I wanted to try something new, I ended up ordering Regular Nigiri Set [Tuna Roll, 1 Tuna Nigiri, 1 Squid Nigiri, 1 Mackerel Nigiri, 1 Octopus Nigiri, 1 Crab Stick Nigiri, 1 Egg Nigiri]. Additionally, I ordered Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. The Squid Nigiri was interesting and melted in my mouth - lol. My less favorite was the Mackerel Nigiri, I felt like it has a metal and fishy taste. It's amazing cooked but I do not think I will consume it raw ever again. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice was soft and cooked to perfection. Overall, I would most def love to visit this place again with family and friends. The staff was beyond helpful when I had questions and super nice. The food is made quickly, so there is not a long wait. WARNING: In the back of the building, there is a lot of parking but you're not allowed to park on the left side, since those spaces below to the other businesses customers. If you do, then your car will get towed.

It was 7:01, and evidently the sushi bar closes at 7. I had heard great things about Noble Fish ever since moving to the area, but never felt up to taking the 50 minute drive. I ordered the inferno burger without hesitation. It was as I recall, a nice meat patty, with the bacon, crispy onions, spicy aioli and just wonderful. I hope they will soon add it back to the menu.
