I've used Victor twice now for the same investment property in Riverside and he is both an excellent tradesman and communicator. Pricing was fair for the work involved and he was professional at all times. Unlike other contractors who "sell the job" but fail to fully stand behind the work, he is hands-on but does have a reliable crew. The recent negative review he received was related to a problem tenant who is no longer at the property. We had addressed issues immediately and Victor was very accommodating to schedule work immediately - due to the urgent nature of the repairs to be performed, but there were games being played. Most contractors would have lost their cool or steered clear with the tricky situation - but Victor stayed very professional and got the job done (even with a difficult situation in play) with quality and actively communicated the whole time. Hired victory paint services to patch and repair the hole on my bathroom wall. I was so impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Before they started, they laid "drop cloth" from the front entrance all the way to the bathroom floor. Now that, I don't see from other vendors. Then they set up a table outside, with all the tools they needed and a bucket of water. Not only are they professional, but very organized and clean. He responded quickly to our requested for an estimate, recommended paint colors, gave recommendations to help us select the colors we wanted, during the painting process he explained how long it would take and what we be done each day, he moved furniture out of the way, protected our furniture and other items while painting, checked with us daily on what we thought about the work that was done that day, and after he was done he made sure we were pleased before he took the final payment.
