I was going to a business at this facility but unfortunately they hadn't opened yet. I really needed to use the restroom and saw there were restrooms in the lobby with codes to unlock. I went into this office and asked for the restroom code. Instead they responded with "are you checking in?" I said no I just need the restroom code. They said "those are private. You need to wait or go across the hall". You would think these businesses help each other out and their clients as they all use the same building. This was not good customer service at all. As a user of the cornerstone dental center I was not treated fairly and am disappointed with their lack of customer service. read more

Awful dentist. Abrasive, unpleasant, but more importantly, incompetent. Made me two porcelain veneers that were oddly shaped and flat, and refused to correct them after the fact. I beg of you, please do not go to this man. This review is not simply sour grapes, he is legitimately no good and I'm really trying to help people avoid the experience I had. His staff is fantastic, but he is a nightmare and his work is incredibly shoddy. read more

I have been going to Dr. Roth's office for almost 14 years. Let me begin by saying I have an unreasonable distaste for dental work of any-kind coupled with a very low pain tolerance for related work. These poor people have only ever seen the uptight ball of nerves version of me. Dr. Roth and every single person I have encountered over the years on his staff has only ever treated me with the utmost level of compassion. I vibrate with fear even for cleanings, let alone the intricate work Dr. Roth has had to do on my mouth through the years and he and his lovely team always show me patience and dignity. My fears are literally so unfounded (though ever present much to my chagrin) at this point as he is so gentle, kind and thorough in his work, as are the hygienists. They always switch up their tools/cleaning to accommodate my anxiety and never make me feel guilty even if it costs them time. I have been to other offices and have noticed staff is almost irritated at having to deal with my state of mind, I leave feeling embarrassed. At Dr. Roth's I leave feeling a little braver and so cared for. Dr. Roth also seems to be very careful about who he lets into his work family, as I mentioned, every single human I have encountered as been professional, kind and patient. Finally, it is such a vulnerable feeling to sit in that chair and open your mouth; we have to be able to trust our physicians and course of care they recommend to us. I have been to other offices and clearly been oversold unnecessary services and treated callously. Dr. Roth has always provided his professional opinion with explanations, different treatment options and his office always works to find a way to make it work for my family financially. I currently live over an hour away and will continue to commute to place my and my family's dental care in his trusted hands. We only wish we could find equally reliable, knowledgeable and trusted physicians for the rest of our care team ie GP etc! read more

Dr. Roth and his staff are extremely friendly and by far the most thorough dental experience I've ever had. We were new to the area so we, of course, checked out Yelp reviews to start our search for a new dentist. Dr. Roth is well known and loved by so many in our community so we gave them a shot! The initial appointments are in 2 separate sessions - we opted to book them back to back and our new patient appointment plus cleaning was very long. Like hours long .... But! It wasn't bad. Just super thorough. Recommend highly - just be sure to check with your insurance provider because we did end up with a bill at the end we were expecting. That's our error for not double checking. read more

My family has been going to Dr. Roth's for more years than I can remember! I have always appreciated the entire staff. I believe the reason Dr. Roth maintains such a professional and caring staff is due to his leadership, but that's just one piece of the pie. His skill as a dentist makes me unwilling to go to another dentist in the future. Even if I move, I will plan my dental work around my trips back to the area. I cannot imagine a more caring, qualified, and compassionate dental office anywhere else! You cannot go wrong here if you chose Dr. Roth and his staff !!! read more

Going to the dentist isn't particularly the first thing one thinks to do for an enjoyable experience. However, Dr. Roth and his team go above and beyond to provide an appointment where people truly show they care. From the front office, to the hygienists, and then the dentists themselves, they are an incredible balance of fun and professional. They are trustworthy and engaging, and cater their services to the client's preferences (less talk, more talk, etc.) Each time I visit, Dr. Roth greets with a smile, funny anecdote, and gets right to business! I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs. read more

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Roth. Now I can smile again with confidence. I had a baby tooth that finally fell out at the age of 59. I had multiple consultations with other providers, who recommended lengthy, involved and costly procedures to replace my missing tooth and correct my bite. Dr. Roth spent a lot of time explaining my options. He was so thorough, patient and informative. He conveyed a caring, capable attitude. The treatment option I selected was completed with care and excellent results. Dr. Roth and his assistant Candi are the best! Oh, I will also mention, my perfect smile was done in no time at a very small fraction of the cost I was quoted by the other providers I consulted with previously. The office is also beautiful, state of the art and all the staff are friendly and do a great job. read more

Dr. Roth is like "the company dentist", a bunch of folks from work go to him. We all go based on recommendations from our fellow co-workers. My wife, son and I have been going to Dr. Roth for years, for all our major and minor dental needs. The staff is friendly and professional and always willing to accommodate our schedule. They recently "teched-up" with cool text reminders about appointments. Let's face it, not many people really like to go to the dentist, but Dr. Roth and his staff make it the best experience it can be. read more

Doctor Roth and his entire staff are friendly and very professional. I know my smile is in good hands with this group! I have followed Dr. Roth to wherever his offices were. I now live and work downtown but choose to drive the distance to see my dentist in Folsom -He's worth it! Several years ago Dr. Roth installed my first ever crown. At my 6 month cleaning after that, Dr. Roth was not available and Dr. Judd said that I needed a root canal on the same tooth and needed to come up with a couple thousand for the procedure. I decided to wait as I was not in any pain. 6 months later I saw Dr. Roth again and told him about the root canal and he said I didn't need one. It's been over 6 years and I still haven't had that root canal that Dr. Judd said I needed! read more

Dr Roth has an amazing practice. From the time you walk into his office until you leave you are treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. His office has always been pristine and updated. Those are HUGELY important to me- nothing worse that a dr who is not super clean or up to date. My whole family goes to him, even the kids prefer him over a pediatric dentist. read more

Dr. Roth is a pleasant surprise and addition to the world of dentistry. He is casual, fun, personable, and professional. His work is excellent (as I have double checked with family members who are also dentists)! I appreciate that Dr. Roth gives back to those in his community and around the world via different missions trips. I've had a cracked tooth that needed a crown and several cavities. Dr. Roth took care of all of it with maximum comfort! It's been several years since my first treatment and I've had no issues! The office is beautiful, warm, and clean. The staff is also warm and friendly! Karen (RDH) is fantastic! She is personable, warm, intelligent, and meticulous! She never makes me feel bad about my coffee and tea habits that stain my teeth! :) Her dental chair also gives massages! We've been going to Dr. Roth now for a decade. Here and his staff are super talented and concerned for great results. After a crown that didn't fit quite right,I got in quickly for no-charge adjustment. Consistently his office puts our family's needs first so we'd not go anywhere else. read more

I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Sean Roth in Folsom. I have recommended him to all of my friends and co-workers and there isn't one who hasn't loved him and his staff. My husband hates dentists and he even agrees that this is the best office he has ever been to. I have had crowns, venneers, deep root cleansing, you name it and Dr. Roth takes extra care to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed while I am there. As for previous review, all I have to say is that you need to communicate with any doctor or dentist to let them know your thresold of pain and any type of treatment you need or expect. The office staff is professional and friendly and I never have problems with insurance billing. The best dentist since Dr. Vogel in the Brady Bunch! read more

If you want the job done right.... the first time, see Dr. Roth. Roth is UOP (Univ. of Pacific Dentistry School) trained - one of the best schools of Dentistry around. A mix of the worst and best of a dentist is what you will find with Sean Roth. Our experience began with the installation of a set of ten temporary Veneers. While this is a common procedure, Dr. Roth managed to cause my wife excessive pain during this procedure as he was unable to provide the correct amount of Novocain to properly numb my wife's mouth. He ended up giving her 5 or 6 different injections to reach the sufficient level of anesthesia to perform the procedure. Dr. Roth did such a poor job with the procedure, that the temporaries would not stay on causing my wife extreme pain when she drank or tried to eat something for three weeks. Of course, we called Dr. Roth immediately to rectify the situation, but he was unavailable (he said he was not feeling well) and my wife was made to wait two weeks with excruciating pain before the proper adhesive was applied to hold the temporary teeth in place to wait the remainig ten days when the Permanent Veneers would be ready for installation. When the permanent Veneers arrived, Dr. Roth struggled to find the right combination of anesthesia to perform the procedure to remove the temporary Veneers. Once again, he caused my wife severe pain. The installation of the permanent Veneers went reasonably well and even though we feared for days after the installation that the permanent Veneers would fall out, they have stayed in place. Well, now our story takes another twist, highlighting more of the lack of required dental skill Dr. Roth does not possess. Within a week, my wife began experiencing pain in one of her crowns situated next to the recently installed Veneers. We initially thought that the pain was a new cavity. Some time passed before my wife was able to muster the strength to return to the dentist office to have the painful tooth examined. My wife is now terrified of dentists after he experience with Dr. Roth. My wife chose not to return to Dr. Roth as she feared he was incompetent and did not trust his work based on the experiences explained above. The good dentist in this story, Dr. Lynn Judd, immediately recognized there was a large gap where one was not supposed to be because Dr. Roth did not seat the Crown properly. Dr. Judd told us we needed to go back to Dr. Roth to fix it. We told Dr. Judd that we would never let Dr. Roth near us again and that we wanted Dr. Judd to fix the improperly seated crown for us. Dr. Roth never took responsibility for his previous poor workmanship, worse yet, he was very arrogant, rude and non-caring attitude was a form of unacceptable abuse. read more

An honest and professional dental experience. EVERYONE was professional and Dr. Roth was an expert.

Currently no dentist.....of course that is when problem surfaced. My wife was recently recommended to Dr. Roth....she said he was great. She called for my sudden unbearable pain to get me in. Booked me with Dr Kloss within an hour or two. Upon arrival the front desk staff welcomed me with smiles. Filled out minimal new patient paperwork and was immediately brought back to patient room. Nicole did x-rays and assisted the doc with his magic...she was wonderful and very accomodating. Like I just mentioned, Dr. Kloss was on point.....he performed his tasks with great expertise. He explained things very well and seemed like just a regular decent and upbeat guy....it definitely helped that my pain went from an 8 to zilch in no time flat. Very, very satisfied and will make sure I sign up as a regular patient for preventative care. BTW, Dr. Roth stopped in and introduced himself and bs'd a bit...regular, normal guy...I appreciated that too. Thanks to all the staff....also, very nice, modern office...not a dump. read more
