As far as a food court stands go, their offerings were as good as any stand alone poke bar! I was a little overwhelmed at creating my own bowl, but was assured the sauces all work well together and was recommended a few combination options. For protein, I opted for spicy tuna and regular salmon, but regular tuna, prawns and a few vegetarian options were available too. At this point you choose one of three oil dressings. Next came a large selection of salad toppings including edamame, coleslaw, corn, fish roe, cilantro etc. This gets tossed with your choice of sauce combinations. I went with sira mayo, a ponzu and a shoyu dressing. With a new glove they massage the poke together to mix all the flavours and once added to the serving bowl, two sides get scooped on top. I went for salsa and crab, though next time I'd get seaweed instead as the salsa flavor competed with the poke more than complimented it. Finally on top comes the crispy bits, Sesame seeds, crispy onion and garlic. In hindsight, I'd ask for double the crispy as they don't last throughout the whole poke but I wish it did. All in all, I walked away with an impressive looking, absolutely delicious lunch that felt healthy and hearty. I'm getting hungry just remembering it! They won't disappoint, so go for it! read more

I work close to Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver and there are many four courts for lunch for me. I love Poke & Co. During busy weekday lunch, the queue is quite long. How this works, choose size. Then you can choose rice and/or salad as the base. Then you can choose your protein (salmon, tuna, tofu etc..). I unusually choose 2 salmon or 1 salmon/1 tofu. Next is choosing the sauce for your protein. I usually go for house and lemon. Next you choose as much vegetables. Lastly, you get to choose 2 items (eg. seaweed salad, cucumber etc...) I stopped by the Lonsdale Quay Market for lunch with my family since it is so hot today and I wanted to eat something fresh so I decided to stop by Poke & Co. Although their booth looks underwhelming and small, don't be fooled! The ingredients are super fresh here and I was so surprised. I decided to get the small size which came with a choice of a base, 2 proteins, 2 sides and unlimited toppings. I got half brown rice half salad, my proteins were salmon and tuna (which looked so fresh), pineapples, edmame, corn, scallions, masago and wakame seaweed salad and crab salad with ponzu sauce, sriracha mayo and all the crispy toppings. Although the scoops were quite small, I'd say smaller than other poke stores, altogether it made quite a big bowl and I was pretty full by the end. The fish tasted very fresh and the ingredients were all very tasty and new. Extremely kind and friendly staff, a bit shy but so so very nice and helpful. I ordered one large and one medium poke to go. The amounts of ingredients were good and taste was great. One thing I should point out is that I ordered most of toppings but I rarely recognized there were sweet corns in it. When I was almost finishing my dish, I noticed three corn pieces showed up. I got the "Poke & Co Bowl" (salmon, tuna, masago, sesame oil, wasabi dressing) on a salad base and chose cucumber, green onion, immitation crab, avocado, tobiko, the dried garlic & onion, and the seaweed topping from the many options. I had already eaten a large salad earlier in the day and didn't expect to eat much of the greens, so I only asked for a little. I regretted that! Tried my first Poke Bowl with spicy tuna, salmon and baby greens $9.95. I added every veg and legume option (except pineapple) plus house dressing and lemon dressing. Two sides were imitation crab and seaweed salad and bonus fish roe.Then I added each of the four finishing options (seaweed, onions, garlic, peanuts). My friend had Greek food and didn't want her rice so I added it to the bowl. You can get the Poke bowl served with half rice/half greens. Really it was the excellent sauces coupled with spicy tuna and flavorful seaweed salad that TOTALLY made it so delish. I may be even more adventurous next time with 3 proteins. read more

I came here during the Friday weeknight food truck market since we did not want to lineup at any of the food trucks. The wife ordered a poke bowl while I ordered curry from a shop next door. The wife ate about half of the Poke and brought half of it home - she had diarrhea the next afternoon and blamed it on the Poke. I ate her other half and then laughed at her saying that it couldn't have been the Poke! it was so fresh and delicious. However, a few hours later, I had a bad experience at the washroom too. I'm not telling everyone to avoid this place but some customers will always have some degree of food poisoning from any restaurant no matter where they eat out. Arrived around 30minutes before closing and I was not served. The hours states it closes at 7pm. If they are not willing to serve clients 30 minutes before closing update your hours to 6:30pm. Holy smokes... what a culinary delight! If you love a poke bowl as much as I just found out I did, then you need to stop what you're doing and drop by Poke & Co at Lonsdale Quay in NVan. I had the medium bowl, a salad with salmon, tuna, and shrimp, and a bunch of awesome sides. The service was outstanding; friendly and personal, and the salad was created with loving care. Yes, loving care. These folks take pride in their work. The ingredients were fresh, as in the seafood might have just been caught earlier in the morning, and the greens were as crisp as I've ever had.
