I'm happy to say that I called Aim to Please today when a floor drain backed up after years of disuse. It is located directly under my water heater and I had to bring in the big guns for a job that was a bit too big for me to tackle. My house is older and sits on a concrete slab. Attempts with a plunger and an auger didn't help, and I was informed up front about the fact the drain may be compromised. I was also told about a potential solution if that was the case. One last solution involved a tool that fills the pipe and shoots a high pressure jet of water. Success!! They were all very friendly and thorough, and I appreciate the steps taken to fix the problem as well as the tips given to help make sure it doesn't happen again. Make sure you check their website. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!
