I paid for them to clean my house as I was moving in and let me tell you they did a shitty job cleaning. I faithfully paid them without seeing the results as he only provided with pictures not great quality. Once I was finally able to see for myself not happy at all try to contact them personally did not get a reply back, I kept trying to get an answer and nothing. Yes he eventually answer but did not provide me with an answer nor with my invoice Sergio promise to send. I explained to Sergio what I needed cleaning prior to choosing his service as well as how big the house was if his company was not able to clean thoroughly why not let me know prior to paying. I was quoted 450.00 for a deep cleaning of my house before it went on the market. I notified the owner that I wouldn't be home and that I would have a family member check up. Upon completion I was told that there was a second individual and it would be an additional 100.00. I felt that was fair at the time as additional labor warrants it. Upon arriving home I noticed that thing's definitely did look cleaner but the doors,baseboards window frames and blinds and door frames weren't clean which a few of those were my key needs. I spoke to the owner and he told me that after I sent the pictures that the second person never went and after some arguing he reluctantly sent me the extra 100.00 back. I asked for more as this clearly isn't a 450.00 job as key items were missed severely. He felt that I was trying to manipulate money out of him and told me basically to screw off. I had a fear about hiring a housekeeper because I've been screwed by a contractor already but I thought I could trust the owner as he made me feel important. I was severely wrong. Save your money take your business elsewhere because this is what paying 550.00 gets you from his company. This man has zero accountability for his actions and no remorse for the extra money I had to pay out to fix the errors that his company couldn't fix yet promised they would. read more

Sergio and his assistant were amazing! Very open communication, supremely professional, flexible scheduling availability that worked with my schedule, and time efficient. I have 3 young kids and a small house that has carpet for majority of the flooring (which is horrible for me because... kids haha). I've tried to protect the carpeting as much as possible with rugs in major traffic areas, but after a year from our original move in date, the rugs and carpet have taken some hits. Fortunately for me, I across Plus 1 Carpet Care and decided I was tired of seeing the rugs and carpets looking like caca, and booked an appointment for Sergio to come and give my carpets and rugs a little TLC. Please see the pictures, but I don't feel like they've done true justice to the real before and after results. I guess I got led by reviews but Unfortunately didn't have a good experience. Made appointment for my carpet cleaning a day before and confirmed the end of day and through out the day to at end someone else was going come because they couldn't make it. I did advise I would hire someone else if they couldn't. Then they stated they would and be on time and it was going be another company because they couldn't come to do the service. And everything was going be same. Same price same time. The people never showed up and never called . They decided call an hr after the appointment was supposed to be to tell me they were on their way. Unfortunately at that time I wasn't happy at all and didn't want the service anymore. After the original owner offered to come do it himself but unfortunately I requested the date and time for reason I did advice I needed it today and was reason I asked if they could. Only wasted my time. I had bad experience but hopefully no one else has this issue definitely not good way to earn a customer or business now I wouldn't trust calling them or would refer them. But good luck to everyone else. As they respond if they feel they need to make a statement feel free contact me I also have that info available.
