They put spacers in and he is scheduled to get his braces next Wednesday, 6/29. I decided I should get him in for his regular dental exam and cleaning prior to getting braces. We finished at the dental office at 4:20 p.m. so I called Dr. Holt's office to see if there was any way someone could stay past 4:30 to put the spacers back in and sure enough Tiffany and Shelly both waited for us. This saved me the time and gas $$$ of having to take him to their Roseville office today to get the spacers put back in. I was an Invisalign patient of Dr. Mark Holt about 15 years ago. My soon-to-be 40-year-old daughter just finished her Invisalign treatment with Dr. Holt a month or so ago. The customer service at all of his locations is exceptional. I called to let them know what happened to my daughter. No apologies or concern. Nothing. Why would our dentist of 10 years put his ego over his patient? Stay away from this dentist. We left your office a few years ago, but we were with you for 10+ years. I can name the names of the ladies that work at the front desk in your office, and I know your exact location.
