I can honestly say never have I appreciated vegetables and rice as much as I did in this dish, they were truly the saving grace this dish needed. The kimchi is trash and I can not say this enough AVOID IT (absolutely no flavor) and the sweet potato noodles were a bit goopy, but the carrots, spinach, cucumber and rice went hard. I think if I had gotten just the vegetable bowl I'd be a lot happier. I will say the size of the bowls are pretty good and I was definitely full afterwards but it wasn't a happy full it was a well that was edible food full. Maybe this was a bad day, but it seemed like all of the bowls from our orders were just disappointing. If I'm paying $14+ a bowl I really don't want disappointing. My girlfriend & I were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
