Yeah, I think that's better. Let the review just be genuinely nice--and quietly collect your raffle entry. I had such a great experience at Poidmore Orthodontics! Dr. P and the whole team have been amazing. Special shoutout to Miyah, Jaime, Sierra, Korina, and Zejno -- everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Yesterday they removed my 30-year-old permanent retainer (yes, that thing had been hanging on since the '90s ) and I officially started my clear aligners! They made the whole process easy and comfortable, explained everything really well, and I'm so excited to see the results. I've had such a positive experience here and would absolutely recommend Dr. P and the entire Poidmore team. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and they somehow manage to make going to the orthodontist actually enjoyable. read more

Great quality of care by Dr. Poidmore and his staff. The office experience was always pleasant. Appointments on time. Very pleased from start to finish. We will be taking our other kids here in the future when braces are needed. read more

Madison, who is one of the orthodontic assistance made my experience the entire time of my treatment wonderful! She was always cheerful, attentive, effective and very gentle with my teeth. amazing experience so far with my braces! super lovely staff and extremely helpful throughout my journey! definitely would recommend!

Great orthodontist and staff easy straight forward care. Office staff, like Marissa, are always friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our experience with this office and its billing department has been very frustrating. We have encountered ongoing issues with insurance claims, and despite confirmation from our insurance provider regarding the information needed for proper processing, the claims were not submitted correctly. As a result, we have repeatedly been contacted for payment on a balance that should have been addressed through insurance. After speaking directly with my insurance carrier, I was informed of the specific steps needed to resolve the issue. However, the billing department has declined to resubmit the claim, leaving me to handle the matter myself. If you're looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience for your orthodontic care, this was not our experience. What's especially disappointing is that we used this office about eight years ago and had an excellent experience. I'm not sure what has changed since then, but the difference has been significant. read more

Karina and Amber were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The whole process was quick, affordable, and stress-free. They wasted no time and were able to get my son his braces the very same day, which we truly appreciated. It's rare to find such great customer service these days. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for caring and efficient service! read more

I am so sad that I have to leave this review but I am genuinely concerned about the well being of patients after what I experienced. I had a consult for my child about two weeks ago. I called ahead to say I'd be a bit late, and the person on the phone was understanding. But once I arrived, the staff and nurses were cold, rude, and gave us dirty looks. At first, I thought I might be imagining it, but their attitude toward other patients was completely different. I don't know if it was because I'm Middle Eastern, but it felt discriminatory racist and unprofessional. My child is shy, and they were not warm or gentle at all. It felt like we were being targeted or judged, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. The staff, especially the women, acted more like caddy high school girls than medical professionals. The clinic's hygiene also seemed questionable. I had scheduled a follow-up, but then got a cold, demanding text saying the appointment had to be changed due to "overbooking." I know that wasn't true because it was booked again at the same time as the consult so they were trying to be harsh. It didn't feel honest or respectful, and the tone was unnecessarily harsh. I don't think I have ever gotten such a cold and disrespectful message from any medical office. I really wanted to like this place, but the experience left me upset and deeply concerned. No one should be treated this way. read more

Went here for my braces and now my kids are going for theirs. Great local orthodontist, always fast and friendly.

This place is the best. The quality of care is exceptional and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

On my second child's braces. They work with my budget and are so friendly. Highly recommend.

I can't express enough how much I've enjoyed my experience with Poidmore! I have braces as a 24 year old, and I started my journey two years ago. Getting braces as an adult is not fun, but Poidmore has made this experience so awesome. The office staff is so kind, and they have supported me every step of the way! My teeth are straighter than ever, and they have done an amazing job of correcting my bite. If you're thinking of getting braces, take that leap, and Poidmore is the best place to do it! read more

I love this office. I have been bringing my children since 2010. Dr Poidmore is a very honest person that shows genuine interest for his patients. The office staff is always so cheerful and ready to help. It is such a great environment for both parents and young ones. I highly recommend Dr Poidmore as an orthodontist! read more

Run!! Rude and condescending staff! Limited hours of service. No flexibility for appointment's and in my opinion shoddy work!!! This place makes it clear their time is more important than yours. The scheduling child who manages the scheduling times (she looks about a day over 12 and acts like it) will push you to pull your child out of school to accommodate the Dr's schedule. Unacceptable!!! Also, 90% of your visits you will never see Dr. Poidmore! He is totally MIA. Most of the time an "in over her head" assistant works on your teeth. Also, unacceptable! For the money I spent I should get to see the doctor every time I had an appointment. . Also, on my opinion (Susan) the condescending, petty, crackpot - Financial Coordinator should be fired! Rude is an understatement when it comes to this person. Also, the all girl staff act like caddy high school kids. It's quite comical to watch the office politics play right in front of customers! I could go on and on but you get the picture. In my opinion, you can do better! if you or your child needs braces skip simply this place. Or at least don't believe the smoke and mirrors, mirage BS this place sells you. Check around and do your due diligence, you'll easily find a better, more professional office to spend your hard earned money! I should have checked around but I didn't and paid dearly for it! You have been warned with one mans opinion! Kind regards! read more

Three in my family have received braces by Dr. Poidmore and we all couldn't be happier! Our teeth are perfect and the care is great. Super kind staff and easy to make/cancel appts. Dr. Poidmore was really helpful too when I needed a new set of retainers. He made them free of charge! I thought I had purchased the insurance for free retainers for life, but had not. However he was super easy going about it and just took care of it! Thanks Dr. Poidmore!!!! read more

Wish I could give extra stars. If stars were a GPA, these guys would have a 4.5. Wow, homeschooling has taken it's toll on me. Anyway, Dr. Poidmore is fantastic, has an excellent chair-side manner and just as important, he has assembled an amazing, caring, well oiled machine of a crew. My son's teeth were a TRAIN-WRECK! Dr. Poidmore gave us an amazing deal on phase one braces so my son didn't have permanent gum damage. Yes, his teeth were that bad. I'll post pictures soon. Oh and they provide financing with 0 interest. Yup, Zero! They have always been very accommodating and truly have their patients best interest at heart. Dr. Poidmore and his staff, are in my opinion, the saving grace of the dental profession that has become as suspect as the typical auto mechanic due to unnecessary procedures and unexplainable upcharges. Thank you Dr. Poidmore, it's such relief to be able to know my son's dental care is being taken care of properly and know I'm not being taken to the bank in the process. read more

I recently went in to see Dr. Poidmore for a broken retainer... It has been almost 4 years since I've been in the office to see him or any of the assistants regarding my teeth. I was so impressed to see the precautions they were taking with COVID. Not only was I greeted by the front desk ladies but everyone in the office had a great energy and made the space very comfortable. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for any ortho work. Doesn't matter if you're a current patient or a previous patient, they always get the job done with a friendly experience :) read more

These are the nicest and most professional people ever. Love all the front girls! And dr Poidmore is really nice.

The staff here are some of the nicest, most patient people I have ever met. All of my concerns/questions were addressed in a matter that I found very comforting and very knowledgeable. The office is immaculately clean and very well lit. Little things are done to make you feel at home such as finding your name on the new patient wall and the staff remembering your name and your stories the next time they see you. On top of that, I love my new smile! This team really knows what they're doing. From the consultation room, to setting up the finances, to the monthly visits and the extras that were needed to make my teeth straight, I felt very confident about the entire experience. I whole heartedly recommend Poidmore Orthodontics to anyone who is looking at getting orthodontia work done. read more
