Took advantage of wing Wednesday trying bonchon! The new traditional Korean sweet spicy flavor was omg delicious! The cashier was on her job lol rushing me to order but she came outside where I was standing waiting to avoid the cold a/c inside to bring me my order when it was ready early. Very good on her. I devoured the chicken wings! Go, enjoy read more

I visited Bonchon Springfield for lunch on Tuesday and took advantage of their $1 wings special on Mondays and Tuesdays. I ordered the wings and a MoPo corndog. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The ambiance is casual with TVs and concrete floors. The wings were tasty and crispy. I was disappointed that the MoPo corndog did not have a hot dog inside, but that was my fault for not reading the description. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back for the wings. read more

Food is good, overpriced. Service is decent. Clean, bright, spacious, like a Korean restaurant with an American sports bar feel. $$$

Needless to say, the wings are very delicious. The place is very clean and the wait staff there do a very good job checking in every few minutes to make sure we are good. The staff are very friendly. Special shout out to Sophie, she has a great attitude, lots of smiles, and really funny on top of all that. Can't go wrong dining here. read more

Bonchon diehard here. I have never minded paying extra for bonchon cause they're always healthy sized wings and the food has always been great quality. Today was an exception to the usual experience. Edamame were cooked to mush, tteokbokki (should be firm and spongey) was the consistency of overcooked spaghetti, and the smallest saddest wings I've ever seen in my life- I'm not exaggerating when I say I had three wings half the size of what I'd expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is in need of some serious quality control. In the future I'd much rather drive a little further to another location than me disappointed like this again. Unfortunately I forgot to photograph the wings and since they were so tiny and pathetic my family finished them on me before I could finish this review. read more

Love this place. The food is out of this world, and the atmosphere is clean and lively. The Service is great.

$1 wings on Monday and Tuesday up to $15. This location plays loud hip-hop, which I love. Plenty of parking and new bacon-kimchi collab bowls. The Halloween drinks were good. We tried the Poison Spider martini and vampires blood for $12. read more

My first time visiting this Bonchon location took place on a rainy early Tuesday evening where I was too tired to cook dinner for myself. My husband and I decided to check this place out, and learned they have a dine in special on Mondays and Tuesdays for $1 wings. The limit for the special is 15 wings per person. We each ordered our desired wings, and tried the spicy, Korean bbq, and Yangnyeom. My preference was for the to spicy. The Korean bbq was sweeter than I liked and had a strong orange flavor. The Yangnyeom reminded me of the taste of sesame chicken. The staff was very pleasant and fast. One of the wings we received was inedible bc the bone had shattered all over the inside. When we told the manager it looked unappetizing, he offered to replace or remove the charge for that wing from our check, which we greatly appreciated. Inside is clean and spacious plenty of seating. I would definitely return when I have a Korean chicken wing fix in the future. read more

This location is very consistent. We come here for the $1 wings Mon and Tues. This might be our fave BonChon location. We see the same servers time after time (and cook staff) so it seems they have a good team. Service is teamwork based-Always very attentive. It's a casual place with music and sports on theTV. It's called BonChon chicken. My opinion I'd say stick with the chicken and radish. We've tried some of the "newer" trendy items and we thought it wasn't worth the money or how we thought it would be. I can see them being gateway items for people curious about Korean food but they're more fusion style items. read more

Ordered take out from here and it was solid! I love getting the half soy garlic and half spicy wings

My family and I love bonchon's food. I used to live in Woodbridge and used to go to the one there. They closed it permanently a couple of years a go during the pandemic. We were sooo heartbroken. We are still heartbroken about it. We used to order almost every Saturday night after church and eat together as a family. We love the spiciness of the chicken and the fried rice was the best. Ever since then I have been on a hunt for another bonchon. I have tried Richmond one and this one but have realized the food taste different at all these places. My mom and I decided to come here after hanging out at the Springfield mall. The place is nice and clean. We sat down right away, it was just us and two other people so it wasn't that busy. Our server got our order wrong, so we had to wait about 20 mins for our chicken. My mom was more excited about the house chicken fried rice, she was thinking it would be just like the one she's had before at the closed location but it was different. She gave it 1/5. Chicken though was good. I will return to try other things on the menu. Our server was nice and attentive, he apologized so many times for getting our order wrong. read more

I had been meaning to try Bonchon for the longest time and was so happy I did! There is something about this chicken that is absoutely addicting and leaves me craving more each time. My friend and I split the the boneless chicken with half spicy and half soy garlic flavoring. All chicken was phenomenal - the twice fried chicken packed such a great crunch! Not to mention, the sauces on the chicken are coated perfectly. They have got their recipe down! We also got the Parmesan fries which paired well with the chicken. The only downside to these menu items is that they are on the pricey side. However, I think it is well worth the splurge once in awhile. The service was great and the ambiance is nice and clean. Appreciate the kind staff! Excited to come back and try their other menu items and more delicious chicken :) read more

Great chicken and kitchen! Also the Japanese Sapporo beer paired nicely with the chicken.

I came in here recently for a late lunch/early dinner. I had never had Korean barbecue chicken before, so this place grabbed my curiosity. I ordered ten boneless pieces of barbecue chicken ($15.49), takoyaki ($8.99), and a Pepsi ($2.99). Takoyaki is similar to hushpuppies, but sweeter (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takoyaki). The chicken was 15 or 16 pieces instead of ten. I would say the taste was intermediate between General Tso's chicken and Southern American barbecue chicken. The chicken had a slight taste of Chinese sweet and sour or duck sauce, but the barbecue taste prevailed. I don't know how else to describe it. If you have never had Korean food before, this place is a good introduction. The decor was austere and Asian modern. The staff was friendly, and the service was reasonable quick. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Keep up the good work. read more

Came here to get a 1/2 & 1/2 Fried chicken and Tteok-bokki, was not disappointed! The chicken was crispy and delicious, and there was a good balance between the spicy and the soy garlic flavors. The chicken alone is worth coming back for, but another thing I really liked was that they offer cheesy Tteok-bokki, which is a whole other level of flavor compared to regular style. If you are planning on having company or just a fun family night in, I would recommend going here for some take away. Far and away the best fried chicken in the neighborhood! [sorry popeyes :( ] I would also add that the service here was very friendly. excellent experience. read more

I haven't ordered from this place in years and was craving wings. I got 8 half & half garlic/soy and spicy. Loved the soy ones but the price they charge is ridiculous, $18 for 8 wing pieces is a bit too much, that's $2.25 per piece The size of the wings has also changed, 8 tiny pieces read more

Second time here with my family of 7. Great food, great service - very attentive and friendly staff. Ambiance is great.

Good - 5/5 I never have complaints about bonchon. I've been coming to bonchon for years now and never once have been disappointed. The wings here were super flavorful, crispy, and meaty. We got the Large half spicy half soy garlic wings... if you plan on getting spicy, CAUTION!!! It's definitely got a kick!!! I prefer the soy garlic but I typically end up getting half and half to mix it up. ALSO, if you haven't tried taking a bite of the wings WITH the radish... you are missing out!!! Service - this is my second time at this location and the staff here are extremely friendly and efficient. Did their jobs perfectly. Location - 5/5, the place is not big but it's got a pretty cozy feeling to it. Good music choice and everything seems very clean and well kept - especially the bathrooms (which usually says a lot about a restaurant). They've also got a nice little bar. Would definitely come back here. I've been to bonchons all over and this one checks off everything from food to service to cleanliness to aesthetic. Thank you to the 2 workers at the bonchon, one being our server. Definitely recommend bonchon and this location! read more

People not familiar with Korean food such as myself should know the "corn dogs" don't actually have a hot dog in the middle. Ordered wonton soup also, the wontons were all fallen apart in soup, not much to it. I'm really not understanding the reality high prices for this type of food. read more

I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Riley and Metin were amazing servers tonight. They were attentive, kind, and had welcoming smiles the whole night. Nick M. is an incredible server! He always served us with a smile on his face and gave us good recommendations :) would def come again

This was our first Bonchon experience. The food was good, especially the chicken, but the service left a lot to be desired. Though they were not busy, it took at least 10 minutes for a server to greet us and take our orders, and she did not come back to refill waters without us tracking her down to ask. Also the music in the bathroom is SO loud. read more

Excellent food that came out quickly and amazing service. Great for kids. Recommend bulgogi fries and yangnyeom sauce with the chicken
