And he kept asking us questions, about things we feel a pro mover should have known, and making comments about our personal belongings, all day. We bought them lunch. Not one thanks, btw. They used our cups and paper plates-which they left laying around our front porch by the truck. They left empty water bottles (water bottles we had provided -why, I don't know), empty tape rolls, pieces of trash, and unused tape all over our house-just thrown around. Note: we heard one item crash as they were packing, but since we -stupidly-didn't get photos of that item, or review it with him before packing, he said it was already broken, so we have no recourse there. We commented that one small glass-topped table didn't seem to be protected well-supervisor actually snickered and said "it's fine." after I'd posted a review, a guy called me, repeatedly, to ask me what they could do to change it. He was insanely persistent -so many voicemails!-until I agreed to a "refund" of a small amount. we recently contacted the company several times to get a copy of our contract. they sent an expired link...and have not replied to 2 additional requests to send the correct info. Not a good experience at all so far.

We were in and out of my old place in 40 minutes (granted, that depends on the amount of stuff). Romy was super nice, very reassuring, and all of them helped me move the extra stuff from my car as well. All my more delicate furniture was wrapped nicely and moved carefully. On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff.
