This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

I had Patrick come out on 2/13/2026 to quote a duct cleaning. He arrived about two hours late and…read morequoted us $1,300, which seemed high, but we wanted to support a small business so we agreed and paid half down. The original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a family emergency on his end, which I completely understood. He even offered a refund at that time, but we chose to reschedule. Our new appointment was set for 10:00 a.m. on 3/9/2026. He didn't arrive until 7:16 p.m. When he finally got here, he looked at our furnace and pointed out mold. He said he could clean it but that it might cause more issues. Then he told us we needed to replace ALL of our ductwork and quoted $8,400. That immediately raised concerns, so we had two reputable HVAC companies come out for second opinions. Both said our ductwork was in great condition. They found the real issue was a refrigerant (Freon) leak--our A/C unit is 25 years old and was leaking at 42%. That explained the problem. They also said that even if ductwork repairs were needed, it would not cost anywhere near what we were quoted. We decided to move forward with a new A/C unit through another company, which also included a free air purifier and duct cleaning. I requested a refund of our deposit and even offered to let him keep $150 for his time and gas. Since then, I have received no response and have been completely ghosted. Please be very cautious. He is very convincing, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work.
