In all…read moremy years of moving -- including multiple long‑distance moves -- I have never experienced service as consistently unacceptable as what your company provided. My dining room table was severely damaged. I was given incorrect information about the packing process, which resulted in substantial and unexpected fees. An Apple TV device was misplaced by the moving team and has not been recovered. The movers chipped my TV and Peloton screens. Additionally, the head of the moving crew repeatedly pressured me for excessive tips, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment. I was referred to Alpha Moving by my realtor, and I have already advised her to stop recommending them to clients. Based on this experience, I would not use Alpha Moving again under any circumstances.

I couldn't agree more- Kosta and his team were fantastic from start to finish! They arrived right on time at our old apartment and explained in detail what the process was going to look like. They were extremely efficient in moving our furniture out of the old apartment and into the new apartment. I forgot to include a few items when I initially detailed the items that needed to be moved, however, Kosta (and his colleagues Victor and John) were extremely accommodating and willing to move these items for no additional charge. I ended up paying exactly what was quoted in the initial estimate (a very reasonable price for the service we received!!) Would definitely use Moishe's for future moves and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Moishe's - you made an extremely stressful move during Covid seem painless!!!

1 Star - Absolutely Horrible Experience…read more I would strongly advise anyone considering this moving company to look elsewhere. My experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and costly. I paid my deposit in advance and scheduled my move for a specific date and time. To help with the move, I personally took the day off from work, and several family members and friends also rearranged their schedules and took time off to be present. We were told the moving truck would arrive at 2:00 PM. When the truck failed to arrive, I called the company at 2:30 PM to find out what was going on. I was told someone would call me back. Approximately 12 minutes later, I received a call informing me that the truck would not arrive until between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. This delay made the move impossible. The contract clearly stated the agreed-upon schedule, and Mario, who had been coordinating with my building, was fully aware that the freight elevator could not be used after 5:00 PM. This information was confirmed with building management well in advance. Despite knowing this critical detail, the company failed to provide the services I paid for. As a result, my family, friends, and I were left without a moving truck on moving day after taking time off from work and making arrangements to help with the move. To make matters worse, after informing me of the delay, both Brenda Barnett in customer service and Mario stopped responding to my calls and messages. The lack of communication and accountability was shocking. This situation caused significant stress, financial loss, and disruption. Three days later, I was still trying to get my deposit returned and had to contact the company again to request the release of my funds. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The failure to show up as scheduled, poor communication, disregard for contractual obligations, and complete lack of professionalism have left me no choice but to place this matter in legal hands. Stay away from this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand behind their commitments. I would never recommend them to anyone.

So happy we found these guys!…read more We had hired another company, but they kept giving us the run around, things like not sending us a contract, not showing up to deliver boxes or give us a quote, so at the last minute we told them to forget it, because we didn't trust that they would even show up. I found american movers online and OMG what a difference. Adam was so kind and was able to send us a contract in minutes, provide a COI in like 48 hours and confirm a move date that was less then a week away! Amazing!!! Pedro, Julio and their guys were fast careful and efficient! They worked really hard and provided such a great service. They moved our stuff to their storage facility too and I'm looking forward to them moving it in to our new office, now that it's ready! So happy we found them!
