Love the staff and love love love the sushi burrito! Think of it as the subway/ Chipotle process of build your custom burrito or choose a number. They have Hawaiian plates, haven't tried those. read more

Pretty good. I would come back if it's on my way. Good variety of toppings and they don't limit you on anything except the protein. I like the sauces too- some of them I hadn't seen before. I like that they give you option of smaller bowls of one protein choice too. read more

Fresh food. It was really delicious. Recommend if you are looking for a quick bite. The tuna is absolutely delicious!

We usually really like Pokeworks but this location is okay. The food was not as fresh as I expected. I feel like the food was warm which not the right temperature for a pokebowl. I thought that the service was okay as well, the cashier was not super friendly or energetic; it was more of a come-and-go vibe. read more

Pokéworks is a chain that serves good poke. This is a popular spot for food delivery pickups, but the slow service indicated this location has some work for improvement. My Overall Rating - 2 Stars (Atmosphere, Food) Atmosphere - This location of Pokéworks is modern and clean. There is a long open "kitchen" area where the servers will assemble your bowl, and there's plenty of seating. I liked the inviting wood finish and feel of this location. Drinks are self-service, and since you get your drinks yourself, it's the best service you'll receive. 1 Star. Service - Because unfortunately the service at Pokéworks is nonexistent. No greeting, no smiling, no communication. It was awkward, and while I dined in, there were several food delivery drivers who became visually upset because orders were not ready. This resulted in an uncomfortable dining experience. No Stars. Food - The good news is that this didn't impact the quality of my meal. While you can build your own bowl, I went with the Umami Ahi (partly because the server wasn't friendly and didn't seem interested in assembling a custom bowl). Ok enough about the (lack of) service, my Umami Ahi bowl had everything I wanted: Fresh, tender Ahi tuna on a bed of rice covered with fresh veggies. The pickled ginger gave the mild tuna some tang while the sesame seeds and garlic crisps added crunch to my bite. My only minor complaint was that the tuna to rice ratio was more rice than tuna, and once I finished my tuna I was done with my meal but still had tons of rice left. 1 Star. Will I Return? - No. The combination of lack of service and upset delivery drivers left me with an uneasy feeling. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed my Umami Ahi bowl, I just didn't enjoy my dining experience. No stars. read more

Pokeworks - 3 protein Poke Bowl - Large (3 Proteins) - Salad Near Me - Addison, Texas

I've ordered two bowls every other week for the past couple of months, and typically everything is fantastic--portions are consistent, the fish is fresh, and it's always delicious. Unfortunately, the past two orders have been disappointing due to the salmon quality and serving size. One piece contained a small bone, and the rest of the salmon was rubbery and had a fishy taste. My partner, who eats the second bowl, became sick after both of these recent orders. We get the triple protein, and have also noticed that the amount of fish provided has gone down. I'm not sure if there has been a change in vendors or storage practices, but the consistency and quality we've come to expect has not been there lately. I wanted to share this feedback because we genuinely enjoy this place and hope this issue can be addressed. read more

Came here on the grand opening day and was so excited to see a Pokeworks nearby. Great customer service and location was perfect. There is a pretty wide selection of toppings and sauces you can choose from when you MYO poke bowl. Prices were ok as well. It was very tasty! My only complaint is that the "white rice" was regular jasmine white rice instead of sushi rice (which is typical for poke bowls). It threw off the taste and texture but not by too much. Or perhaps we are just used to eating poke with sushi rice :) Also, the miso soup was extremely salty where I had to add 2 cups of water to dilute it. However, everything else was great!! It may have just been grand opening day where they are still figuring things out, but we plan to visit again soon to give Pokeworks another try! read more

It was my first time in there and the one male worker was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. He carefully walked us through all of the ingredients and was more than happy to recommend his favorite ingredients to add to our chicken bowls. This poke place lived up to its 5-Star rating as my I heard mmmmmmmm with every bite my daughter took. Super fresh ingredients, many choices and made to order. The design of the restaurant was modern and trendy. The service was friendly. For $8 and some change for a kids bowl it was a good deal. But for a regular bowl the price is $15.50, which must be an inflation adjusted price. Just didn't feel like spending almost $20 with tax and tip for a fast lunch, so I passed and picked up something somewhere else. read more

I don't know how I've missed this neighborhood place but after my first visit, it's now moved to the top of my local fast food restaurants. I had their salmon bowl. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I can't wait for more!!! Please spend your money here so they are successful. Their shopping strip isn't very busy so it worries me. read more

There was absolutely no protein in my 2 protein bowls. We ordered 2 bowls and not one shred of chicken and of course they don't answer the phone so $40 later you get trash! read more

Fresh, fast, and generous poke bowls! I like how they give you option to torch your poke too. Portions are great and the ingredient options are plentiful. Only thing I'll say is that they are a bit heavy on the sauce, so maybe get that on the side. read more

Food was really good, clean and tasted great! The place is very nice as well, very clean and comfortable Only reason this isnt 5 stars...one of the servers didnt seem like he spoke much english and when i asked twice if he could cook my salmon he said yes and then never did it I dont think he understand me read more

The portions are absolutely insane and I am not complaining, the lady who served me was very nice and helpful in helping me pick out what type of sauces they had. The place is very clean and refreshing when you step in. The reason why I'm giving the place a 4 star is just because of me not being the biggest fan of Poké, but if you love Poké you will not be disappointed! read more

I like this place but please tell your employees to use gloves when preparing food. I had to ask the young man to put on gloves. Its a small but very important thing. read more

Second time we come here on a Sunday afternoon and they say they don't have white rice. What kind of poke place doesn't have white rice ready for orders? Can't tell if they are too lazy to make rice (seriously?) or too stupid to realize they ran out. The look on their face when they said it makes me think they are doing it intentionally to make reduce the number of orders they have to make. If the owner is reading this, the woman you have working on Sunday afternoons is costing you money and customers. Replace them with workers who aren't too lazy to make rice or we won't be back. This stuff is too expensive to put up with this nonsense. read more

The sauces are delish and the service is friendly, but the fish quality was disappointing both times. We've had various combos of salmon and tuna, both torched and untorched. The fish was always a tad slimy and mushy with every bite, and tasted a little stale - to the point we were worried we'd get sick. Thank goodness our stomachs were fine after, but there are much better poke options of comparable prices in Addison and Carrollton. read more

I am excited that a Pokeworks opened in Addison! The restaurant is very clean and modern. Customer service was helpful and friendly. All the ingredients were very fresh. I ordered the Yuzu Ponzu Salmon and instead of cucumber, I ordered edamame and added pickled ginger. My only complaint is that they have nachos listed as a base option on the menu in the restaurant and when my husband tried to order them, our server told us that they are only offering those at their Uptown location. Disappointed but other then that, we will be back! read more

I ordered online through the Yelp app. Only when I got my confirmation did I realize the app was set for another location in Dallas, not Addison. I called Addison location and was told that I would have to cancel online. Fair enough.... There is mo way to cancel the order online (thanks Yelp). So I called the Dallas location. Same answer. Have to cancel online. I am now VERY frustrated. Not with the store but with the inability to cancel online. I then received a call from the Addison location and was told they can go ahead and fulfill the order. She took my order over the phone made it and IT WAS DELICIOUS! Fresh ingredients. Super nice staff. Clean restaurant. THANK YOU! read more

The portions are a tad but smaller than other poke places we've been but it comes with complimentary miso soup. I wanted to eat something light because I had a rehearsal for a play I am doing. I ran across Pokeworks in Addison. I was greeted by Sam. He went over the menu so that I would understand how the process worked. He was very friendly, kind, and gracious. He wanted to ensure that I had a wonderful experience for my first visit. He succeeded! I could easily decide what I wanted in my bowl. It was delicious! I was so happy to find this place!! Easy to get to, and the food and staff are stellar!! I ordered online tonight from Pokeworks and have to say I wasn't impressed. I've gone to about 1/2 dozen different poke only restaurants and I have to say pokeworks is not in my top 6. The lobster was a little fishy and the spicy tuna wasn't spicy, there wasn't much protein but admittedly I didn't eat it all anyway because it wasn't good. read more

Ordered 3 protein bowl for delivery, got no protein at all. The food is good but this is just not good to make that kind of mistake.
