[[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the location, the staff & the food!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only complaint was that there was no soap or paper towel in the bathroom[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and [[HIGHLIGHT]]there was a lot of extra stuff in the main dining area (deliveries maybe?? Not sure)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Will definitely go back if the opportunity presents itself :)

Warm sushi roll. Brown avacados. Literal juice coming out of the crab but has a white tint. Absolutely disgusting.

Warm fish. Brown avacado. Manager lay-Juan didn't even care or act a bit concerned. They said it's fine. But the sushi was delivered less than half mile from store. Shouldn't be bad. They had white liquid coming from the "crab" absolutely disgusting.

All the koreans come here for the Jjampong! It isnt on the menu but you should be able to order by telling the waiter. Seriously one of the best jjampongs in Michigan and the owners are very nice!! Would highly recommend

My experience at Birmingham Sushi Cafe is always beyond expectation. The combination of amazing food, exceptional service, and elegant ambiance make it a memorable dining experience every time we visit. Chef Mikey is the best!

Went here for a date night and my boyfriend and I split 3 rolls. We were happy with the service, and the price of the sushi. Everything was delicious and I would be very happy to return here with friends or another date night.

I get the Salmon on the Fire roll every time. It's a baked special roll with cream cheese, avocado, asparagus, and crab salad on the inside. In addition, it is topped with spicy salmon.

Great job for our office catering

Our office has ordered trays of sushi from BSC twice now for our weekly office luncheons, and both times they've done an outstanding job. See the photo for a glimpse of what we received last time. Both times Mikey assisted me in procuring the different rolls we wanted while staying within our budget. I'd DEF suggest to anyone that coming to BSC is worth your time & money. And the quality? Top notch, my friends.

Came here for lunch to celebrate my birthday with some friends. Overall I really enjoyed it. And I would come back. I wouldn't put it up there as a favorite sushi place but it's solid. The mango tuna and mango salmon rolls is shared with my friend were tasty. And the spicy seafood soup was yummy. The service was decent and the ambience was fine but not special.

This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the area. Their fried rolls are incredible and I end up getting 1 or 2 every time. The salmon sashimi here is straight #butter. Make sure you check this place out and order at least 3-4 rolls. You can usually always walk in and get a table immediately. The service always on point and makes sure to take care of you right away.

I had the calamari and it was sweet and spicy ( for the ones with low tolerance to spice). . I also had the salmon mango roll and the roll it self is very small smh so not worth it. I spent $30.69 for those two small servings. Major disappointment because I've been to other places where the roll is larger for the same fee. I used DoorDash Food was good!

Cold sake can

My favorite sushi restaurant in Birmingham, MI. Sake (Hot or Cold) and wine are back! Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail collar) and Spicy tofu soup are very delicious and healthy. Hot stone hamburger steak is a new menu and tastes awesome. Availibility is limted.

UNDER $45, that's crazy!!!

Really diverse assortment of sushi selections. I especially liked the dragon roll that they make. So good! Cannot go wrong for lunch.

Nope. Gross. Gamey. May have been a fluke but with sushi I don't take chances. Location is good and service was fine.

Certainly a step above the typical sushi place. Sushi as an art form, delicious, fresh and creative. Very nice staff.

We were promptly seated just after the happy hour began and there were some tables taken up already. Service was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. We ordered the ribs, fried chicken bites, and then each of the happy hour sushi rolls. The stars of the show were the ribs and fried chicken. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. They weren't too sugary either, but definitely had some sweet to them. I'm not a huge rib guy, but these were special. The fried chicken was equally delicious. It came with a sauce that was very good too. Would go back just for those two items. The sushi was good, but not the best I've had. My favorite was probably the shrimp tempura roll. Spicy tuna roll was pretty good as well. Because of how good the ribs/chicken were, this gets a 5 star. The happy hour pricing was very reasonable. Normal pricing a bit rough.

It really added to the whole experience. For starters, we shared the hamachi and crispy rice, both of which were fresh and delicious. For mains, we got the pork ribs and the chicken fried rice, and honestly, the fried rice was a highlight. The panko-crusted chicken pieces in it were such a clever touch. The ribs could use additional flavor (think more ginger-soy). I also loved the cucumber mocktail, which was so refreshing and a great option if you're not drinking. We'll definitely be back if ever in Birmingham! Copy review Even shorter

The service is definitely a joke. I actually thought camera's were going to come out and say…read more"gotchya". 1. I order carry out: Chicken Milanese $31 + extra side of sauce $2. Extra half dozen pretzel sticks $6.50 easy enough. That was literally it. 2. I walk in, male bored out of his mind hostess can barely get the strength to say hello. I explain that I placed a carry out. He goes to the room behind him and grabs a bag and hands it to me and says enjoy. 3. I always check my carry out. It's always wrong but really how wrong can a dish with no modifications except extra sauce and order of pretzel bread go wrong? 4. It went wrong. In the bag ready for me to leave and be disappointed was just the Chicken Milanese... all by its self. Where is the bread you get with the dish? More importantly where is the 6 pieces of pretzel bread I stupidly paid 6.50 for?? Where is my butter... where is the extra sauce I paid $2... 5. I went back up to him and said...like an idiot I paid 6.50 for extra bread, so where is it?? He was really confused about their menu and what I was asking for. He said I'll take the bag to the kitchen.. I said "you can get the bread and sauce I can keep the bag" he said they want proof it wasn't in there.. lmao. Weird but I'm standing in front of you while I was checking it. 6. Gave him the bag. He came back with bread rolls and 3 pretzels sticks.. I looked at him and said.. buddy this is the bread that should have come with it in the first place. This isn't the pretzels I paid extra for. He was confused again.. slowly walked to the back that I aged 5 years. He came back with the pretzels I paid for.. but still, sadly, no extra sauce. But they did give me mayo instead of butter... just noticed it lol 7. I asked for a manager. Manager came and I said I asked for extra sauce and I got these two dinky half filled containers that make up one sauce anyway. He said usually it comes with one and you got two.. I gave him a look that made him run back and grab me a third. He acted like he was doing me favor. Manager guy: I paid $41 for chicken extra sauce and pretzel bread.... Don't embarrass the brand or yourself by trying to convince me about extra sauce. Anyway.. long story long, their team sucks. Their team has always sucked but this was a great reminder as to why I rarely get carry out or eat in. Also, their coke is warm from a can. Who wants warm coke cans over ice. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. My quest for the best burger continued when I got this the other day for takeout. I ordered the HP…read moreburger and added the bacon; came with a side of fries. Value was good; about $20 for a burger and fries in this location is pretty hard to beat. The burger was delicious. High quality meat that was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. No complaints on the meat. The bacon was awesome. They should really just call it pork belly because that's what it is, but nice flavor and no giant chunks of inedible fat which means it was cooked to perfection. The sauce was like a pickle mayo combo; very nice. The fries were solid. They could have been a bit crispier, but hey were adequately salted which was great. Decent portion on them as well. Overall, this is a top tier burger on par with some of the big boys you think of when it comes to who has the best burger in the area. Pleasantly pleased with this one. 5 star burger, 4 star fries.
