Lion King Special Roll, Rainbow Special Roll

Heard about this place recently and decided to try it out. It's a quiet space with plenty of seating. Good for groups. Or you can sit up front and watch the sushi being made. Staff is very nice and hospitable. I got the rainbow roll and the Lion King Roll. For the Lion King he uses the blowtorch to sear the salmon on top. Delicious! I'll have to come back to try their other items.

I just can't stay away from this facility. I keep coming back for the food but truthfully, the chef and service is always so kind and helpful, they went from being just a restaurant to being friends. Food is always a 10/10, every time I come in it's another day of happiness for my taste buds.

Great bang for your buck. Incredibly clean. My server was super sweet and my sushi and salad was delicious.

First time here it was a cute little low key spot with good vibes and good food. Had a cute little date night with my husband felt comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will come back here again.

Let me start by saying this is why family owned businesses are the best. The owner is such an elite sushi chef that he got me to try fish for the first time in my life. I normally go for the chicken katsu and on special occasions their kind enough to make me fun versions of it The environment feels calm and personal with classically styled music is playing quietly in the back so you're able to have your conversations without being over stimulated. His daughters and son help the most at the restaurant so you'd think it would be harder with only family around but it really makes every trip out there feel like visiting an old friend. Such patience and dedication to explaining the rolls to make sure you're getting exactly what you're craving. Service was fast compared to most large chains, that's why I like family owner because you can tell their always doing the most to make sure you're happy with your experience. So delicious, I will def keep coming back

The sushi at this restaurant is amazing. I didn't go in with any expectations of it being great, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rolls were fresh and the service was prompt. The owner even came over and had a chat with us. We will definitely return.

I've been here several times over the years and it is one of my favorites sushi spots. The sushi chef is wonderful. Every visit I ask for the freshest sashimi and let him pick it out for me. Every time I am impressed. I also love their kimchee and their hot tea. I always leave full and happy.

I've been wanting to try Sushi Gallery for awhile, as it's near a family member's home and has consistently positive reviews. Today we ordered carry-out and I was very impressed with the quality of food, prices and friendly service. We ordered the house salad, miso soup, chicken ramen, Michigan Roll and the Triple Spicy Tuna Roll. My favorite was the Triple Spicy Tuna! The jalapeños on top were so fresh and added a nice bite. The salmon and tuna in the Michigan Roll were both melt-in-your-mouth fresh and tasty. The ramen had great flavor, but we'll add veggies next time for a little more depth. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and can't wait to return! I highly recommend stopping by the next time you want a great local sushi experience for a great price.

UPDATE: I've been back 3 times since my first review and this place has quickly moved up in rank. It is hands-down the highest quality for the best price. And as you know, I've done my research. I also love the selection of special rolls here. Thankfully the location is convenient for me, otherwise I would've never discovered it. If you're having trouble finding the place, look for Powerhouse Gym!! Sushi lovers, don't let this gem of a place pass you by.

Letting you know, this has been a 4-year await to try Noble Fish sushi and let me say, I am beyond impressed. Upon arrival, you will order at the kiosk! I wanted to try something new, I ended up ordering Regular Nigiri Set [Tuna Roll, 1 Tuna Nigiri, 1 Squid Nigiri, 1 Mackerel Nigiri, 1 Octopus Nigiri, 1 Crab Stick Nigiri, 1 Egg Nigiri]. Additionally, I ordered Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll. The Squid Nigiri was interesting and melted in my mouth - lol. My less favorite was the Mackerel Nigiri, I felt like it has a metal and fishy taste. It's amazing cooked but I do not think I will consume it raw ever again. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice was soft and cooked to perfection. Overall, I would most def love to visit this place again with family and friends. The staff was beyond helpful when I had questions and super nice. The decor of Fuji Japanese Buffet was clean but average, which made me not expect much of the food. Boy, was I surprised!! They had a huge assortment of sushi, seafood, and other dishes that were very flavorful and outright yummy! The fruit table and dessert table had great offerings, though it was hard to leave room to have any! Everything was fresh and of good quality. There is a two-hour time limit, which seemed to be short when we were there with our group, but was plenty of time for my husband and me to enjoy our meals on our subsequent visits. The staff is professional and efficient. With the place being as big and busy as it is, we understood they didn't really have time to chat or joke with us. The pricing was fair, considering the amount and the quality of food that is offered. Although the decor is outdated, the place is clean, the seating is comfortable and frankly, I like that Fuji focuses on their food. I enjoy eating there very much. Still not a fan of buffets overall, but I love Fuji Japanese Buffet. Have already recommended to friends & family; can't wait for our next trip!!

Service (4.75/5): Our main server was very friendly and gave us a good overview of the menu as it was our first time. They were great and attentive. We were also served by a second server who dropped off our food and disappeared so quickly that we waited a while before they walked by again. When we finally got the chance to ask for soy sauce and sauce dishes, they grabbed the soy sauce from a nearby table and left before we could even get to asking for the sauce dishes. Nothing terrible, but we did feel a little awkward. Food (4/5): Sushi was both good and not good. Of the 3 rolls we ordered, the salmon avocado and tuna avocado were solid; the proportion of fish to rice was great and the fish quality was above average from your typical sushi restaurant. However, the Tigerlily was quite disappointing, especially at $22 for the roll. The roll was torched a bit too long, cooking the salmon almost all the way, but my main gripe was a mysterious creamy sauce that was drizzled on top. The roll ended up being way too heavy and the sauce overpowered the salmon and the little bit of ikura that was sprinkled on top. On the other hand, the chicken katsu sando was really excellent. Chicken was juicy, breading was light and crispy, and the fries were well-seasoned. My only suggestion for the kitchen is to slice the sandwich vertically instead of horizontally; you can see that the bread on half of the sandwich was mostly crust/air instead of the actual bread part. Ambiance (4/5): It's got an upscale, modern feel to it that would probably make a nice environment for a date night or catching up with friends over happy hour. I was there on a Tuesday evening, so it wasn't crowded. There was music playing but it wasn't too loud, so it was easy to have a conversation.
