Service: When we walked in, we were directed to fill out the order sheet. You'd check box everything you want in your Poké bowl on the order sheet, but you can also order other items from the menu. The worker could improve on her professionalism, but she was quick & efficient. What we ordered: 1) Large Poké bowl - 2 bases, 4 proteins, half brown rice & half spring mix, ahi tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, seared albacore topped w/ carrots, cilantro, corn, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, sweet onions, spicy house sauce, spicy mayo sauce, seaweed salad, crispy garlic, masago, sesame seeds, furikake. Everything tasted fresh! The bowl was also packed. My favorite proteins are the salmon and ahi! 2) Grilled Salmon Bowl - This had a generous amount of rice. I'd prefer another piece of salmon. I came here for lunch and got the cooked salmon bowl. This was my first time having Poké and I will say it was an interesting taste. Different than what I am used to but not bad. The thing that threw me off was that the salmon was cold. I do not usually eat cold food so I was shocked. The flavors that I got were the house spicy, sweet chili, and sesame oil.
