He wrote a very detailed proposal/bid for our patio cover. He made some good suggestions and totally worked with us when we wanted to buy our own light/ceiling fan fixture. Even more impressive, he was completely acommodating when we asked him if he be willing to assemble and mount a large shade shutter that was not part of the original deal. Yet he spent (4) extra hours getting this done for us....and charged us a very nominal amount (when was the last time a contractor did something extra virtually free?). It's always stressful whenever hiring a contractor for work that should be done by a professional. It's like going to the auto mechanic....you hold your breath and hope to be treated and fairly charged without feeling like a sucker. Andres does excellent work....and he was usually out in that unbearable heat working on the patio cover himself. He takes pride in his work.

He was at my house the next day reviewing the project and it started a week later .During the following four weeks I had a complete remodel of my master bathroom, a partial remodel of my kids, bathroom and various other projects throughout the house.It has been an absolute joy to work with the AEC team. The forman Dominic was great at communicating constantly with me even on the weekends, letting me know what time the guys will be showing up what the parking situation will be like & everybody was always on time. The work was beautiful. They are incredible craftsmen & I would highly recommend this company to everyone.!! I did receive the estimate for my bathroom remodels and several other projects &asked to get the work started in April... on February 2 they responded that I would be put on their schedule and I immediately responded and asked for the specific dates so I could start preparing the finances and all of the items that we're going to be needed for the remodel , it is now March 24 and I've never heard back from them. I wish they would've just told me they weren't interested because I've wasted all this time now waiting for them.
