On the day of construction, Daniel (foreman) arrived prior to his crew and walked us through the timeline for our project, from tile and carpet removal, to leveling the floors, and each step along the way. Shortly thereafter, Daiel's crew arrived and they didn't waste a minute as they began working right away! Daniel's communication with us was amazing throughout the entire project- we couldn't have asked for anything better and the final work product was incredible. The owner came out to fix the mistakes and not only were the tiles not level, a few were chipped. He came out again and there is still a tile that is not level and there are sections where there is no grout.
