When I contacted Walnut Builders through the BBB, the company was super quick to respond to my inquiry. That alone made the company a refreshing contractor to work with. Then, they scheduled my work in my home within two weeks, maybe faster. First, they fixed the mistakes of two previous contractors. Then, they not only handled my list of things to do, they even found some problems in my electric system that could have been very dangerous - and they fixed it. They took care of everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. All their work is of high quality. Daniel and his team were courteous and friendly and respectful of my home. They are super clean about all their work and clean up all their work messes (I think they even cleaned up some of my messes). They were very kind to my old dog who stuck his nose into everything they did. I recommend Walnut Builders, LLC. I wish I had found them earlier.

Mike Smith of the company inspected the issue proposed a fix that included a drainage system and sump pump. He also assured me that they could take care what ever issue they may find down there. His estimate was very reasonable. The work started when they said it would. WHAT A WEIGHT LIFTED FROM MY SHOULDERS. When the three man crew arrived and introduced themselves and the supervisor outlined what they would be doing and when they expected to complete the job. The supervisor, Efrain, and Salvador and Eddie gave me confidence I was in great hands. Now this is something you hardly ever hear anyone say anymore; but I have never seen three men work so hard and professionally as those three did. Efrain kept me totally abreast of the progress with before and after videos. I know I have restricted myself in the past to restaurant reviews as my wife and I are foodies. But I learned there are "artists" in other fields of work as well. Swain Co and their people are one class act as ND I would hghly recommend them for any crawl space, foundation or basement issues. We had Brian redo our entire house to get it ready to sell and he did everything! Repaired walls,…read moreposts, doorways, and doors, painted walls, installed new lighting, fixed cracks, tiled the kitchen floor and walls, installed appliances, installed and moved outlets, changed door knobs and hinges, and on and on. He is meticulous in his work (also meaning he doesn't rush a job) and won't skimp on a job even if he puts in twice the time he estimated just to make sure that it's perfect. Brian previously worked as a window installer and can actually build a whole building if you need him to. He was open to every job we threw at him except carpet installation (best to leave that to the guys who do it everyday and work for the carpet company) and wood floor refinishing (you need specific, expensive equipment to do this job that he doesn't own). We're hiring Brian to do all the work to renovate the house we're moving into, also, including building an entertainment center for us and a fence and shed out back. And he's really nice and laid back. I strongly recommend Brian Reynolds!
