Well, no one enjoys going to the dentist, but having said that, I think I have finally found a dentist that I can really highly recommend! So far I've had two appointments. One for a cleaning and X-rays and one for a Root Canal. Doctor Danshian-Sani was very friendly, personable and professional. The office is immaculate, and the whole staff was warm and welcoming. I just HAVE to do this again. This place is a GOD send. You would NEVER know that I don't have the "top notch" insurance I used too. Even then I don't think I received better treatment,had better care, had ANY problem taken seriously AND found solution for. The manager is very hands on and comforting. Is usually aware of and already taken care of situations as they happened. It's so nice to talk to her. No gaslighting, she listens. The dentist is phenomenal as is the front office staff. We have been coming here for almost 3 years and I love the staff and the care we receive. I love the fact that they will schedule all the kids on the same day so that we dnt have to come back as well! My only complaint is sometimes we will be waiting up to 45 minutes past our appointment time if our appointment is in the afternoon. I have had some cracked and chipped front teeth which would have cost thousand to fix. I had Delta Dental plus insurance. Dr. Fady Khalil and team were able to get approval and place 4 crowns using insurance and approximately $2,000 cash. My bottom front teeth were also crooked and Dr. Khalil was able to fix those too. Now I have perfect teeth thanks to Dr. Khalil & team. Dr. Khalil in my years of dental clinic visits has been the best.... very gentle, caring and kind. I initially came to this office because my baby had a dental appointment here. We had a good experience that when I chipped a tooth, I decided to make an appointment for myself. What I didn't realize was that it was only supposed to be a consultation. I have GAD, and after finding that out, I started crying right there in the office. The front office manager was incredibly kind and understanding and somehow managed to fit me in that same day. That's when I ended up with Dr. Fady Khalil. Fast forward, and I'm basically a regular now because I have severe bruxism, so chipped teeth are a recurring issue. Finding a good dentist that accepts MediCal is challenging as it is, and in the past I felt like my teeth experienced the worst atrocities and I was sent back out into the wild. This office has been the complete opposite. Dr. Khalil and his team always make me feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely treated as a patient. The receptionists are always so sweet and do their best to help. The staff is incredibly accommodating and even calls me when earlier appointments become available. The dental assistants are professional, organized, and always on top of their work. And Dr. Khalil has truly has the gift of artistry in his hands. His tools might as well be magic wands. My teeth leave their office looking like they have their life together again. Thank you to Dr. Khalil and the entire team. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation. I came to this dental office for fillings and I also wear Invisalign. I asked if they could order night retainers for me (top and bottom). I was clearly told it would cost $300. I confirmed that I wear both upper and lower, and there was never any discussion about separate pricing per arch. They took impressions and I paid at the front desk. While I was there, they told me I might need crowns and were waiting for insurance approval. I specifically asked the doctor what would happen if crowns were approved after my retainers were made -- wouldn't the retainers stop fitting? He assured me it would not be an issue. Then suddenly, after I paid, he came back and said they would only order the upper retainer for now and wait on the lower until insurance responded. When I returned, I received only the upper retainer -- and it wasn't Invisalign brand at all, just a generic retainer. No one informed me of this or offered me the option of actual Invisalign retainers, even though that is what I requested from the beginning. Another major issue: they replaced a filling between my front teeth that had been done perfectly years ago. The result is a completely mismatched color that is very visible even in photos. When I came back to address it, I was told it's "impossible to match the color" and that drinking coffee would eventually stain it to match. I couldn't believe a dentist would say that. My previous filling lasted over 10 years and was completely invisible. Communication with the office is also very frustrating. They ask patients to text, but rarely respond. It took multiple attempts and visits to get any clarification. Months later, when I called to finally order the lower retainer, I was told the $300 I paid originally was only for ONE arch. This was never explained at any point. Now I'm being told I "misunderstood."The original discussion was clearly about retainers for my whole mouth. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional, poorly communicated, and very disappointing. I paid for something I did not ask for, received work that looks worse than before, and felt dismissed when I tried to resolve the issues. I would not recommend this office if you expect clear communication, transparency in pricing, and quality cosmetic dental work. read more

These people are not only a shoddy operation, I now realize they are also unethical. I got upset with them because they canceled and rescheduled on me twice to finish a deep cleaning. Something always came up. Either the person wasn't feeling well, or they lost power, or the person quit. Fine. But then, they would put me in the back of the line so I would have to wait another two weeks, only for them to cancel again. It took 7+ weeks for them to finally get me in to finish what they started, deep cleaning, the doctor put six injections in the right side to numb me. Six! In all my years of going to dentists, no one has ever put six injections to numb me. One or two at most. I knew the guy was deliberately trying to inflict pain on me after the arguments I had with the office. Now here is the unethical part. They went behind my back, called my insurance, and referred me to another dentist without telling me. I got a call from another dental office saying I had been approved for a full exam. I never even heard of that office. When I asked Delight Dental if they had referred me to another dentist without telling me, there was dead silence. And another thing. They said I needed to retreat an existing root canal because it was infected. If there was an infection there, I would be screaming from pain. I am not in pain so I got a second, and a third opinion. Second opinion said it looked like a chronic infection and not an emergency. Third dentist said he didn't see anything. These people are just trying to milk the insurance and they assume everybody is stupid. It is one thing to be a bad dental office. Being unethical is another matter. I can't believe how cowardly they are, to go behind my back and not even tell me they had messed with my insurance in that way. Blame falls squarely on the shoulders of the office manager. I made my teenage son an appointment at this place based off of a referral from a friend. I had high expectations. I planned on switching my entire family to this office but we definitely will not be doing that now because of the mean and unprofessional front office woman. Im shocked how poorly she treated my son. The dentist had told him he could see him on a Friday after the initial appointment, for a second appointment and she talked down to him and insinuated he was lying. She said she would call (after checking with the dentist because according to her my son was wrong) and he gave his cell number (not mine, his mother) Well they DID NOT call, instead they texted me. A text is not a call. I assumed they called him as well so I didn't respond, because how lazy do you have to be not to? I checked his phone record and they definitely did not call! Well he took off work today, Friday for his appointment, drove from roseville to folsom and the horrible lazy front office woman told him he didnt have an appointment!! He has a chip in his front tooth, what horrible service to leave him hanging like that before an important work dinner tonight! She refused to get him and and basically treated him like garbage! Get someone else who actually treats people with respect to deal with your patients! Ill be posting this as many places as possible. My son is polite, respectful and a nice boy. This office is absolutely amazing !! The staff is very kind and always so helpful. They are very reliable and so organized and I LOVE the reminders they send for future appointments. I ABSOLUTELY hated going to dentist but man Dr. Fady Khalil has completely changed my mind. He is so gentle and so careful !!! I have never felt any pain when getting work done. I was terrified of root canals but not anymore, thanks to Dr. Khalil!!! The most caring doctor I ever I met !!!! He truly changed my entire view about going to the dentist!! My visit to this clinic was extremely disappointing. First, I waited about 20 minutes for the assistant. After the X-ray and cleaning, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Khalil, Fady Adly recommended replacing all of my existing fillings (seven in total), even though there were no medical reasons for that. Then I waited another 20 minutes for the assistant to return and apply the fluoride treatment. The procedure was done carelessly and without attention. After that, I was told I couldn't leave the clinic until the administrator confirmed my visit with the insurance company. Since I was in a hurry to get to work, I had to leave. Later, I sent several email requests asking for my X-rays, but received no response. Eventually, I had to visit the clinic in person to request them. However, even after the in-person visit, I didn't receive my X-rays immediately -- they were emailed to me several days later. A short time after that, I received a letter from my insurance company stating that the fluoride treatment had not been approved and that I was responsible for payment. The clinic never discussed this with me in advance. I visited the clinic again to pay for this unauthorized service, but there was no payment terminal available. I was not given a proper receipt -- only a printed page that anyone could print on their own, with no signature or stamp. Such a paper cannot be considered valid proof of payment. It has been a month since my visit, and no one from the clinic has contacted me to explain the situation or offer an apology. Conclusion: the service at this clinic is unacceptable. They do not respect patients' time or trust -- they only see money, trying to get the most out of the insurance company while recommending unnecessary treatments. read more

Waited 40 minutes past a scheduled appointment *that they made 1 year earlier at the last appointment) and FINALLY left since we were completely ignored us in their small waiting room. Prior to appointmenr they sent both emails and text to for us to confirm which we did. Filled out the forms they did not send to us until we were driving to the appointment. They sent another email that said if we were late more than 15 minutes they would cancel appointment and charge. We arrived 10 minutes before appointment then waited 40 minutes. When I complained the receptionist went in the back to talk to the office manager and they "said" the room was being cleaned, We waited 10 more minutes. Crickets. We got up to leave The receptionist said the office manager was coming to talk to us but they never did. Receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule...uhhh NO thank you. I had been coming here for about a year. In July, I had a dental bridge fall out that was put on 9 years ago by an old dentist. When I called this office for an appointment to have it put back on,  the staff said "What do you want us to do about it? We did not put the old one on so we can't help you." I begged her to let me come in and she said, "I will talk to the Doctor and get back to you if he will see you." It's nearly September and I still have never heard back from them! I remembered I had the bridge made for me at Granite Bay Smile in Roseville 9 years ago. They were more than happy to see me and replace the old bridge for me.
