The miscommunications and record keeping are the worst on the planet. They're penny pitchers that charge for everything, and it's just ridiculous how they will have remote receptionists try to manage checkins and docs, but can'tseem to keep details straight. . Orthodontists and surgeons not on the same page is a total nightmare. It's like they're all in different universes, and it's driving me nuts. Seriously, this needs to change, and fast! read more

Frustrating experience. They refused to coordinate with the transfer of panoramic scans because they wanted pt to pay out of pocket for scans in their office. Additionally, for Denta-cal people, they attempted to bill one of our family members $93 for the same consultation another family member with the same insurance had at the same office the same day for the same consultation (wisdom tooth extraction) which cost him $0. He WAS however told he would pay over $1000 to actually have the procedure and requested a $245 deposit to make the appointment. We did not continue services. read more

Staff was nice but to get a call 10 minutes before my appointment being told my doctor got switched and the doctor now can't help me because they want money upfront was disappointing and frustrating because I travelled an hour and a half and asked all these questions before hand. And in order to be seen with him again, I have to pay them $200 for canceling on me. You won't see me or the 200. There's other doctors out there. read more

This was honestly one of the most traumatizing experiences I've ever gone through. Firstly , I waited for over an hour and a half after my appt time at 8:00 am . Also, expect to pay something completely different than what you originally were told . honestly I still think about this and have nightmares, I was supposed to be given nitrousoxide due to the fact that I was having MAJOR oral surgery . As I watched the other patients get sedation (i was told they do not do full sedation) I was given a mask and was told nitrous would be flowing through the mask and my breathing would control how much I ingested . I was taking as many deep breaths as possible . After about 20 minutes of feeling completely normal, I asked the assistant when should this take effect and was told she would turn it up. When I say that there is not any chance , absolutely no way that I was given nitrous AT ALL, I mean that 100% . I continued to tell the assistant I still felt the exact same , I was ignored and they proceeded to start the procedure . My entire body was shaking THE ENTIRE TIME. I was crying the entire time , having a massive panic attack as the dentist asked for a Dixie cup and one by one dropped each one of my top teeth into the cup. Also, because this place doesn't make dentures, it's been a nightmare trying to find someone with my insurance who even wants to make them. And I wasn't told how much more difficult getting dentures after the fact was , I am young and know absolutely NOTHING ABOUT THE PROCESS. This has been one of the most humiliating embarrassing things I've gone through in my short 33 years . I was also told I would be given pain medication due to the amount of work Done , 2 bone graph, a membrane, sinus closure , and multiple broken bottom molars removed .. oh yeah and all ALL of my top teeth are gone . Luckily I have a high pain tolerance and have been making due but , I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and absolutely am terrified of all future dental work I may need read more

Im really giving this place a 4.75 out of 5 stars only because I feel the process for informing a patient on an unavoidable payment (if I did not pay, appointment would be cancelled) should be discussed in a more convenient way and not two days prior to the appointment date. I also did have to apologize to the staff for the way I responded in regards to that call, because the caller was only doing their job, but like I said it just needed to be better communicated on their end. BUT literally, other than that, it couldn't have gone any better. The front desk Isabella is very welcoming and extremely kind, as well as the assistant of Dr. William Hawkins, and also the one who wheeled me out. I forget their names as I was loopy after, but Dr. Hawkins is just great and he comes with a gentleness that we all need prior to going under and just as well as the assistant(S). This review is for Dr William Hawkins. I had to have all my teeth extracted and am going in for an alveoplasty in preparation for my dentures. If you are disabled, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. These people do not accommodate disabilities. the oral surgeon denied a reasonable accommodation for my disabled roommate, which was to have their emotional support caregiver present during a tooth extraction. This was an accommodation the consultation team EXPLICITLY said they could do. The denial resulted in my roommate having a meltdown, and the procedure did not happen, and now the surgeon is refusing to see them AT ALL. When we brought up that we were told they would accommodate, the oral surgeon admitted the consultation team will LIE to you just so they can collect your money. The reason we even went to this office is because our referral said they would accommodate disability. We will be filing an ADA complaint. read more

The office Experience was horrible . I brought my daughter here as a child and they had the best dentist and staff. Now the office is dirty, stuff unhinged and the dentist don't even speak to the patient anymore. My son came in for a cavity that was discovered during his normal 6 month visit. They rushed and I mean rushed through the visit. We were there maybe 20 minutes total. Fast forward 3 hours later my son's tooth now hurts when he bits down. I call to have it fixed(he did not have pain prior) got a request to let them call me back. No one called . Called again this morning again asked to let them call me back. Finally they call to let me know I need to drive an hour away to a different location to have it fixed. This place is horrible and once we get his tooth fix, it will be the last time going here. One of the dentist there is so rude. We're coming here for years coz they're accommodating with my child with special needs but our last visit was the worst... she even said right in front of me, my child and her assistant that she is afraid of my son. She was very impatient and seems does not want to deal with my kid. And to think she postponed our schedule a week after and 2 days before the visit she changed it to an earlier time slot. I went there for extraction and they were forcing me to pay them $1200 to do bone graft with extraction, they said they can't just do an extraction. Very hard to schedule an appointment. I have called twice and was on the phone for an hour each time. The people who answer the phones know nothing about dentistry or even their own office setup. I said at the beginning of the call I would like an appt. for my son and I back to back at the same office but I can be flexible on which office. After the guy asked me a bunch of questions and we found a day and time (that was over a month out) that my son and I could go at the same time. I asked for the address and he says "whoops you won't be able to get to your sons appt in time because they are in different locations" he said "if you want the same location then we aren't the best fit." This is after being on the phone for an hour!! The other time I called was also an hour because I had to be put on hold for chunks of time while that guy asked whoever he needed to ask some basic dentistry questions. They send out these nice ads like they have these convenient locations but getting an appointment is nearly impossible even with a couple hours to burn. read more

Impressed with this office. My 9 year old needed a lot of work done and we were both nervous going into the appointment. Emily the assistant and Dr. Gill were very kind with my son and explained everything. He was supposed to have work done on the right side of his mouth but when I told the doctor that he was having pain on the left side, she changed the treatment plan and made sure to get the pain taken care of. I saw some bad reviews so I didn't have high expectations, but I am glad I took him there and he will be going back a few more times to finish up everything he needs to get done and I have high confidence in Dr. Gill and her staff. read more

Literally the best dental experience I've ever had. I am absolutely terrified of anything dentist (endo) given my history. I literally shake im so terrified. Dr.rose & dion are definitely a dynamic duo. They really put you at ease, they work well together, & really put my horrible nerves at ease. I had to get two root canals & they were gentle & calming & really down to earth. They have patience & are not tearing at my mouth like other Dr's/assistants in the past. I really really appreciate the patience & care I recieved & I will never forget it, I am forever grateful . This place is holding my health hostage , they REFUSE to do a simple posterior extraction of one tooth. They are forcing me to have bone grafting and other unnecessary procedures that add up too around $5,000. They try to milk your insurance for what they can get. As well as your wallet; My tooth has been infected and is missing a filling; the infection is gone, thanks to antibiotics, but the infection will return, they are Jeopardizing my health!!, all in the name of GREED. The dentist told me to my very face, I can get my tooth extracted and decide 6-8 months later if I want bone grafting and an implant, then, lie and tell me , the opposite , and say the oral surgeon requested this, and won't do any extraction , until I agree to All these expensive unnecessary procedures . This is ILLEGAL. Action will be taken. read more
