The crew went above and beyond to help move me. They were professional and friendly. I was not able to get everything boxed and Booth Movers were flexible with helping me with that task. My realtor agreed that the moving estimate was reasonable. I was very pleased I chose Booth Movers. read more

Booked with them from recommendation, surpassed our expectations. They arrived with plenty of advanced notice. They came prepared and were very careful with our belongings and the building. I appreciate their patience and care with the things that were left to pack at the last minute. They worked as a team and were time efficient. Both The load and unload were seamless and painless. Left no packing debris behind. They efficiently placed boxes so we could navigate throughout our living space. I highly recommend this team to carefully take care of your prized possessions and transfer them safely and expeditiously to your new location. Anthony and his team were a big relief to moving day stress. It was a very affordable move. Thank you, Booth Movers! read more

Worst movers I've ever had the mistake of using. I was talked into these guys through a mutual friend after my father passed and we had to leave the house. 1) charged Nearly double what I was quoted. I was charged nearly double what I was quoted and agreed upon. This was outrageous, I was sure there was a mistake. When calling to speak to someone about this I believe I was given the owners son. The owners son said the guy who did our quote was "getting old" and it "was just a quote". So you grossly miss calculated the cost and then charge the customer double? Nowhere in this phone call did this clown ever apologize and had the most smug attitude on the phone something I'm sure he would not have had we been communicating face to face. 2) terrible workers. The staff was also poor. When wrapping one of my tables the guy actually walked on the table ( table was upside down legs in the air, very long table and the guy walks from one end to other ON THE TABLE) I had to actually yell at this guy. They were not gentle seemed to be in a rush despite packing up a 5500 sq foot house, and overall lack of care was astonishing. I would get better performance from a group of highschoolers than what I was unfortunately presented with by booth movers. 3) damages to new condo To add on to the complete unprofessional and lack of skill labor booth has, they have damaged the walls throughout my house. Some deep scratches some surface level scratches. I've moved 3x in my life and every time I've never had one instance of a scratched wall. I get this can happen but given the rest of their abysmal performance this could not go unrecognized. I was too exhausted dealing with my fathers death and a plethora of other things to continue to entertain the clowns here decided to cut my losses and just let go, but let it be known to anyone else to use ANYONE else other than these guys. I'd the owners son or whoever that man was had even the least bit of customer service ability I'd be able to come to the conclusion accidents happen , but this guy was so condescending and so rude with a few other choice words I'll leave out I cannot NOT RECOMMEND this place enough. read more

My parents used Booth movers 25 years ago when the moved from bergen to ocean county. They were amazing, fair prices and made their move easy. Now they're elderly and need help. I made the move from bergen to their home in ocean county. There was no other moving company i called. Booth still has a great reputation, prices are still very fair, and the movers made it so easy, I had no anxiety, or stress, they just got it done. The movers were very friendly, and caring about my belongings. I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone who needs an excellent moving company. read more

Staff is extremely professional and efficient. George the salesman is the best!! I've used Booth Movers for years both professionally and personally and they never cease to amaze me! read more

Threw valuable one of a kind artwork into boxes , damaging frames , damaging at least one our piece completely. There was no rhyme or readily. To what was thrown into each box... Managed to loose the power cord to my tv... can't find a replacement. Caused what may be irrevocable damage to the floors of my new apartment. Caused extensive damage to the newly skim coated and painted walls in my new home , damaged furniture. Broke my new zero gravity massage chair .., it goes on and on. Careless, sloppy and disrespectful in the extreme. I would never ever recommend them to anyone ever read more

The quality and professionalism that I received starting with the quote experience up to and through the completion of the move was fantastic. I can not recommend this company more, especially in an industry that does not have the most honest reputation, these guys are nothing but honest and trustworthy. read more

Was very reasonably priced (I got the in home service) and worth it to save my back from moving all my furniture again. Guys arrived, got right to work, moved everything in place and put it all together for me. Definitely would recommend Booth Movers. read more

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOTH MOVERS. I moved out of our home today. Boxes were packed, but the team came in and took canre of the big items. All the furniture and paintings, the bedroom and everything. Some pieces were large but they had now problem handling that. And there was only three of them. It took them 3 hours to come in and take everything out and put it ont he truck. From the home they took everything to the storage unit and took it off the truck and put it into one large storage unit that was no bigger than our living room. At the storage they put the items in specifically so that everything would fit. Furniture first and then the boxes last. It was ideal. You can now even find space and walk in our unit. Everything is identified and you know where it is. I cannot say enough. But a very special thanks to the team. Managed by Anthony, there was also Justice and Edwin. It is actually one family doing this for us today. That means they all worked together. They are well organized, prepared, focused and nice to be with. I even lent a hand if they needed some assistance. They did work as "one". And that is rare to find. So, thanks to Anthony, Justice and Edwin. And thanks to Adam (President) and Dan who coordinated the efforts. I will definitely use Booth Movers again....and ask for Anthony. read more

I highly recommend Booth Movers. Mike and Q were the team that did the move. They were friendly and efficient every step of the way. It was pouring out and that didn't deter them in the least. They were very respectable of my mother's belongings and packed everything with care. Smooth sailing from the first phone call to inquire about the services to the last box being placed in the new apartment. Some movers didn't even get back to me after I left messages inquiring. Use booth movers if you want hassle free moving experience. read more

We have used Booth Movers several times and we've always been very happy with them. The front office team, including Bobby and Dana, is wonderful! Our moving team today was Anthony and Edwin, and they were excellent! They were professional, fast, and took incredible care of our things. We thought we were happy before, but this team took it to a higher level. The final bill was less than we were quoted because they were so efficient. Thank you to everyone at Booth Movers. I thought I had already posted a review about these amazing movers. They came to my 2 story townhouse at 8:15 in the morning and had taken apart a king size bed and wrapped all of my glasses and art work and moved me into a two bedroom apartment and were finished by 2. Polite, careful and as accommodating as they could be. I recommend them highly and felt that the price was reasonable for the work they did. read more

I contacted Booth Movers for a local move. From start to finish it was a job well done! They answered all my questions and explained the process as this was my first move with a moving company. I can't say enough great things about the team they sent. Mike led the crew. It was a difficult move for them as the home I left was old with a difficult stairway. The guys took it all in stride and figured out the challenges the stairway presented. They wrapped everything carefully. I had some very fragile pieces and furniture that made it to my new home intact. The crew was congenial, professional, and supportive throughout. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with a smile on their faces. They brought everything into the new home and placed it where requested. Their positive disposition made what was a difficult experience for me pleasurable. Thank you Booth Movers!!!! read more

Booth Movers are the only company I will use. They moved me 30 years ago to my current home, they moved my children to their new homes, my mother in law when she needed, and back to me again for assistance during my home renovations. They are so accommodating and if my schedule requires adjustment, they are very willing to assist. read more

Due to forces beyond my control I needed to move in the middle of this madness. In addition, moving day was around 95 degrees. Thanks to Eduardo and the crew making a sucky day suck less. They showed up right on time and got right to work. I had previously done a walk through of my place via Skype to show what was going to be moved. I was told the movers would take anything in sealed boxes in addition to all the agreed upon furniture. These guys went above and beyond! They basically took everything that wasn't nailed down. They took pictures off the wall, crates of albums and even emptied my attic, which I thought I had to do on my own since there was a lot of loose crap. They wrapped everything in blankets and bubble wrap. They disassembled and reassembled everything that needed it. The move couldn't have been smoother . I wouldn't hesitate to use Booth again! read more

I have moved 5 times in my life and my experience with Booth Movers are by far the best. From the moment the assessor came out to do the estimate, to the moment the last box was placed in my home, exceptional service was provided. Will be moving from a 3-Bedroom apartment into a home next week and we decided to go with Booth Movers. A bit pricey but we're hoping it's well worth it and that our move is a smooth, no incident one. So far I will say that the quote process (FaceTime call/walk through) and communication with Bobby in terms of scheduling has been a pleasure, which is a plus. Will post a follow up review once our move has been completed. read more
