HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

In July 2025, we had busted field tile, we again called Winters Plumbing, busted tile was next to electrical cable wiring, they had to do some hand digging. We also had pine trees about a foot away from tile, they were not damaged. Ground digging was minimal. As this tile ran down to a ditch, they put a varmint cover over end. This was a very difficult job, ground very hard, weather in the 90's. They stayed until job was finished 7:00 in evening or later. They worked very hard, did very good work. The price very reasonable. Thank you to Dawson Adam's and his crew for doing such a good job!

Winters shouldn't send plumbers out on well repair tickets if they aren unqualified to work on wells. It cost me $471 to find out Winters didn't know what they were doing regarding well repair. The employees were polite and a manager followed up with me, but then did nothing to make things right. The man came and installed a non-programmable heat pump thermostat that costs less then $40 at home depot. I was charged a $110 diagnostic fee and then 214.84 for the thermostat plus and 18.00 fuel surcharge. I paid $354 for less than an hour of work. Make sure you get the charges clarified if you use these guys and buy your own thermostat!

It all started by contacting them to get a simple quote their were on time and their price was very competitive. The most impressive part was that Kevin was very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the work that he was quoting and explained step-by-step exactly what he will be doing. After receiving several bids, I went ahead and asked for a quick start and they jumped on the working mediately and finished up in one day! I even had to step out and told Kevin I would be right back and had another contractor show up and Kevin was nice enough to let the contractor know what I needed done since I was not present, this is called going above and beyond! Do not waste your time shopping around, trying to cut corners, go with a credible company that knows what they're doing, experienced and the price was respectful. I am happy! Oh before I forget, after the installation there was a small issue that was a concern, they immediately addressed it and were there right away!
