Right before Christmas the water heater went out again so we called them up and asked them to come out again, told them we just wanted hot water again. They showed up a half hr later than they were suppose too and were here for about an hour and most of the time here they were outside and not working on the water heater. They told us they would get us hot water or we would need a new water heater. They told us then that it was a thermal couple or something like that. Charged us almost $200 for maybe 10 mins of work and left. 2 days later and multiple texts and a few calls and voicemails left and they finally got back to us saying basically they checked voicemails more then texts (but I left a voicemail two days ago and no response), and that they were not coming back and we are out of luck. Lied to and out $200 that could have been used for the new water heater. So I guess thanks for stealing $200 from us for just sitting in our driveway doing who knows what.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!
