    Garlic Spam Musubi

This was easily one of the best bowls I have ever had, and I had never tried Hawaiian food. The Musubi was incredible, I had no complaints, it was so quick and convenient, especially since Quincy Market gets kind of crazy during lunch. I would most definitely recommend.

Mediocre poke. Fish was good quality and ingredients tasted fresh enough, but the sauce and flavors were lacking a bit. On the expensive end for similar poke bowl places I've been to. Nowhere to sit so you have to take it to go or find a place to sit outdoors. Service was relatively quick, there was no line at 4pm on a Sunday.

Good spot with a solid selection of toppings! I had the tuna poke, and everything was fresh, high quality, and super easy to order. Definitely worth a visit for a quick and tasty meal.

I'm pretty sure it's a chain but this was so good! Pokeworks Faneuil hall. Vegan all the way and it was filled to the brim! Plus brown rice option which I haven't seen at many poke places in town.

Super delicious and fresh! The portion is amazing and the service was so kind and accommodating. It is in Faneuil hall so it's super busy and crowded - worth a visit and super affordable!

Great food and great service. Highly recommend! If you love poke this is the spot! Friendly and kind goes a long way.

This was a complete disappointment. I've been to their other locations and pokeworks is great but this location is a hard no. Portion looked fine and was ok at a quick glance but after a few bites, I noticed that the fish looked very grey and didn't taste fresh. It sounds horrible but the texture of the spicy salmon and tuna were both very soft and mushy. I didn't finish the bowl and I'm also going to credit them for my stomachache in the afternoon. I would recommend trying other poke places is your craving poke.

Ok let me put you on something - you gotta try the 1/2 brown rice 1/2 kale noodles. No idea what's in the signature pokeworks sauce but sheesh, it's so good. Also for $15, I got salmon AND chicken AND they let you pick as many toppings as you want. Plus it's healthy takeout, so you don't feel gross after. Cannot recommend it enough!!!

"Tuna keto bowl with cauliflower rice" (minus the tuna). Not pictured...Coco mango Haupia...because I didn't get any.

Since the kitchen door was open, leading to the outside, a strong stench of Chinatown dumpster permeated the back area, which did not lead to a good dining experience. The garlic wings were pretty savory and flavorful, but were pretty tiny. At least I know they certainly not from hormone chickens. The Takes 2 to Mango was probably the best part of the experience but it wasn't perfect. While there is some strong mango flavor, there are more peach chunks than mango. I usually order the make your own bowl, which I order two scoops of salmon, brown rice, all the toppings except for fruit, spicy, mayo, sweet shouyu, and all the other toppings that I want. I came here last week on April 21 for dinner and I definitely noticed that the bowls have gotten wayyy smaller. Also, their salmon quality was kind of disgusting. It wasn't juicy or fresh. It was actually dry and I think it's old. They cut it into small pieces and the outside of the salmon when I had it was almost grainy and tacky. It was actually disgusting and I would not come back here again. I had such a horrible experience. I also ordered their garlic spam musubi and the spam looked so gray that it has been sitting out for the whole entire day. The quality of food I got was actually really disgusting and I would give it a zero out of 10 if I could. I really wish that management would take better care of the quality of their food, service, and employees. Something is wrong with this establishment and it shows. Every single time that I've gone to pokeworks, the workers look like they don't wanna be there. I never get any smiles and they always look at me with a straight face and I feel like I'm unwelcomed there. To be honest, I think the workers look like they hate their jobs, which makes me not want to come back. I will take my business to Waikiki Poke in the same plaza because at least their poke fish quality and service is better.

We walked into a space with an energetic atmosphere, an open kitchen, a lively dining room, and a contemporary design that makes the restaurant feel both casual and polished. The layout encourages ordering several dishes for the table, and the variety across the menu makes it easy to build a meal that feels different with each visit. The small plates are the biggest draw because they let you try a wide range of flavors without committing to a single entrée. The pork belly buns are one of the signature dishes, featuring tender pork inside soft steamed buns with a balance of sweet and savory flavors. The dan dan noodles are another standout with their rich, spicy sauce, while the Brussels sprouts have developed a strong following thanks to their crispy texture and bold seasoning. We also appreciated that many dishes are available as half portions, making it easier to sample more of the menu without ordering too much food. The menu offers a good balance between familiar favorites and more creative dishes, with each plate feeling thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. There are also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, making it easy for groups with different dietary preferences to find something they enjoy. The service matched the pace of the restaurant during our visit. The staff were attentive, dishes came out steadily as they were ready, and the servers were helpful with recommendations for building a meal around multiple small plates. The restaurant stays busy throughout the evening, so making a reservation is a good idea, especially for dinner or larger groups. Myers+Chang is one of the better places in Boston for creative Asian-inspired small plates. The combination of bold flavors, shareable portions, lively atmosphere, and consistently strong service makes it a restaurant that is easy to return to, especially if you enjoy trying a variety of dishes instead of ordering a traditional entrée.

I mean, I've heard of rhdjdjd before, but my dislike for American corndog from a young age has kept me completely oblivious to an other version. Just a very select few times in my life, I have eaten something so good, it's made me question everything around me. Korean corndog?!? How could I have lived this long and overlook something so good? It is nothing like the corndogs we are used to in America. The panko is everything. The crunchy texture paired with the oooooeeeyyy gooooeyy cheese makes this what I can only describe as a eutrophic experience. Yes the corndog is phenomenal, but the crispy chicken sliders alone would have been worth the trip. The crunchy, light and airy breading is perfection. Paired with house made pickles, spicy mayo and a pillowy soft bun, and a honey teriyaki pineapple glaze crispy chicken. I did not come here for any sort of chicken item, but unexpectedly, this is easily a top 3 chicken sandwich/slider I've ever had. This little restaurant is dangerous. The menu is simply irresistible. Kimchi papi may be small in footprint, but it packs a huge punch to the tastebuds.

We walked into a simple counter-service space with limited indoor seating, the kind of place that feels more like a grab-and-go stop than a sit-down lunch spot. Even with its small footprint, there was a steady stream of customers coming in for one of the signature sandwiches, and the energy of the room stayed practical and focused on getting orders out efficiently. The lobster roll is the clear standout. We ordered one and found it generously filled with lobster meat, making it feel substantial compared to many other lobster rolls around the city. Whether you choose it hot with butter or cold with mayo, the focus stays on the lobster itself rather than overwhelming it with extra ingredients. The toasted roll added just enough texture without taking away from the filling. Although the lobster roll gets most of the attention, the rest of the menu offers plenty of options if seafood is not what you are looking for. There are oversized sandwiches, soups like clam chowder, and classic sides that make it easy to find something for different tastes. The portions are generous overall, making the prices feel reasonable considering the amount of food you receive. The service was quick and efficient, which fits the fast-paced counter-service concept. The staff moved through orders with speed, and the food came out without much delay. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the limited seating, especially during lunch hours or peak tourist seasons in the North End. If the dining area is full, taking your food to go or finding a nearby outdoor spot can be a better option. Overall, Pauli's is a great stop if you are looking for a satisfying lobster roll without an overly formal seafood restaurant experience. The generous portions, straightforward menu, and convenient location make it an easy place to visit while exploring the North End, especially if lobster rolls are at the top of your list.
