They also charge for Loading their truck with copper pipe, Drive Time AND a $65 Trip Charge. Plumber arrived at 8:30 and was finished at 4:30. Charged us from 8:00 to 5:00 at $100 per hour. I was told the system had not been updated so it showed the old cost. I don't think that was fair and not my fault seeing as we were told by the rep that came to our house that they have new iPads (he was getting used to using) with the updated pricing and documents.
