The AC condensate drain to my house has been heavily leaking. My husband and I thought it might have been a clogged drain. So we hired AC King for a tuneup and inspection. Reynen and Kendrick were the HVAC technicians that came to my house. I'm very particular about having people in my house. I've had contractors come, who I just do not feel comfortable with. They were very nice and polite. The checked out and assessed everything. They replaced the filter and the AC is blowing ice cold. They provided us a quote for when we eventually have to replace our AC unit which we plan on doing next year. I don't think we can find a better deal. I was very happy with the work, and how they listened to our concerns. It felt like we had very respectable friends over when they were here. I bought my house in July 2021. Since my purchase there have been many HVAC issues that I've needed help with. We called AC King to schedule an AC unit tune-up and diagnostic to fix any cooling issues we were having. They gave us an appointment the next day. I have needed someone to take a look at one of our AC vents since it has always had weaker air flow causing our guest room to remain warmer than the rest of our home. I got an immediate response and we scheduled a date/time for him to stop by for a consultation. He went up to our attic to inspect our duct work and was transparent about how certain repairs were not necessary. Even though he did notice that our guest room is a bit warmer, he said he didn't believe it was advisable to spend X amount of money for repairs and to install dampers to help divert our air flow since the temperature in our guest room is not unbearable.
