It's obvious how knowledgeable and experienced he is. We thought this malfunction involving the septic system and our bathrooms was going to become a very expensive monster. It was manageable and we were all able to sleep easy that night. He is going to come back next week to check up on things and advised us to call if we have further issues. I was told the system had not been updated so it showed the old cost. I don't think that was fair and not my fault seeing as we were told by the rep that came to our house that they have new iPads (he was getting used to using) with the updated pricing and documents.
