We ended up not using Plumb & Order for this project because the workaround we were considering for a drainage issue resulting from a bathroom renovation won't work. It's a bigger construction issue we will need to take up with our original general contractor. But I'm writing this review because of the experience and Wyatt's professionalism. We very much appreciated the communication in scheduling and little things like not having to ask him to use shoe coverings when he came inside. Wyatt's advice and expertise when he came to look at the situation was very helpful. We'll definitely call Wyatt and team for future needs. read more

Plumb & Order as a service provider is exceptional; excellent skill and service. We have used their services for three separate plumbing issues. Their technicians work diligently to solve the problem and have the resources to do so. Very kind, thoughtful service. Booking the appointment via phone was easy. read more

We called for a chronically clogged drain that we had historically taken care of ourselves. Matt with Plumb & Order arrive promptly and on time and got to work after a brief discussion. He was professional and courteous and fixed our drain in a little under an hour. The pricing was fair and Matt made sure we got our money's worth. I no longer need to "find" a plumber, I'm just going to call Plumb & Order. read more

So not going to lie I called them because of the name . I am a huge law and order fan. That being said they were amazing! We had a few things that needed to be repaired and they fixed them quickly and efficiently and without breaking the bank. I also requested they wear masks because I had a newborn in my home and in February it was cold and flu season, and they gladly did. They were super professional and the price was perfect! I will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future. read more

Plumb & Order provided a fair price, great communication, and excellent service. We will definitely call them again for future needs.

I had both a toilet and shower issue. I was very concerned about what the shower was going to cost. They scheduled me quickly, fixed everything, and didn't try to cheat me. Pricing was very reasonable. I could not be happier. read more

Plumb & Order followed up with me after seeing my review. Kirk and Wyatt, who I believe are the owners, both reached out and I spoke to Kirk on the phone. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. Not only did they refund everything they charged us for the misdiagnosis, they seemed genuinely apologetic and were very kind and gracious. I can confidently say this is a company with integrity that cares about their customers. The only reason I'm not giving them a full 5 stars, is because I wish they'd been a little more thorough in their follow-up after the original diagnosis to ensure the quote for replacing our entire plumbing system was accurate and reflective of what really needed to be done. That said, I really appreciate their willingness to admit a mistake was made and take decisive action to rectify it. read more

Kirk is amazing! I've been having $300 water bills and was unable to locate leak so I called Plumb &order due to the excellent reviews. Kirk came out promptly and diagnosed my issue within minutes and didn't even charge me a dime.what?? No way?!? What a saint! First blessing I've had in a while I've had nothing both but bad luck in new house. I had 2 other projects I needed done and Kirk provided estimates on both projects. I've never had to call a plumber before but I know who I'm contacting in the future. If you want a good honest plumber look no further, Kirk is your man! read more

Replace hot water heater. Looks terrific to me. We have hot water and nothing spewing out of pipes. They're a bit pricey, but they do what needs to be done, and I've never had to ask them to come back to re-do anything. Really great. read more

Great first experience with Plumb & Order. They were able to see me same-day and fixed our burst pipe and replaced the spigot very quickly, and for less than I expected! read more

Super satisfied with my experience and the staff that attended to my hot water replacement and gas range switchout/install. I do wish they had referenced the manual more in the install as it's a complicated Italian Range oven and did the testing/calibrating that was called out in the manual, but it does work nicely anyhow. I might need it to be recalibrated at some point, but that was also on me to have noticed these things in the instructions to check in that they were happening. I would use Law & Plumber again, regardless of that minor point. read more

Had a plumbing company that I found on yelp come out, did a look around and determined it was a faulty regulator. Quotted $1250 for the job. I told them i would have to get a 2nd quote before making a decision. Called Plumb & Order and told them over the phone what was needed. I got a quote for 1/2! They said it was a pretty straight forward process and they could have someone out the followimg week. Scheduled it and they arrived ontime the following week. Father and son team were efficient, curtious and knowledgeable. Had everything completed and tested in about 2 hrs. Fixed the "water hammer" issue and havent had an issue since. Great service, honest and upfront. I definitely recommend this company. read more

Had them come out to look at a "whistling" toilet. It took Wyatt less than a minute to tell me that it would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. I appreciated the honesty. Even though he wasn't able to repair the toilet he did stick around to install a new garbage disposal and replace an outside water faucet. Would definitely use again read more

I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process). Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience. Seriously, this is the real deal. read more

These guys know what they are doing. Very professional and efficient, and obviously quite experienced and knowledgeable. They saved the day for me and my family right before the holidays! Thank you Plumb & Order! read more

What an awesome customer service, I can't thank everyone enough. Meghan, was so nice and helpful to begin with, she made the whole process and communication seamless. Wyatt, was the guy who helped us and he was so awesome and made sure everything was done to perfection. They accommodated us last minute, for which I am so grateful for and we are in altogether different state, still they had the patience and handled everything very professionally. Definitely for any of our future needs will be reaching out to them. And certainly recommend this company. Keep up the awesome work!! read more

Matt did a fantastic job finding a leak which could have been very difficult based on its location. Afterwards, he and his crew worked hard getting to it, fixed the issue and probably saved me a good deal of time and money. I've used them before and they've always been effective and honest. read more

No question, I will recommend Kirk and Wyatt to anyone in ATX that needs a plumber. These guys treat your house like it's their own. Couldn't be more impressed with the level of work, professionalism, root causes analysis and overall problem solving. Stop your search and call them. read more

This is a great small company that is nimble, reasonably priced with excellent skilled and intelligent labor. Tony and Connor were amazing. They had to replace an attic gas hot water heater that was located BEHIND the HVAC in 100 degree weather. They managed to get the old one out and the new one in without a single drop spilled anywhere and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even had to remove (and replace) trim around my attic opening which was a bit too small. Did I mention the very reasonable prices? I'll consider Plumb & Order my go-to for all my daily future plumbing needs. You guys rock! read more

Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly! They have come out to my house for multiple things-from installing a new hot water heater to unclogging a sink. They're professional, fast, and I never feel cheated when I pay my bill. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Plumb & Order enough!! read more

Not gonna lie, when I realized I had a leak in my master shower, I remembered seeing a van on MoPac with this name blazoned on the side, and I'm a Law& Order fan..... But happy I called them. They came out the next day, on time, and they were fast and clean workers. While they were here they also resolved my slow-draining kitchen sink. Win!!! Thanks Tony. read more

My water heater went out unexpectedly this afternoon, and I called my plumber who was unable to assist as he was working alone today. He recommended Plumb and Order to me, saying that he used to work for them and rated them highly. I called them, and they came out promptly, evaluated the situation, and we agreed to replace my water heater. They had to go pick up the new water heater, and returned quickly and got to work. By 5 pm they were done, and had performed an excellent, clean installation of the new water heater. Tony and Connor were friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb and Order, and Tony and Connor to anyone for plumbing repair. read more

Plumb & Order - Plumbing Near Me

My refrigerator water valve was broken, Plumber&Order identified the problem and replaced the valve. They showed up on time and wear shoe protector. The work is well done. But their charge is kind of expansive. For about half hour of work and about $5 of part, they charged me $225. read more

Cole and Nate were friendly and efficient. They showed up in the timeframe provided and solved all the issues I had. Would recommend!

Cole & his partner did a good job increasing our water pressure & lack of hot water in our shower and a guest bathroom sink. He told me what was the possible problem was & explained what they could do to fix it. Changed out a cartridge in the shower handle & cleared the line-it doubled the shower water pressure. The sink faucet was a mere trickle of hot water so he checked the filter, cleared the line & presto! Very friendly & professional. Would recommend to friends, for sure. read more

My ceiling started leaking around noon today, by 12:30 I'd called Plumb and Order, got an appointment from 1-5 same day! They texted me on the way over, so i had plenty of warning to take a break from work, and they had the whole thing knocked out in less than 45 minutes. Fantastic, and exactly what I want in this situation, will absolutely be calling them again. read more

We called Plumb & Order after receiving a hefty quote from another company to fix our slab leak. The other company came over and narrowed down the leak to the kitchen for almost $500 (at this point no repair work has been done), then they told me to cut the sheetrock and rerouting the pipe will cost around $5000. I was shocked and called Plumb & Order, they scheduled an appointment for the next day, Wyatt and his crew showed up on time, and get right into working. They found out there is an abandoned, under the slab pipe still connected to our water heater which is causing the leak. Btw, they used the Thermal Camera to find it (which the other company didn't even bother to check). Then, they quickly came up with a plan to reroute the pipe and fixed the issue with minimum damage to our dry wall. After the work is done, they also helped us fixing the broken vent pipe which is located in a really tight space in the attic. They did it quickly and professionally. They finished all the work before noon and left the site clean and tidy. We are more than impressed to work with Plumb & Order, and we will be sure to go back to them for future works. read more

I needed a plumber to replace my pressure regulator valve, and Plumb & Order was able to send Wyatt right away. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Several things around the house work much better than before his visit, including a few I didn't even realize had room for improvement. Would definitely recommend him and this company! read more

The plumber can out and worked to solve a plumbing mystery. We finally don't have the plumbing issues that some people couldn't understand, and the gentleman was very respectful. read more

Yes, they are highly rated on Yelp which is why I called them to look at my water heater. They quoted me $2,025. I had called another company who is also rated 5 stars. They said it was a $1,600 job. I quickly called Plumb and Order to cancel and told them I got a much better quote and said no thank you. They were not pleased and came back to my house saying I owed the $195. Really? I told them that was crazy and to leave. They then loitered around my house. I finally gave them $100 to leave. Lessen learned. The company that did the job and were extremely professional. They did a great job! BTW, they only charged me $1,525. I believe I've said enough. Just know you have been warned! read more

Great communication, timely, friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely use them again for future needs.

Had 3 toilets installed, they were professional and did a great job. Very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Plumb & Order replaced an old gas valve behind our dryer. A great experience from start to finish. Not an easy install because of the XL washer and dryer units on pedestals in a small room. Most importantly, the two guys that did the work were friendly, did a great job and very professional. I would recommend P & O without hesitation. read more

My toilet backed backed up an hour before I had to leave for the holiday weekend. I reached out to Plumb and Order over the weekend on here and received a response within minutes . I called them the morning I got home and they were able to fit me in the same day. I'm the type of person I like to ask questions, watch and learn . Kirk was very friendly, helpful and happy to share his knowledge . He worked quick to find and fix my problem. When he told me the total for the bill. I was actually happy . It was very fair. I had a nationally recognized plumbing company help me out a few years ago. They spent half the time with me than Kirk did and charged me just as much. Definitely recommend him. read more
