    Spicy chicken teriyaki

I found out about this place through a friend and omg! I'm so glad I tried this place out. This place is literally a hidden gem. I've never had chicken teriyaki like this in my life. It was super flavorful and it came with white rice. I ordered the number 2 which is the spicy chicken teriyaki. I will definitely be coming back here!

This place is an excercise in fast food efficiency. If you order one of their main dishes, such as chicken or beef terriyaki, you can be in and out in a couple of moments. I ordered shrimp terriyaki which required them to prepare it when ordered, I presume because they do not sell it often enough to keep orders ready to go. Once I got them, within about 7-8 minutes, I was pleasantly pleased. For 7.95, I got 8 decently sized Shrimp, perfectly grilled, a nice serving of freshly steamed rice, and some coleslaw. Everyrhing was delicious, this place is a repeater!

I love this place so much! It's honestly hidden and even then it's always super busy because people know how amazing their food is. Prices are excellent and the portions are generous! I always get the double chicken teriyaki plate and get some spicy sauce on the side. The lady at the counter is so nice, I love coming here when craving a good charred chicken teriyaki.

This place closes at 7:30 pm but because I didn't expect that, I showed up after work around 6:50ish. I saw their business hours as I pulled up and decided to go in anyway. My mistake. I walk in and yes, I saw the life being drained from the owners' face. The one behind the counter grudgingly walks up to the cash register and stares. I order the spicy chicken teriyaki and gyoza to eat there (I can eat extremely fast) He says one word the entire time, "Drink?" I ask for water and he sticks his hand out like a kid waiting eagerly for some candy on Halloween. I give him my credit card and he hands it back. Doesn't give me a drink cup nor my receipt to sign anything. The food is ready in 3 minutes in a box and I see the cups up front so I grab one. Since I don't drink sodas, I look for water. There's no water in the water dispenser. There's no ice. There's no tea. The drink machine looks like a prop item from a movie set because nothing is working. I put the cup back and begin eating my food. Food is actually really good! I mean, it's fast food Japanese style but the rice was good, chicken was incredibly tender and the slaw has a nice acidity to cut down the sweetness of the teriyaki sauce. I'm five minutes into my eating and the man who took my order just kinda glances at me every few seconds to see if I leave. I feel like I'm in an episode of "24." I hear the clock loudly and dramatically ticking down. I think to myself, they still have 20 minutes left! (TICK TICK) The owner has had enough of me and walks over to the Open sign to turn it off. Alright...I can tell when I'm not wanted. I get up and my face resembles the socially awkward seal meme and I try to look sad. Being that no one else is in the parking lot, my car is RIGHT in front of the door. No sooner than I walk to my car (I'm talkin' 2 steps) I hear "CLICK" and see the guy lock up behind me. Hint: Don't show up within the closing hour.

I have been coming to this place since 2009.. is a hidden Gem the service is friendly and fast, the food is always fresh, delicious to say the least! noddles are well cooked ! Recommend y'all to get the spicy chicken teriyaki or the spicy chicken yakisoba :) you won't regret it ! I drive all the way from Plano wish they could deliver that far.. you can easily get 3 combos for less than $30.00 :)

This is from one piece of chicken you can tell how hot that chicken is.

I've been going to this place since 2006 or 7 and just went on March 16th 2022. Order the same thing I always order double chicken number two with double rice. Absolutely no teriyaki sauce on my chicken at all nothing but hot sauce so hot I had to Pat it down with napkins in my car because the owner wanted to argue with me and say that teriyaki sauce is mixed in with the hot sauce. Will never be back.

I always forget to write a review for this place. But mainly because I'm too busy stuffing my face or in a food coma afterwards. I've been here 10+ times at lunch. Everything is under $10. Which is amazing for this area. They also open at 10:30am which is also nice. Their menu is simple, white steamed slightly sticky (my favorite), coleslaw (you can ask for double rice if you don't like coleslaw), and a meat (or veggitarian choice). Everything is grilled fresh daily. They give you their house sauce which is superb! And the portions are generous. I've had just about everything except the lo mein. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The people, I'm guessing family owned, but everyone helps and they are super nice. The place is usually packed the moment they open, yet it's always clean. I've never had an issue here.

The second time I went, I chose to go later in the afternoon on a weekday and my friend and I had the place almost completely to ourselves. The atmosphere is very nice here where I think it would be good for a small group or a date. It has the right balance between an intimate classy establishment and a casual meet up place for a few friends. I went around Christmas time and the decor was really cute and not overdone. The food was amazing, and I would say it was reasonably priced. My dad loves this place because of how healthy fish is and that he can eat it with his special diet plan due to medical reasons. I have also tried the crystal roll (no rice), eel, and tuna, all of which were amazing. I absolutely plan on visiting again.

Each bite was clean, briny, and layered with complexity without overwhelming the natural sweetness of the oyster. The uni pasta was one of the most surprising dishes of the night. I'll admit -- I was initially a little disappointed to learn the uni was cooked rather than served raw. However, the creativity completely won me over. The sauce was rich, velvety, and deeply savory, coating the noodles beautifully. It felt comforting yet elevated -- a bold and thoughtful execution. The sushi was exceptional. The fish cuts were buttery and precise, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The wasabi had that real, clean heat -- not overly harsh -- and truly brought out the natural sweetness of the fish instead of overpowering it. Even the pickled ginger was perfectly balanced: not too sweet, lightly sour, and pleasantly crisp, which is rare and very appreciated. The pork belly was another standout -- crispy exterior, tender and juicy inside -- paired with apple slices and a vibrant purée that added brightness and contrast. The textures and balance were spot on. From plating to flavor composition, everything felt intentional and refined without being pretentious. A thoughtful, creative menu that respects traditional Japanese elements while adding modern twists. The wait staffs are a knowledge and attentive. Definitely a five-star experience. I would happily return.

She also walked around with another table's toddler to keep him busy so that mom could finish her food too. That alone made me want to come back. Our waitress was amazing and recommended the Katsu Curry which is not the original Katsu Curry, but a ramen version. She let me know and said if I like ramen and Katsu Curry then this would be a good choice. It was. The curry ramen broth clung to the noodles and was packed with flavor. I loved that there was potatoes and carrots still, because that's something I love in curry. It's definitely my favorite version of ramen now. We ordered each type of the animal buns. The kids had fun eating and trying them. The bunny/Nutella, and Piggy/pork, were their favorites. They provide a shipping sauce for the savory buns, but we enjoyed them without the sauce. Service, food, and ambiance was all top notch. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The tables have plenty of room between each other and they can do small and large groups. We've added this place to our family favorites.
