Not wanting to make any mistakes since I already prepaid $50 I again asked the same female associate if I did things correctly, which seemed to piss her off, so now she starts talking to me like I was a 6 year old child which I found rather rude. I've also used the same packaging successfully with USPS, FedEx, and DHL, so I was surprised when I was suddenly told that my package "wasn't a shipping box" because it didn't have a certain certification marking on it. The confusing part was that the employee still accepted the package "this time," which made the interaction feel inconsistent and honestly came across more like an attempt to upsell packaging materials or services rather than an actual shipping requirement. I completely understand wanting to make sure packages are secure, but clearer and more consistent communication would make for a much better customer experience.
