My original orthodontist was no longer in business, so I checked Yelp to find a good orthodontist nearby -- and Lucas Orthodontics had great reviews. Making an appointment was easy, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The technician who helped me was friendly and efficient, and the whole process went very smoothly. After taking photos of my teeth, they scheduled my follow-up appointment to pick up the new retainer for the following week. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I'm glad I found this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing orthodontic care or a new retainer.

They put spacers in and he is scheduled to get his braces next Wednesday, 6/29. I decided I should get him in for his regular dental exam and cleaning prior to getting braces. Wouldn't you know it, he had a couple of cavities right where the spacers were. We finished at the dental office at 4:20 p.m. so I called Dr. Holt's office to see if there was any way someone could stay past 4:30 to put the spacers back in and sure enough Tiffany and Shelly both waited for us. This saved me the time and gas $$$ of having to take him to their Roseville office today to get the spacers put back in. I was an Invisalign patient of Dr. Mark Holt about 15 years ago. My soon-to-be 40-year-old daughter just finished her Invisalign treatment with Dr. Holt a month or so ago. The customer service at all of his locations is exceptional. Anytime we were ever behind it was communicated to them and it had to do with fraud and losing bank cards. They always received their money. Now my daughter's follow up appointments are being refused. We were set to be done with payments by 7/2026 it is June and I have $150 to go. This is not the place for you.

I'll start off by saying that everyone at Datwyler's office is very kind and I had a pleasant experience during my consultation. With that being said, I reached out to them later down the line after my consultation to move forward with getting a plan in motion for me. I called and was told that they would give my notes to Dr. Datwyler and someone would get back to me. I called back 3 times within a 2 week period waiting for a response and each time was told that they were waiting for Dr. Datwyler to review the notes and would get back to me. Never received a call back. I understand that my dental situation is complex, but I feel like I was not a priority for them. If they aren't interested in taking me on as a patient, I would respect them if they told me that, so I could move on and find another place to work with. It is frustrating to have your time wasted and still going on week 3, not receive a call back.

The first time I went to Dr. Kelleher was in high school when I needed braces. He was so great…read moreabout educating me on what I needed to do and why. I was a very inquisitive kid. I'm not trying to show off or anything but I had perfect teeth after my braces and never felt the need to hide my toothy smile. 10 years later, I was in an accident that broke practically half the bones in my body - my jaw was in 4 pieces. After I healed, my bite was a tragic under bite and my teeth were completely misaligned. Two of the orthodontists I went to told me it would take a series of surgeries and jaw realignment to fix it even a little bit. Mind you, this was 2 months after I had just gotten my jaw unwired from the accident and able to eat soft foods again, I was still in pain and learning how to use my jaw again. It wasn't really the option for me. Dr. Kelleher is no longer covered under my insurance but I went back to him for a consultation because I have a working history with him and trust him. He is an honest man. The best thing about him is that he WILL say no or he will tell you the absolute truth. His patients are more important to him than the money and that's highly apparent and appreciated. During my consultation, he told me that to get my bite back to 100% pre-accident I would need the surgeries. However, he took x-rays and molds and said he would think of a plan should I want to present that to another orthodontist under my network. A week later he showed me his plan, told me that might get me back to 85% but not a full 100%. No one else had even thought to be creative enough to give me options, he was the first one willing to put in the extra thought and effort to show me alternatives. One year later, my bite and smile are actually almost back to normal! He was impressed as well and extremely encouraging considering my situation. The entire staff is also extremely knowledgeable and answers all questions with detail! Healther, Rose and Jeanette make me feel as though I'm with friends and every interaction is comfortable and professional! Specifically, I want to say that they are considerate during x-rays and adjustments; no rough pushing or pulling. It's a weird thing to point out but I've experienced it before so I have to highlight how sweet, gentle and professional everyone is. Needless to say, these were all factors in my coming back to Dr. Kelleher. They've worked with me for the payment plan and everything, considering I wasn't under network with them. They're the BEST! I've referred my mom and other friends because I trust this entire team tremendously!
