Robert was quick to respond and give me dates when he could stop by to look at the scope of work, give an estimate, then return to do the work if the estimate was acceptable. He's pretty booked up which he told us about in advance but it wasn't a problem to wait a few weeks considering the issues were old themselves. Robert came to do the estimate as promised, sent it, I approved and he came to do the work this week. We are SO impressed with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail. Everything looks perfect and more importantly we now won't have leaking or damage when the rains come. He matched the paint perfectly and did really beautiful repair work on our front door. As he was doing the front door repair he noticed that the weather stripping seals were bad, so he let me know and replaced those too. He also replaced a latch on a slider that's been broken for a while, repaired a garage side door with terrible weather stripping, installed a couple of new electric lights that have not worked for a year and took care of a long to do list that we are not skilled enough to do ourselves. Ok guess business is amazing and they can blow off customers like that. Some time had passed i reached out to build a play set, they said yes they could do it, had price time and date. Day before the appointment i reached out and they said they had to reschedule bcus of rain (it barely sprinkled) didnt say when, so i pushed for the next date. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. What a waste of time.
