Food: super delicious, and I found the portion size to be filling and large - the staff was also generous with my scoops of protein :) Service: great - see note above, lol. Also aware of gluten free sauces Ambiance: very clean, with a cute style Compared to other poke spots, I found it to be comparable and perhaps slightly better! I will absolutely return when I am in the area!

FOOD I had a custom medium poke bowl with salmon and unlimited toppings (with an extra $1.50 charge for avocado, and $1.50 for additional scoops of crab or seaweed salad). It was a satisfying and filling lunch, perfect if you're craving poke in the area! DRINKS They offer a variety of juices and fountain drinks, including Coke, Sprite, Fanta, and pink lemonade. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. AMBIANCE There are many tables available for seating in the store. Even around 3 pm, tables were already half filled. PARKING Ample parking is available in the lot in front of the store.

Came to Poke Hub for lunch and I was super excited. The decor has a lot of cute Instagram backgrounds you can take pictures with. The young lady working there was super attentive, friendly and gave good suggestions on the toppings and sauces. The prices were very reasonable and you get large scoops of ingredients. The quality and taste were great. Overall, I would highly suggest Poke Hub if you want a delicious poke bowl.

    Salmon Kick bowl

Went today around 2pm for a late lunch. Ordered a salmon kick bowl and it was delicious. The salmon was fresh and the person who took my order was very nice and made my bowl quickly. The portions are very generous here. The tables are clean and the music is not too loud. Recommend if you're in the mood for poke

We got takeout and it was delicious. I opted for a classic bowl and my husband got a spicy sushi burrito. Both were excellent. A lot of food for a reasonable price. The service was also fast.

Food was delicious but service was rather slow and could be happier however and the service was incredibly slow. Worth stopping in but not for a quick bite.

    Shrimp Burrito

I've been seeing sushi burritos all over my fyp. I used Yelp to help me hunt one down . I came across this spot the pictures looked good. I ventured out today and ordered the Shrimp Burrito. It was everything I imagined it to be. They added some of the stuffing from the burrito on top of tortilla chips it was good as hell. The food was 9/10. However they should work more on customer service though. They weren't very welcoming at all. I asked questions about the sizing of the burritos and it was if though the staff didn't want to be bothered. When the place was really empty. But other than that I enjoyed my food.

Solid 5/5! After passing by this place many times, I decided to give it a try for lunch. And since I saw some good reviews, why not give it a chance. I got a medium Poke bowl with Spicy Tuna and Salmon. You get three options for protein if you get a medium, so I just opted for double Spicy Tuna and one salmon. The ingredients were fresh and plenty to choose from. There were a lot of add-ons/toppings that were complimentary, which made it very easy to customize your bowl to your liking. The portions are very generous as well, so you probably will walk out of here in a food coma like me. The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and recommended some of their popular sauce combinations to me since I couldn't pick. The dining area is very roomy and plenty of space to sit with friends. Overall, a very solid poke spot! I'll be coming back again soon! 5/5.

This is one of the better poke spots in this area because they offer a lot of options and are not overpriced. The fish is fresh which is the most important aspect for me. The staff is friendly, quick and clean. Also the juices they offer are delicious

This place used to be Pokeworks and was my go-to poke spot. Now it's called "PokeHub" and for the most part, has the same set up and concept. You can create your own bowl or select from their menu of pre-selected bowl ingredients. It looks like they also have a sushi burrito and a K-BBQ bowl. One thing that I wish they offered was soba noodles! Before PokeHub, I used to ask for half rice & half soba noodles. Although I miss it, it won't stop me from coming back. The prices seem to be a bit more than I remember. Inflation maybe. I think the service could've been better. The employees didn't look very happy to be there. Even a little smile, or "hello" could've done the trick. Maybe they were having a bad day. I hope they're okay!

My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new but has a good review. PokeHub was recommended by a friend of ours a few weeks ago so we wanted to give it a try. Very clean modern interior. Nicely kept tables and chairs. We didn't have a line but once we got the order we noticed a lot of people place a to-go order for pickup. Anyway, the quality of sashimi was decent. I liked the portion for medium (Iron Pan doesn't come in a different size). The ingredients were fresh and the dish was flavorful but the one thing that I didn't like was how saucy it was. I'm sure I can request for light sauce so if you don't like saucy dish, request for less sauce :) Overall it was decent experience. Come and try!

love their poke bowls ive been getting them for years. i love that they offer all kale as a base + have so many protein options (i love the spicy tuna). their toppings are also great n they never skimp on them either! the service is always quick n friendly n although i always grab my food to-go i always see people dining in so i might try that one day (they offer dine in bowls) ambiance is v casual similar vibes to other fast casual places!

My new favorite place in Northern Virginia. Stopped by here by accident looking for a salad place. Found this place and decided to try. Got a bowl with two proteins (salmon, tuna), unlimited fixings, sesame seeds and eel sauce. Lots of food with medium bowl (they do have a large bowl). All ingredients are fresh and you get lots of fish if you select as protein. I am definitely coming back here for more. During social distancing/COVID, they do not have indoor seating but there are a few outside tables. Highly recommend if you like Poke Bowls with fresh fixings.

They share a space with other businesses in a somewhat food hall/bar type of vibe. Some businesses from the original "the block" food hall have moved here like snocream. There are a lot of different plate, bowl, and combo variations to choose from. For my first time, it was very hard to choose but I opted with the seafood combo which has fried fish, fried shrimp, and a choice of meat. The flavor is amazing especially the bbq marinade on the beef. The batter used for the shrimp and fish tastes the same, a little bland, but light batter not overly greasy. I'm not sure what authentic hawaiian food is supposed to taste like to compare this but I think the seafood needs some kind of sauce. Portion size is great, one combo plate can be shared between two people but u might want to have your own as you're eating it. The take-out menu vs. dine-in menu are a little confusing, I'm not sure which has the better value and/or if theres any difference in portion size or what-not but we got the to-go combo and just ate in store. The dine-in menu I was told just gets plated instead of put in a box but i'm wondering if you get more/less meat in that sense because why are there two different menus? Overall this spot is pretty solid and a different kind of cuisine thats good to have around the area. I will likely come back and update my review as I try the other items on the menu and as they continue to renovate the space.

I added this casual spot to my list a couple months ago, but didn't have concrete plans to check it out. Driving to Manassas and back on I-66 from where I live would cost half of my brain cells and all my patience. However, a few friends and I drove out to Shenandoah this past Friday evening, and I made a convincing argument that HawaU would be on the way. By the time we arrived, we were all incredibly hungry and ready to wolf down anything edible. The ordering process was easy: we ordered and paid at the counter, grabbed a seat at one of the few tables, and waited ~10-15 minutes for the food (parts of it are made to order). LOCO MOCO (BOWL) - 9.99 The chipotle-sized bowl was topped with loco moco: white rice base topped with hamburger patty, fried egg, grilled pineapple slice, and a generous pour of beef & mushroom gravy, plus sides of fresh cabbage salad and mac salad. The gravy nostalgically reminded me of the ones I'd get from cafeteria-style school lunches -- thick, salty, slightly starchy, yet oddly comforting. The egg, hamburger patty, and rice were pretty standard, but the familiarity of the gravy tied the whole dish together nicely. Both salads were good -- the cabbage was more light and refreshing, while the mac salad felt a bit heavy after all the loco moco. Since it's my first time eating loco moco, I can't say how it compares to others. However, I found HawaU's incredibly comforting and hearty. It really hit the spot for me, and I ate the whole bowl within 10 minutes. The loco moco is definitely their signature option and a must try. My friends who got the spicy pork bowl and udon thought both were just OK and not special.
