowl is 5 scoops of protein. I have to say that I enjoyed my roll and my bowl, but my issue is that the scoops of protein are on the smaller side. The scoop is about the size of a knob of butter on a stack of pancakes. I was waffling between three stars and four. Even though I felt that what I ordered was delicious, I ultimately felt that the value and food experience was simply OK, which is three stars in the yelp scale. I do think that it's a good spot for poke and everything tastes good. If you're hungry, definitely go with a large bowl and don't overlook that "special combo" as it helps you maximize value.

Good poke. Fresh, and taste so authentic. The place is little and feels so homey. We came in the evening and it was pretty empty for sit down, the people helping us were helpful and nice. My husband and I had medium bowls, and my son grabbed a chicken teriyaki bento box.

Such a cute restaurant with amazing food. The service was great. Every question i had they answered and offered me different options. Can't wait to go back.

$20 for a large poke bowl is pretty standard but the fact that this place was so stingy with their add ons. 3 pieces of cucumber, two strings of carrots and so on. You're paying for the fish and veggies are not that expensive that they have to put so little. Disappointed. Also got the lychee slushie with boba and the boba was hard as pellets which means it's olddddd!

I love going to this poki place with my girlfriend because the pokey is really good and the owner himself is a cool dude and it's really adorable to unlike some other places

Spicy Tuna Poki bowl, how yum!

Some of the best Poki I've had hands down. It not only looks great, but it tastes amazing. I love how fresh the fish and salad/topping items are. The service was prompt and I loved how clean and artsy the space was inside. In the City of Cypress, this may seem like a hole in the wall spot from the outside but is truly a hidden gem! I enjoy eating here and highly recommend trying this spot.

Finally had the chance to try this spot today! I arrived at around 5pm and there was no wait. I ordered 3 poke bowls and 1 premium roll. The man who took my order was friendly and easily prepared each different poke bowl, and my premium roll was finished at pretty much the same time as the bowls were done. My salmon tasted fresh, and all the toppings were great quality too. There are lots of different options for toppings, and everyone enjoyed their food. I will definitely be back!

Ask the Community - Poki Roll

Can I purchase poke (just the proteins) here? How much is it per pound?

They charge by the scoops.

Do they have a kids menu?

No, they do not.

Can you call in your order?

I believe yes, you can.

Are specialty rolls still 30% off?

The prices on the menu boards inside the restaurant are the prices including 30% off. We have increased the prices of all menu items at the beginning of this year.

Poke Haus

Another entry to my quest to find the perfect Poke spot in Orange County!…read more If it wasn't for the crappy parking situation, Poke Haus would be my favorite poke bowl spot!!!! They've been around for awhile, but I only had the opportunity to check them out this past week! My first visit was Monday night - I believe - followed by my most recent visit a few days later this past Thursday. What really sets Poke Haus apart from other poke spots is the base options - in addition to your usual go-tos like white rice, brown rice, salad, Poke Haus also offers Somen noodles. Which is served cold - kinda like Japanese soba noodles - but reminds me more of bun (Vietnamese vermicelli noodles). This is a HUGE plus. Sometimes the white rice at poke spots isn't fresh - so it ends up dry and hard. Don't have to worry about that with somen noodles. They are almost the perfect base for poke bowls that I can think of. Portion sizes are great, regardless of whether you get the Small, Medium, or Large (which is enough for two people). Your pick of sauces including my favorites: sesame oil and spicy mayo. Toppings - here's another plus - Poke Haus does not charge extra for your first serving of avocado or masago - most places charge for avocado. There is a fully stocked drinks refrigerator right by the checkout area. Service is awesome - friendly, prompt and efficient. They acknowledged our long wait when I came during the lunch rush on Thursday. There isn't a lot of seating inside - mainly more of a grab and go sorta spot. Parking is messy. It's in a tiny Walgreens parking lot with parking spaces super close to each other, stalls that are too small, and to top all of that - Westminster drivers. Just be on guard and don't assume you've got right of way in this lot cuz driving etiquette goes out the window. Check out my yummy photos!

Got dinner at Poke Haus, a local favorite for poke, and it definitely lived up to the reputation. The portion of fish was generous, and even with all the extras, nothing felt overwhelming. Everything balanced really well, which is not always easy to pull off with fully loaded poke bowls. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accurate while handling my three different orders, which I appreciated. The space itself is pretty simple with limited seating, but it works fine for a quick bite or takeout. Overall, this is easily one of my top local poke options and a place I will keep coming back to.

This has become my go-to Poke spot lately since it's so close by! I usually go with the large poke…read morebowl, which comes with 4 scoops of protein. I normally opt for 2 scoops of tuna & 2 salmon, but I also enjoy their spicy tuna from time to time. The fish is always fresh, and they mix just the right amount of sauce in without overpowering the fish. I go for the original, ponzu, and spicy mayo, and ask for the sauce to be drizzled on the base for extra flavor as well. I will say sometimes the rice can be a little on the hard side, and sometimes there are some tough greens in the salad mix. You also get a good helping of imitation crab & avocado, and a good selection of other toppings as well for a really nice balanced bowl. The quality of the fish and flavor of the sauce is what keeps me coming back, and the service is always quick, so this is a nice last minute option if you're on the go!

Pretty average poké experience, but not sure if I'll be back. I ordered through postmates for…read morepickup so my order was premade. Even though I got ponzu sauce and sesame oil, I could barely taste the sauce. I didn't receive soy sauce with my order, but that might have been on me as I should've specified in my online order. Everything tasted pretty fresh, so the food itself was pretty good. Staff were also friendly. The main factor why I probably won't be a returning customer is the price. It's $18.95 for a small bowl (2 scoops), but that doesn't even include the extra charges if you get avocado, Masago, and salmon. I get charging extra for avocado but charging extra for masago and salmon??? I decided to get salmon which made a single bowl $21. The only thing that made my order worth it was the Postmates coupon. Maybe it's more worth it to get a bigger bowl for a single order? I like the food here, but it was just the little things that added up that pushed my experience into average.
