We used Yen Yen to make getting docs notarized convenient for our mom. Yen was able to help us on…read moresuper short notice and arrived promptly. When one of our docs was returned by the recorder's office because they said the stamp wasn't clear enough, Yen Yen said she'd return and not charge us for re-notarizing. We had another doc to notarize and she waived this fee as well. As it turned out she wasn't able to make the appointment but knew we wanted to get this done ASAP, and she was able to arrange for her husband (also a notary public) to come instead. Both are timely, pleasant and professional. Our mom felt super comfortable and we appreciate getting this done in the comfort of her home.
