Overall, the wings are decent. Some of them seemed slightly overcooked around the edges. They all had a significant amount of meat. Service was fast. There are some tables, but it seems like most take theirs to go. Sauces are decent, not great, and the sauce cups are probably not worth the high price. read more

I have no idea what these reviews are talking about. Why would you continue coming to this location if you are disappointed every time? Use your common sense, now. Anyways, I had a great experience. I got the 7 piece mango habanero tenders, 3 piece mild buffalo wings, and a 8 pc boneless louisiana rub bites, fries with ranch, coleslaw, and a sprite. As you can see, I was very hungry. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the servers, they had a lot of customers to serve but they still made and served my food quickly! It was very good but the food was a bit dry and the bites had a bit too much sauce on them for my liking but it was still fantastic overall. I enjoyed watching the games on the TV, great entertainment! I also liked the design and the music playing, very good vibes! Good experience, will most likely come back if I am ever in the area! read more

Straight up awful. Soggy, lukewarm wings that tasted like they'd been put in sauce 2 hours ago then placed under a heat lamp.

Ribs, wings, greens, side salad beer on tab and root beer! This is our second time that Berry and I have stopped by to grab a bit, this time it was for dinner instead of just a snack. Do we order a few more things- the greens- I will be back! Very few places know how to make greens with bits of hand that have been cooked with greens / they were s hood that I continued to eat them until they were gone. My salad was good. I may consider having greens as both of my sides next time. The sauce on the ribs was sweet not spicy ( I don't like spicy) Barry or dry wings they were hot and dry but the barbecue wings were good. The ribs were on the fatty side- pulled chicken which as his first choice was gone/ we need to get there earlier to get pulled chicken which I think is a popular item. So next time I'm getting pulled chicken sandwich greens on the side. Cornbread was sweet and good too Servers were busy but quick, they kept coming back with refills snd the place looks great. Nice to watch tv. read more

Food could definitely improve and service was not good as there is two middle eastern kids working the cash registers who look high off their rockers. Surely this is not good for business and no des credit to them but they need to be doing better. read more

Wingstop - You should be ashamed of yourself for not coating my tenders right with the sauce. What kind of service is this!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Pretty well seasoned! Went here after going to cycle gear and it was pretty busy! I got the lemon pepper wings which was really lemony in a good way! The worker was pretty nice too! For some reason there was water everywhere (probably mopping) that got cleaned up but I didn't slip or anything :D. There was a mini trash can at the front and a big on near the bathrooms which was a bit hard to locate but i'd go here again! read more

When into the store and ordered 15 piece bone in wings . My son loved the wings, I love the voodoo fries .

I've ordered from this Wingstop for years, and am disappointed every time. The food isn't seasoned, they forget items, and it always comes cold. But today, I ordered our meal and opened my fries and there was insect body parts in the fries. I pulled it out and tried to see if it was something else (potato part or some other thing that got fried) but no, it was definitely part of an insect's body. Everything went in the trash. I'm never ordering from here again. read more

I would give zero if I could. We ordered delivery on the Wingstop App because it was nationwide free delivery due to start of NFL. Our food was never delivered. When I called the store they told me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted my food I had all ready paid for and gave a 20% driver tip for I would have to come myself. I was then hung up on. When I arrived at the store the "Manager" said there was nothing they could do and would not reimburse me the money I had paid for tip Or compensate me in any way. I will never go to the Wingstop in Springfield again. Horrible experience. I contacted corporate and have gotten no response. read more

Worst experience ever! Hispanic girl at front gave us a very hard time and didn't want to hand us the order because we ordered through uber even though we showed the confirmation number. We just ordered 40 wings. My goodness. Only the fries and celeries were edible. The wings were SOOOO salty. We tried to eat them because they're expensive! Welp... Guess I'm going to have to find a different Wingstop because after my order tonight, I absolutely refuse to order from here again! I placed an order through DoorDash for a medium classic combo. I noticed one of the chicken wing still had two tiny feathers on it. I honestly didn't think much of it until I picked up the second piece and I *literally gag!!* like 10 feathers out of a drum. Disgusting!!! read more

Wingstop - They don't clean their chicken. Do not order from here. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

The pros: Boneless Meal Deal! 20 wings (2 different flavors) plus two dips, plus fries. It was a good amount of food for only $16.99 so that was great. The fries were THE BOMB! Fresh cut style fries, with lots of salt (but not too much), and a hefty amount of them. Could not.stop.eating.them. We ordered takeout, and the order was ready on time. The cons: the wings were pretty crappy honestly. They barely had any sauce on them....they basically just tasted blah. Not much flavor, not sure if that was due to the lack of sauce on them or just in general..? BWW is better. read more

every single time i order here they get my order wrong. i have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt by continuing to order from there on ubereats (my mistake) and every single order has been missing things. i don't know who allows these people to work there if they have no idea what they're doing. absolutely ridiculous tbh. read more

This place is so so bad. It used to be really good and a regular place we would order from when we felt like grabbing something quick but we've kept giving it chances over the past year and almost every single time our order is just cold, undercooked, underseasoned, and gross. The fries taste old and rancid and the chicken is so dry and stringy. I don't know what happened but I don't think we'll be eating here again. It's just not worth it. read more

Placed our normal order and it will be our last. Yes, I have an account. Yes, I have a normal order. Won't use it again and all over $2 and HORRIBLE customer service. Our regular order was ordered and paid for online, picked up and once we got it home realized that our two orders of veggie sticks consisted of two orders of celery sticks - no carrot sticks. I believe in letting establishments know when they didn't get it right and see what kind of customer service they have. I called and asked if they have carrots. I was told yes. When I asked why did I not get any carrots - I ordered two orders of veggie sticks and only got celery. He passed the phone to someone else. No, I do not want to come back, leaving my hot food to pick up carrots. I pointed out that this is not the first time someone got the wrong food - what do you normally do when that happens? I was told the only thing he can do is give us carrots if we come back to pick them up. I said that is not going to happen, what other remedies to you have? He said that "It's not a big deal. And celery sticks ARE veggie sticks." Either the person is the owner and doesn't care about alienating customers and in fact losing customers; OR they are who they appear to be - non-caring punks who think a witty retort is totally worth the price. Either way - I'll never order from this establishment again. It won't be hard - the wings were super tiny and over sauced, so no biggie. My order was over $30 and they've lost a customer for $2 and what they consider witty repartee. read more

Made a big mistake. Tried a walk-in order around 6pm. 40 minutes later the food comes out. 40 minutes for fried chicken and French fries?? Also, I ordered Cajun spice and got Buffalo hot. Ate it anyway given the long prep time and food was exceedingly average. Restaurant not especially clean with trash in the hallway and a messy restroom. Looks like a hang out for local high schoolers. Not a good experience and not going back. read more

"Meh. I've experienced better." This is what a 2 star rating is defined as by Yelp. This is the perfect description of my first time at this location. The place is new, and you can tell. On the inside you have 3-4 big screen TVs. The dining area is relatively small, but this is a good place to stop by for lunch during the week or if you have free time early on a weekend. The kitchen area and bathroom are clean. But, let's get to why you are reading this review - the food! I went in and ordered the combo which was 10 wings (wingless or bone), fries, and a drink. This deal is $10.99. You can add 5 wings to this for $3.99 more. For the math wizards, this is $14.98. Not bad for a lunch. You get a decent size fries, 15 wings of which you get 2 different flavors unless you want to pay more per additional flavor, and a drink. I ordered "boneless" by the way. But, what did I get? After a couple of mistypes apparently by the cashier, I was given a 15 wing combo for 2 with bones, despite ordering boneless. Wait!! I'm just 1 person! This comes with a ridiculous size fries for 2 people and 2 drinks. At the end of the order I was actually asked if I wanted to upgrade my 2 drinks to 1 large drink. What? Who orders 2 separate drinks? What happened you asked? I was given the 15 wing combo for 2 like I said above, and this cost $16.99! With tax, it came out to $18.01. Now that we are done with the ordering situation, let's get to the food: Wings (with bones) were dripping in sauce. This was messy and not like that 'other' national competitor most of us have been to where the flavor is baked into the wing itself, and at most, you might need 3 or 4 napkins to get through a dozen wings. Not here! I literally used about 10 feet worth of paper towels to get through 15 wings. The fries were just flooded with grease, caked in salt, and were soggy for the most part. I ate about half of the fries since I am 1 person and the order was for 2 (almost a theme here). If I went here again, I would try to order the combo again and hopefully have a better experience with a correct order. This is definitely a wing joint you need lots of napkins, or a knife and fork. Loses a star for ordering procedure, another star for the price, and a third star for very messy wings. read more

Wingstop - How my order for 1 became an order for 2 people. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

Wing Stop is a great place if you are hungry and want a generous serving of food at a low price! I tried the 6-piece combo meal that came in a choice of two flavors with Seasoned Fries and a drink. The Boneless wings were very good. I tried the Louisiana Rub and Serrano Pepper Glaze flavors and enjoyed both. I was pleased that Gold Peak iced tea was offered as a drink selection. Counter service was excellent. In fact the server was apologetic that some of the wings were small and so gave me ten rather than six. That was quite generous. But, they need not have done so as I was full after consuming six. The regular basket of Seasoned Fries was enormous! I don't see how it could possibly contain only 121 calories as the Wingstop nutritional guide states. I could hardly make a dent in it. I would return, but would look to share an order of ten wings and order carrots or celery sides. read more

SLOW SERVICE!! for 20 wings it took 30 minutes , no water cups no water available. Dirty inside. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION !

Great environment as soon as you walk in & clean. The wings were done well and fresh Love stopping by this location.

I can not even believe there's people returning for a second time to this place. Everything was absolutely disgusting. The wings were saoked in oil. The fries .. I never had such horrible fries in my life! Black soaked in oil as well. I guess they're using the same oil for months? They didn't get my soda right. They didn't have ketchup? And the people working there talk to you as you were doing them a favor! Specially in times like this (COVID) they should be more polite with customers. Food and service were horrible! Lastly I can't believe the owners aren't doing something about it with all the reviews. I wish I would've read reviews before wasting 40$ here. read more

One of the best read love wing stop we know it's not healthy but who cares every once in a while treat yourself like no calories counts

Like most poor reviews, I'd give this location no stars if that was an option. I'd write a scathing review but they aren't worth my literary genius so here are a few bullet points: -Poor customer service -Lack of management/proper leadership -Owner does not empower his management team to make decisions absent of his approval -Incorrect hours listed online. Was turned away upon arrival after being told that they were closed despite having driven over 30 minutes to get to the store. Arrived at the store at 10:58. Website noted that the established closed at midnight. Manager on duty noted that the closing time is now 11 pm and has been for the last 5 months yet management has failed to change the operating hours online. She left us with an "I'm sorry" and took down my name but that was the extent to her customer service. Such a poor experience. read more
