I visited Poke Qube for the first time today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. When I walked in, the floors were very dirty and the tables were sticky with food left on them. At first I honestly thought they were closed because there was no one at the counter or in sight. Eventually a man came out from the back, took my order, and called for someone else to ring me up. After waiting about 10 minutes for a boba tea, I received the wrong jellies in my drink. I ordered rainbow jelly and was given lychee instead. When I politely mentioned the mistake, the woman just laughed, smiled, and threw her hands up rather than offering to fix it. Overall, the cleanliness, lack of customer service, and careless response to a simple mistake left a really bad impression. I walked out disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Loved the self service offering kiosk - sped along my quick lunch stop. Super friendly staff that greeted me and thanked me multiple times for ordering from them. Did a build my own bowl - loved all the custom order options and had a tuna roll as well. The flavors were great and I thought the quality of tuna was good. Have been wanting to try Poke Qube ever since we saw it come to town. We have had amazing poke in Honolulu and on Maui before, so we were curious how this would compare. We ordered a whole bunch of stuff to try a variety of things - poke bowls with tuna, salmon, spice tuna, and shrimp with lots of toppings and other things in the bowls. Gyoza (potstickers), and a salmon roll. All in all everything was really good. I agree with other reviewers that the protein quantity was a bit sparse, but otherwise it tasted quite good. It all definitely filled us up for a few hours afterwards. We'll be back! read more

Gone here more then a handful of times and probably will keep going. Really depends on the day and the worker. I've gone in a few times to look at the cold bar and then walked out because the mixed greens were wilted and brown. Also the quality of some of the other items like the avocados were bad and browned. My order use to be the ahi tuna but I switched to the spicy tuna because the ahi sometimes isn't fresh or had a weird texture. It really depends on who's working because some of the workers actually take care. Don't recommend coming later in the day close to closing. Overall I'd say it's good and worth a try earlier in the day but on a bad day you might not think it's worth your money sadly. My current order is the half and half with mixed greens and brown rice. Then I get the spicy tuna with onions and cucumbers also sometimes cilantro. House poke sauce with extra over the rice. For sides I get the marinaded tofu (when they have it) or I'll just get x2 scoops of avocado and then top with green onions! read more

First time trying to place out tonight. I've always liked Poke since my visit to Oahu. This is a very nice family run restaurant by an old couple. They were very appreciate of our business. The decor is a bit odd and could use some help. We got two bowls with brown rice, half tuna half salmon. The tuna was very good. Impressive as most sushi places have mediocre Tuna in this area that is almost always too dry. The salmon on the other hand left a lot to be desired. It wasn't has thick and satisfying to eat as you would expect from a poke cut sashimi. We also got gyoza. It was very tasty but was not deep fried like I thought it was going to be. This isn't a problem at all as we still enjoyed it. Overall, I would recommend this place and would come back again without a doubt. What you get for $12 is a great deal. read more

It's been about a year since I last went here. The poke is decent, there's cooked and raw seafood options for the bowl. Theres a variety of options for the base such as greens, brown rice, or white rice. I got the brown rice with spicy tuna and the salmon, then packed it with their toppings. I really like their spicy crabmeat salad and the seaweed salad. I wish they gave more fish but it's a ok amount of food you get for $13 (tax not included). read more

We just ordered the Create Your Own Favorite Bowls with Tuna / Salmon / Brown Rice / Ponzu / Cucumbers / etc. - It was SO DELICIOUS and FRESH. We also got the Black Sesame Seed Daifuku Mochi - YUMMY but very sweet. One of us got the Taro Milk Tea and the other one of us got the Honeydew Smoothie. The Taro was better for us. It was the worse poke bowl ive ever had in my life and Ive had a lot For two bowls its like like $35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hot rice the fish was like WTF They didn't even clean the fish properly, some of the pieces still had the silvery side of the salmon on it. I felt bad not ordering when I actually saw all the ingredients so I just said to myself "dont judge a book...." but holly moolly I was judging and then the lady charged me extra for getting another scoop of fake crab? My go to is the build a bowl: brown rice, two scoops of salmon, all the mix in's, spicy mayo, avocado, green onion, wasabi and pickled ginger. Lots of dairy free and gluten free options. Filling meal for $15-$16 pre-tip. Although I've never dined in the place is really clean with seating. The service is usually good but today (12-29-22) the service was exceptional. Stopped here for lunch on way back to Portland. Ordered the poke bowl on mixed greens, tiger roll, and dragon roll. The rolls are good, especially the dragon roll. It was made well and the unagi tasted really good. The poke bowl was ok. Salmon tasted nice and fresh, but the scallop was a little but fishy. The greens were not chopped to bite size. I had a leave the size of my bowl. Couldn't figure out how to eat it... Overall pretty good. But not the best. read more

Seeing the grand opening sign in front of this business during the COVID-19 shutdown broke my heart. I had to show some support and order me one of my favorite dishes - POKE (for takeout !) Online order system was very easy to maneuver. Pricing was fair too, super customizable as far as the bowls which I loved, and a lot of toppings to choose from! The bowl that I picked up was a good size, pretty tasty. However there wasn't much salmon or scallops at all which were my protein choices. had to search for the salmon. It was a bit over sauced too. I know this is probably a hard time tho so I'll come back and give it another go, maybe have my sauce choices on the side . I did the salmon + tuna + spicy mayo + crab on white rice and my husband did spicy tuna x2 + poke sauce + spicy crab on white rice and greens. Both were absolutely delicious! I read that some felt there wasn't enough protein, and when comparing to a whole bowl of rice I could see that but honestly I think the portions are perfect. If you have a bigger appetite I recommend adding another protein or side. We also got the avocado roll for my picky toddler and they were able to take out the cucumber with no problem. Do you think that Chick-Fil-A's sweet tea could use a little more sugar? Is Sriracha too spicy for your taste? Does your favorite sushi come from ampm? If so, this might be the place for you. The fish was not fresh. The sauces lacked flavor. Each portion of spicy tuna was about a tablespoon and had no spice to it whatsoever. The spicy mayo was just mayo, but pink. Sushi rice was over "seasoned" with vinegar and sugar. The unagi sauce tasted like simple syrup with caramel coloring. The boba was overcooked, and shredded to bits that stuck together in blobs and clogged the straw, and the Thai tea was packed full of crushed ice which melted quickly to water down the tea. My husband summed it up nicely: "I think that's the worst raw fish I've ever put in my mouth." This place is a hard pass. read more

I ordered the normal standard poke bowl ($13.50) that comes with two scoops of salmon, white rice, and other vegetable add ons. I had mine specifically with their spicy Mayo which wasn't that spicy at all. It was a pretty average bowl of poke and the amount of poke that was put into the bowl was pretty minuscule. They mix in different vegetables like onion and jalapeños to hide this and make it look quite big but two very small scoops of protein isn't really going to be enough protein. Which was why I got an extra scoop of the salmon ($3.50). I know I'm being a bit harsh but it just shocked me because I've never received little amounts of protein in poke before because I've always thought if I was getting poke, the star should be poke, not poke, jalapeños, onions, edamame, etc. read more
