I contracted New Gen for a new furnace installation this past spring. I began trying to contact them several weeks ago and could never get their actual office, the phones always went to their after-hours answering service. After 6 calls with a detailed message each time to call me and schedule an install, I never heard back from them. Five days ago I received an updated estimate totaling $7K more than the original quoted price. I've still not heard back from anyone even after two more phone calls. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and WAY over-priced. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

During his visit, we noticed a pipe leading into our house had begun to drip and scheduled a return visit for another day. Later, we got a call from Summers informing us that we wouldn't need the later appointment because they would be able to return and solve the problem that afternoon! Chad came back out with Diondre and they spent another few hours fixing that and installing something else we'd requested. They were both fantastic - trustworthy and helpful folks and we'll definitely be continuing to use Summers' services after this experience with them. Also great communication on ETA from company - love their informative and useful texts about who to expect and when.

It's a pity the people working for them don't have competent management, because I'd happily work…read morewith any individual technician again. But the administration is beyond incompetent. In order: Every time we called for a plumber, we were repeatedly redirected to different offices, both of which said they didn't service our area and sent us to the other one. They informed us they'd be switching us to a monthly contract at the end of our current annual contract. They then immediately began charging us the monthly fee, and didn't stop nor refund us for months. They over-booked, and attempted to move our AC service from early May to *September,* forcing us to go to a different provider. When we requested a partial refund for failure to actually honor our contract, we were put on their do-not-service list. Once again, they took months to provide this refund. After all of that, they just sent us a text message asking us to come back as a client.
