I always have dental needs so it's important I go to a dentist I can trust and not make it a stressful experience. My first visit went well for exam and cleaning. Parking was easy. They took me in right away. I was able to discuss my plan with the Dentist and he was friendly. The assistant was nice and the practice just moved into a new place so everything was new and clean. The xray machine was interesting. It was portable and looked like a camera. I will continue my treatments here and see how it goes. read more

Everyone here is super warm and welcoming. I've been embarrassed to come in because I haven't seen a dentist since before covid, but everyone made it seem like no big deal. Bonnie and Danielle at the front are so sweet, they even printed out coloring pages for my son so he wouldn't be bored Jeannette and Dr. Rob were fantastic! I've had two visits here so far and both times they explain everything clearly and were so patient, they make visiting the dentist almost enjoyable this last visit Dr. Rob was able to adjust my retainer and saved me so much money, I'm so thankful! Haven't seen a dentist in way too long and came in for some lower right Jaw pain. Front desk was able to fit me in the same week for an emergency inspection and a huge cavity behind an old previous silver filling was identified quickly. Dr Le was able to walk me through all steps of the procedure and outcomes in great detail. Did not feel a single thing during filling procedure which is amazing because I have a pretty low pain tolerance lol. Great cleaning work from Julianna!!! This place has super friendly staff who want to make sure you are comfortable. I had some very poor experiences with a dentist before and was afraid to go to a new one, but I was super happy with my experiences here. Bidwell Dental is conveniently located off of Bidwell Street in Folsom between Taco Bell and Adanberto's Mexican Restaurants with plenty of free parking in front of the office. They are also open on Saturdays, which is a plus because I don't need to take time off of work! I have been searching a new dental office for years after my last dental hygienist retired, but most of the ones in my area do not have a hygienist. I hardly ever get cavities thanks to my parents' amazing parenting skills when I was a kid, so I'm very adamant on having a registered dental hygienist clean my teeth. A friend of mine referred me to Bidwell Dental because she was having Invisalign done and raved about how awesome her experience has been, so I thought I'd give this place a try, since they accept my Delta Dental insurance. I called and scheduled an appointment on my day off and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get an appointment for a cleaning right away! When I went in, I had Bonnie as my hygienist who was very gentle and extremely experienced. My former hygienist would do hand scaling cleaning only as it was her preference, but I felt like the pressure washer for your teeth (the cavitron) was a lot more efficient and clean! She also polished, flossed my teeth, and explained in detail the areas I needed to floss a little better in because there was slight bleeding but not too bad. The only thing I ever hate about going to the dentist is when I have to try and find a new office to go to after I get used to the last best one and Bidwell Dental, Dr. Rob, the staff, and my amazing experience made my switch from my former dental office very pleasant. I absolutely loved how clean she made my teeth feel and also so glad they have state-of-the-art technology to see if I have cavities or not. My former one had a regular x-ray machine where it was film, but the digital x-ray machine made it so cool seeing my teeth up close on a computer or tv monitor. Overall, I highly recommend Bidwell Dental as your go-to office as they have amazing customer service and are very up-to-date with their technology! read more

So I decided to come to this dentist because my wife and kids used to go there. One on my teeth was sensitive and the dentist suggested a crown which I really didn't wanna do but he said it was the best choice so I went ahead and agreed. From the very beginning the crown didn't feel right, my teeth didn't lined up right when my mouth closed so I went back and he checked it and I don't know if he grinned too much but he said he couldn't do anything else for me. I was never able to have an even bite after this. The dentist never even offered any other sort of treatment to try to fix it. It's been almost 3 years since then and my new dentist said my teeth shifted as a result of this and now I'm gonna have to do Invisalign to fix what he messed up. First of all, Danielle will make your day the moment you walk in. She is the MOST not only friendly, but relatable person! You immediately feel like you're more than a patient. Bonnie and Katie are just as amazing, most of my interactions were with Danielle :) Jeanette is my all time favorite RDH, and she too makes you feel like so much more than just a patient. Dr. Le is the best dentist we've ever been to (they're so good, my whole family went!). It can be months between visits and they all remember your vacations, personal things you've told them at your last visit, etc. I wish I had found them years ago, and even moving out of state, still hope to continue going back here. I wanted to switch to a dentist closer to home, and I found Bidwell Dental on Yelp. My experience with Bidwell Dental was simply excellent! I had my bi-annual cleaning, x-rays, and exam. Everyone from the front desk (Danielle) to Dr Robert Le was just wonderful! During the exam, Dr R. Le identified a tooth infection and promptly referred to me a local endodontist. Doctor Rob is fantastic and so is his office staff. The place isn't packed with tons of people, you feel welcome, it's so clean and modern too! I've gone to many dental places in the past and they have all been fairly bad as far as dentists and the overall feel of the place. I love that it's privately owned and you can tell Dr Rob has invested himself and takes pride in his office and staff. I was scared going in as my previously awful dentist office left me and my partner with several bad experiences. We were so surprised when Dr Rob was so kind, up front, and present. He answered all my questions, he took photos of every tooth (which no dentist has ever done for me) and explained what will need attention and what can wait. The office staff was so helpful with X-rays, insurance and they even gave me a huge discount if we wanted to get electric toothbrushes. We got them and absolutely love them. They also offered a discount if we referred a friend too. I have been going to Bidwell Dental since the late 90's or early 2000's when Dr. Nam Lee first opened. During that period I had braces regular checkups and a pleasant experience every time. The years have passed and now my wife and children are Bidwell Dental loyalists as well. Things have only gotten better under the guidance of the founders son Dr. Rob who recently took over his fathers practice. Dr. Rob has brought a new energy to the office employing the latest equipment and redesigning the office to be more in-line with the times.
